I stopped to book for how many days I found myself well, kind and helpful staff, even the restaurant, the dishes were all good. The breakfast was good and varied for every palate. I recommend it

I stopped for a few nights' business stay.
I have to say I had a good time.
The restaurant offers a special menu for half-board guests.
I must say that the dishes I chose, both first and second courses, were delicious, and above all, the quality was good.
The breakfast was good and had everything you could possibly need.

Excellent stay at the Hotel Prata Verde. Welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, and truly friendly and helpful staff, especially Ervis. Good breakfast and a very good restaurant, with tasty, well-prepared dishes.

I've been staying at this hotel for years when I'm in the area (often). The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home! I highly recommend it.

Lights and shadows: A special thanks to Martina and the floor cleaner. My stay began with an inconvenience: at 1:40 PM, the heating in my room was still off. The most frustrating thing was that my phone call to the front desk went unanswered, forcing me to get dressed and go downstairs to fix the problem. It should be noted that, after I went to the front desk, the heating was turned on immediately.
The real added value of this hotel, however, is its staff:
The floor cleaner: a delightful and honest person. She sincerely apologized for the incident, rightly emphasizing that my phone call should have been sufficient to resolve the issue without forcing me to go downstairs.
Martina (breakfast): I met her in the morning and she was incredibly kind. Her manner and professionalism truly uplifted my experience, transforming a difficult start into a pleasant memory.
In short: communication management needs to be reviewed, but the staff (especially Martina and the housekeeper) are truly excellent.
