16/02/2025: Nella visita del Mercatino vintage della terza domenica del mese, passando passando sulla strada principale e avevo sempre visti i cartelli di questa trattoria , ho detto andiamo alla scoperta. E stata un' ottima scelta, la stradima x arrivare e un po' angusta ma dopo hai un ottimo percorso naturalistico da fare dopo pranzo , vicino ad un sorgente dove scorre l'acqua su cui e stato eretto un capitello alla madonna immacolata. Entrando il classico bancone da bar sulla sx due ampi saloni di cui uno a veranda, e consigliabile la prenotazione in quando mi son trovato con due gruppi collegiali in ritrovo. Subito sono arrivati a prendere le comande dei piatti fatti espressi, che spazziano dalla carne o pesce, come si vede dalle foto, tagliatelle ai porcini e calamari ai ferri con con radicchio. abbastanza rapido il servizio nonostante l'affollamento, questo e dovuto al fiore all'occhiello della trattoria Alexsandra con le sue braccioline con i tatuaggi, che sa metterti a tuo agio volando fra i tavoli cercando di accontentare tutti. Prezzo adeguato non eccessivo viste le pietanze fresche servite buoni i vini sciolti, rimasto veramente contento della giornata, ps i dolci visti saranno stati ottimi ma non entravano dentro. Grazie Alexsandra ci rivedremo ancora sicuramente

12/11/2024: We stopped on Sunday to have a drink, we were also curious to see the place and then book to go there for lunch with friends. Before we all got out of the car, including the dogs, we asked if, given the time, we could just have a drink: when the answer was yes, we sat down on a table outside. Terrible treatment received, very grumpy staff. Terrible drinking, price lists not updated (we were told that the juices were not there as they were thrown away because they had expired...) If there was no time/desire to serve at the counter it was better to say no straight away. I don't judge the food, but I won't set foot there again.

04/01/2025: It is not clear whether it is a restaurant that wants to look like a tavern, or a tavern that wants to look like a restaurant. In both cases the result is unsatisfactory.

09/03/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Pordenone with a wide range of choices on the menu. From meat to fish without forgetting pizzas. A restaurant that meets all needs, therefore also suitable for large tables of people with different tastes and culinary needs. Do not underestimate the courtesy and skill of the staff! Highly recommended!

04/03/2025: Many pseudo restaurateurs, when they are reviewed with 3 stars, are offended and respond piqued. These Lords of mediocrity at very high prices should go and eat the fish at Al Gallo. They would learn what it means to have excellent (and not obvious) raw materials and to cook them in a light but tasty way. They would understand, regardless of taste (I always prefer to eat on a tablecloth which doesn't exist here) how to furnish a place with elegance. What an experience should be offered when the price well exceeds 50 euros (as happens now, especially in the city I come from, Bologna, even in taverns). They would realize that either places like Al Gallo should be able to give 6 stars in the category to which they belong, or their service should be downgraded to 2. I would improve the bread. Chapeau.

31/03/2025: Excellent pizza, crunchy and well stuffed. Furnishings to be reviewed but everything clean and tidy. In summer there are also outdoor tables. Very popular with foreigners. The owner is also a good pizza chef and that's it. It's worth the visit!

23/03/2025: Lenti nel servizio e pizze bruciate, per il resto la pizza non era male, ma il menù era poco vario e la mancanza della burrata mi ha fatto storcere il naso.

17/02/2025: Excellent quality food and impeccable service, a combination that is now rare to find. Having stumbled upon it by chance for a frugal lunch, now towards the closing of the kitchen, they served us with patience. Ate some excellent game. We will certainly return to enjoy everything more calmly.

03/11/2024: I asked for a sandwich or toast at 1.30pm while passing by and they had nothing, but then what's the point of staying open on Sundays with a bar and restaurant if they can't serve passing customers, terrible...

26/02/2025: I'm sorry to write a negative review, I usually don't write one... but rudeness and arrogance like the lady with the white hair had never happened to me... moreover, the food was really bad... I had a first course and the pasta wasn't al dente, it wasn't really cooked, the tuna and Taggiasca olives seasoning wasn't poor, it was non-existent. Bad experience not to be repeated.
