13/03/2025: My wife and I were very satisfied with staying here. The owners are very friendly, the room was very clean and the location is perfect: in the center of the monastery complex, with a Nice view on surrounding. You can see that the owners are working hard to keep guests satisfied. The same owners run a restaurant at the parking,where we oder the "Pellegrino menu". The food was good, the wine very tasty and again the owners very friendly to all guests.I can only recommend you to stay here.

09/03/2025: Dopo una sciata terminata anzitempo, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a mangiare una pizza a fianco la funivia. Che dire... Servizio cortese, location e prezzi ok, buona la birra alla spina, ma non si possono servire pizze carbonizzate, peccato.

04/03/2025: Posto molto carino, sia come bar per bere qualcosa Apres ski ma piacevole anche per cenare. Invece della pizza, io e il mio marito abbiamo ordinato il carpaccio d'oca e i tortelloni al ragù di cervo e al forma di frant. Molto buoni, ottim o rapporto qualità - prezzo.

06/01/2025: Hotel and restaurant in a superlative location with a terrace overlooking the sea, but unfortunately our room - like some of the hotel rooms - was right next to the main road in Trieste, so there was a lot of traffic and too much noise even at night. Not suitable for those looking for a quiet place to sleep in peace. Breakfast served on the terrace with a sea view, with a choice of food and drinks to be made the day before with a special list given at the reception. Value for money not positive as the cost is very high if proportionate to the services provided. Very small room with ordinary furnishings.

21/02/2025: The pizza was more of a piadina smeared with mozzarella and tomato than a real pizza. Totally without taste and flavor and also rubbery on the edge. Even midweek the waiting time for 2 pizzas delivered is at least one hour. And they arrived late, apologizing, but still late. Over the years I have also tasted their panozzo which has nothing to do with the Neapolitan panozzo. We know the place and it's enough to forget as a general impression, I'd say that I've made enough attempts to give second chances and not judge the first time but this time I really think I won't order again.

19/02/2025: Good pizza and panuozzi, also good quality fried potatoes and equally good, good service both on site and home delivery, things not to be underestimated these days I would also say the prices are not bad. Happy pizza everyone

20/01/2025: One morning, while we were at the counter, I was teased the entire time by the 2 middle-aged bartenders with dark blonde hair. My partner and I looked at them because we heard everything they said and because they turned towards us laughing...They behaved really rudely.

03/11/2024: We stopped for a couple of glasses of wine, I must admit I was impressed when paying the low prices! A pleasant discovery in the center of Udine.

28/08/2024: Cute side street in downtown Udine. The food was very tasty, the waiter tried very hard to explain the dishes and the tartine to us. The ambience is also great, not too loud but a bit busy. Can only recommend it!

06/09/2024: Locale simpatico, informale dove si mangia cose tipiche. Cordialità e simpatia della proprietaria. Ci ha fatto accomodare dicendo subito che dovevamo aspettare perché alcune persone del personale era malato ma è riuscita a portarci i nostri ottimi piatti. Ottimo piatto il Frico.
