06/08/2024: The best carbonara I've ever eaten! You can taste the pecorino, and the pepper is in the right quantity. Creamy, obviously without cream, and excellent bacon. Unexpected.

03/07/2024: 2 tables are occupied outside, I sit in the garden for almost 10 minutes because I want to drink a coffee. The waitress walks past twice and doesn't respond to my call the second time, nor does she respond to the calls of another guest who wants to pay. Then I got up and drove on, I don't need that.

To be modernized with all due respect... but the staff looked like they were straight from a retirement home.... It just doesn't fit....

13/08/2024: Siamo passati per caso per Treppo Carnico e ci siamo fermati a cena. Personale gentilissimo e cibo delizioso!! Cjarsons deliziosi, frico e polenta veramente mooolto buoni, e patatine fritte tra le più buone che io abbia mai mangiato! Dolce e grappa ai mirtilli della casa squisiti. Un grazie alla gentilezza dei gestori !!

04/11/2024: First time at an Osmica, I must say that neither the food nor the location impressed me, decidedly high prices for a platter...

06/07/2024: I found myself very well in this Osmiza. In comparison with others found in Prosecco or Opicina, this one in Trieste is definitely worth trying. We ate really well, the platter cost us around 30 euros and we had a lot of bread available. The house red wine was very good, although, personally writing, I found it a little light, but personal tastes, wine being a complex world. The environment was welcoming and we were even offered some glasses. As for the environment, I only note being a little cleaner by taking more care of the ceiling... Personally, the mosquitoes that were there bothered me a little. Overall, however, I cannot give less than 4 stars.

30/09/2024: Welcoming and well-kept structure both in the rooms and in the common areas, the town of Lateis is perhaps less "famous" but offers splendid views! The structure has a restaurant with good dishes and good prices, the breakfast is also excellent with various local options. The owner was very kind and gave us some excellent advice for organizing activities for our weekend.

04/09/2024: After visiting the Twin Waterfalls, we came across this restaurant in Faedis. Excellent welcome, they let us sit outside which, despite the heat, was comfortable. We ordered: Pappardelle with porcini mushrooms (large portion) one portion Veal with tuna sauce (one portion) Baked potatoes (one portion) Austrian potatoes (one portion) 1/2 liter of house wine (merlot) 2 bottles of water A generous slice of Gubana soaked in Slivovitz 2 coffees All very good and for a bill of 54 euros. It should be noted that I wasn't able to finish the pappardelle and potatoes, I had them wrapped up to take home. I recommend this restaurant for the kindness of the owner, for the quality of the dishes and for the bill. If I'm in the area again I will definitely go back.

18/07/2024: Mangiato bene con amici, eravamo in tre coppie con bambini al seguito. Tutti contenti. Polipo e gnocchetti buoni. Vino in bottiglia, poca scelta ma di buona qualità pure quello. Insomma, bene.

10/04/2024: Molto scortesi e prepotenti. Il cliente non viene trattato con un minimo di gentilezza o cortesia ma come un ospite indesiderato che deve “obbedire”al ristoratore senza fare domande o poter chiedere informazioni. Perfino i camerieri erano intimiditi e non osavano avvicinarsi. Veramente un pessimo esempio di gestione.

18/07/2024: Cibo tutto bruciato costicine grigliata non sapeva da niente ci hanno portato un calice di vino senza chiedere se della bottiglia o della casa tagliere arrivato dopo un eternità. Attesa lunghissima ho dovuto sollecitare per piu' di 4 volte Non sapevano quale fosse il nostro tavolo famosi per le grigliate ma col cambio gestione ci hanno perso. Lo sconsiglio

20/08/2024: Lette le recensioni ci siamo decisi a fermarci in questo posto per la degustazione che non c'è stata e nemmeno proposta a detta loro per l'orario. Chiusura alle 19, siamo arrivati alle 18.15. Accoglienza e servizio a dir poco deludenti, poca scelta nello shop, pulizia molto discutibile ( ragnatele sulle inferriate, vetrina salumi con presenza consistente di umidità) e prezzo a nostro avviso alto per 4 sputi di formaggio che abbiamo mangiato. Mai pagato un coperto di 2€ a testa per un aperitivo. Mai più

30/07/2024: Sull'elenco dei produttori di S.Daniele abbiamo chiamato questa azienda per la visita allo stabilimento e degustazione. Tutto ottimo. Accoglienza, professionalita' e degustazione dell'ottimo prosciutto artigianale. Ci ritornerei. Ho ancora in bocca la morbjdezza del prosciutto con un profumo inebriante.

31/12/2024: One star less for the food but only for the less tasty side dishes. But easily 5 stars. I just pointed out. For the rest, nothing to object to. Kindness from the first moment. From booking on the phone to being welcomed in the tavern. Smiling and helpful staff. We all took the Main Course. Very good and right portions. Diego, the owner joined us for a toast. There was a lot of joy 😄👍🏼 Highly recommended.
