The lady was very kind and quickly prepared the dishes we ordered, really superb frico and shin, the tiramisu was also delicious The wine in this area is also good... 19/12/2024: Excellent meeting place. For 43 years I promised myself I would visit. Now I have satisfied my curiosity. We eat Well. The half-day workers' menu is good and competitive. In the evening the pizza restaurant is of good quality. The staff is welcoming and empathetic. In particular, a young woman with black hair and eyes left me breathless.😉🤗

06/10/2024: We arrived at this restaurant a little "desperate" because the two restaurants nearby that we wanted to try were full and having a hungry little child there was no time to look elsewhere. The waitress who welcomed us was very kind but, unfortunately, this alone cannot make up for the rest of the evening. At the table we were not given a menu but it was read to us by the waitress which, in my opinion, causes more than one problem 1. I can't take a few minutes to calmly choose what to have, having a clear idea of ​​what the menu includes, without having to ask the waitress several times "wait, what was the second first course you said?" 2. I have no visibility of the prices of the dishes I am ordering and I find this very incorrect 3. if you also add that the waitress is foreign, the result is that you are also embarrassed to say to her "as an excuse? What did you say?" more than twice, so you give up on understanding half the menu and then go home wondering "but what were the tagliatelle with chicken in the end?". Having overcome this initial obstacle we ordered and what arrived were some tagliolini with San Daniele (with what looked like cream) which were very dry, a frico with polenta which looked more like a piece of melted cheese, some chips which were certainly fried in still cold oil, so they just tasted of oil, and the entrana with potatoes, described as a succulent cut that can be eaten with the preferred cooking method (which in my case is rare) and instead two whole slices of meat arrived at the table on top of the valerian salad which gave a lot the idea of ​​two shoe soles thrown on top of the salad, with the cooking decidedly NOT rare. It must be said that there was nothing left on the plates because we were hungry, so I'm not saying that everything was inedible. I also don't like it when at the end of the evening the waitress asks "did you eat well? Was the meat good?" answer "NO" because in any case there are people who work behind it, who may have had a bad day etc and in the heat of the moment I may not be so diplomatic, so I prefer to say that everything went well, pay the bill and leave knowing that I will never set foot again in that restaurant... This is why I don't really like to review a place negatively, I prefer to review things that have particularly impressed me in a positive way.. But in this case I decided to leave a review because, in addition to everything that went wrong, I discovered (only after the receipt was issued) that I had paid 22 euros for those two shoe soles and it particularly annoyed me! Looking back we could guess how the evening would go from the fact that the restaurants around were full and this one only had our table occupied...

05/12/2024: In August 2024. The staff ignores me, they keep me waiting. That table is not cleared. You had to wait a long time for the pizza and it was tasteless. However, it is unreasonably expensive, compared to the quality. A lot of wasted time, a lot of wasted money! Never again!!!

It currently costs €8.90, and is simply dosed with a spoon by placing the detergent directly into the basket. I am enthusiastic about it, because it takes up very little space, it would be of excellent quality and it does not pollute the air or the linen with artificial, i.e. toxic, fragrances. Our place is made up of people who work hard and care about their customers. Not everything can be perfect always and at every moment of the day. We too, like other establishments, face our daily work problems but despite this we are calm in the fact that we always do our best for our customers. Guell has no shortage of charm, no shortage of good wine, and no shortage of variety of beer and cocktails. We take great care that the snacks are always fresh and that's why they make everything in our kitchen. We consider his judgment harsh and truly in bad taste given the means and terms he used. Complaining about the fact that there were few people is really a time-consuming judgment and if we also consider the controversy over prices we realize that in reality either she doesn't go around the clubs in the area much or she definitely frequents other areas. She could have called one of the staff and said if something wasn't to her liking or if something was missing that she expected to find. He would certainly have received courtesy, attention ready to remedy the situation and answers. Honestly, his decision to never return doesn't cause us any kind of regret, on the contrary. But if he wants to show a little dignity, showing his face while complaining about us and our work, he will certainly not find the doors closed, much less a hostile welcome.

19/07/2024: Having ordered and paid for the kitchen at the end of May we are told that since they don't have the dishwasher in stock we have to wait for the delivery and assembly of the kitchen for mid-July. The day of assembly arrives and we realize that a piece is missing, but it doesn't matter because it wasn't important and we are told that Ikea would give us a voucher. But the time comes to install the dishwasher, which isn't there. The staff in charge of assembling the kitchen did not have any dishwasher in their form, we tried to call customer service and were told that we had not paid for it when in fact the dishwasher appears on the cards complete with receipt. We are told that if it is restocked they will deliver it to us otherwise never mind "any 60" dishwasher will fit in there anyway. We waited two months only because they didn't have the dishwasher in stock to find ourselves like this. Furthermore, some parts included with the microwave oven ordered are missing and we have to call back to make another report. Terrible Ikea service.

VALENTINO... who after about an hour... of advice and drawings regarding a living room... whose closing time was approaching..... was unable to to fulfill our requests....... fortunately he was supported at the last minute.. by another operator whose name unfortunately I don't remember who in 15 minutes solved all the problems created by Valentino..... and fortunately otherwise we were helped when collecting the goods...... we were forced to return..... I'll start by saying 80 km away...... the worst part is that the incorrect purchase had already been released by VALENTINO... ........ Moral Valentino is not a job for you both professionally and temperamentally..... I see you well as an agricultural laborer
