A very nice little restaurant... when we asked if we could just have a drink, they explained that it's a restaurant, not a pub. Especially with children and having already cycled 12km in 34°C heat, we found that quite unfriendly.
We then ordered the marinated anchovies, which were quite good.
Overall, a quaint place with a pleasant atmosphere and very fish-heavy dishes that all looked delicious, and the fish was very fresh.

My partner, me, and our dog. Nestled in one of the most beautiful wetlands in the world, this trattoria is worthy of the name, reflecting the authenticity, kindness, and expertise of its owners. A genuine place, nothing artificial. I enjoyed all seven cold appetizers and couldn't decide which was the best. The "octopus with chickpeas" melted in my mouth. What can I say about the roast eel? 10/10 cum laude and a kiss from the Academy. A true culinary experience for which I thank those who work there. I recommend a post-lunch stroll along the canal to enjoy the beauty of the marshes and the birdlife that inhabits them. Oh, and book in advance.

We had mussels Taranto-style and octopus with chickpeas (very good) as appetizers, and two first courses (average). Highly recommended (the best in the area, in my opinion), grilled eel (excellent), and especially a superb stewed eel (becco d'asino). The location is a bit "rustic," but we'll definitely be back! Returned today after a while... My opinion confirmed!

Between the sea, the lagoon, and the hinterland, where there seems to be nothing but there is everything. But above all, there is him. The typical trattoria of the past, without frills and so much to offer. Five minutes from the touristy beaches, you can eat good things like homemade tagliolini with sauce made with the catch of the day. It's not a place for mass tourism; don't bring children who like MacD. At Primaro, there is peace and authentic flavors, and the manager (Giovanni if I'm not mistaken) even explained to us the history of the Po and Reno rivers, which crossed over time there in Primaro. Well done, Giovanni 👍

We'd heard good things about this simple, understated trattoria next to the Reno River on the Romea highway, near Ravenna. And it was indeed good advice. The seafood is simple yet sophisticated. Specialties include blue fish and more, fabulous fried eel, and delicious, varied first courses!
