The service and hospitality are truly top-notch, in true Romagna style.
11/01/2026: A truly disappointing experience. Having to wait an hour and a half for the first course is unacceptable, especially without adequate explanations or apologies.
The service was extremely slow, and this completely ruined the meal.
It's a shame, because such a long wait also overshadows the quality of the food.
I expected much more customer service.

18/02/2026: We returned to this restaurant after three years, which has undergone a change of management. Several renovations have been done both inside and out, and the improvements are immediately noticeable. We chose the seafood menu, and everything was excellent: generous portions, perfectly cooked fish, and fast, impeccable service. We will definitely be back. Valerio and Barbara

08/09/2025: Every year I take a long weekend in Romagna, but this year, I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed with the hotel and also a little with the people of Romagna. But this resort (which I've stayed at in previous years), fortunately, is still "authentic": friendly, helpful, and always attentive to the needs of its guests. Fabio, if he can, satisfies everyone. Let's hope they stay that way... like the true people of Romagna and don't overindulge in prices (by raising them). See you next time.

In fact, when you walk in, you don't smell burnt oil, and it doesn't even linger on your clothes.
The owner is incredibly kind and friendly; you can tell he loves what he does. ♥️

The first courses are also exceptional, especially the ones with porcini mushrooms.
Top-quality ingredients and dishes prepared with attention to the smallest details.

28/02/2026: A wonderful San Lorenzo evening at Cervia Amare, with a lovely, varied menu of first courses, second courses, side dishes, and dessert. The setting was unique, with a DJ set throughout the evening. Definitely worth repeating.

10/03/2026: We stopped just for a coffee after a lovely stroll along the riverbank. The informal, rustic atmosphere is reminiscent of a mountain refuge, but at ground level.
08/03/2026: Maybe for the locals it will be special but leaving to travel more than a hundred kilometers is not so much. The food of a trattoria is the only positive note: the eel is very good, the rest is normal.
