28/10/2025: I was passing by during lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the quality of the food. The best parking is across the street, although this small issue is resolved by using the crosswalk. Highly recommended. The selection of craft beers is also excellent, and while not extensive, it shows the commitment to quality for customers.

03/11/2025: Along the road, convenient for parking, as the name suggests, this is a fish restaurant. I had the Porto Corsini fish soup. Very good, tomato-y, and plentiful.

15/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, excellent surprise menu, dishes meticulously presented and flavorful. Extensive wine selection. The relaxing atmosphere and the view of the hills are magical. The entire village of Brisighella is beautiful.

22/11/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. Both the first and second courses are truly delicious. There are several interesting off-menu dishes. We went on a Thursday for lunch and the restaurant was pretty full, so it's best to book ahead!

06/11/2025: Superb meal with my sister tonight, I'd mentioned on arrival we were celebrating her birthday in passing, and that she didnt drink. At the end they surprised her with a celebratory firework attached to a shot glass and a rousing round of Happy Birthday. They had filled the shot glass with lemonade, that was such a nice thing to do, no liquor. The food was fabulous, the pasta fresh and the fish was beautifully cooked. Will be back.

01/11/2025: We visited The Ginger Italian for the first time after driving past it many times, not quite knowing what to expect - and I think we’ve found a new favourite! Great atmosphere, excellent customer service with friendly, welcoming staff, and the food was perfectly seasoned with generous portions. We ordered from the set menu, which was fantastic value. Can’t wait to visit again and try more dishes!

19/10/2025: Last night I went to dinner at this restaurant with my husband. Facing the Riolo Terme fortress, the setting is stunning. The restaurant has an open kitchen, and guests dine in the wine cellar, amidst the aromas and colors of bottles of every kind. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm. The staff is polite, professional, honest, and discreet. The food is refined, carefully prepared, and of the highest quality. The dinner was accompanied by an excellent wine chosen by the owner based on the dishes we ordered. The final comment is clearly more than positive! A little gem where we will definitely return.

09/10/2025: I'd give them 10 stars! The food was delicious, the best we've had on our trip so far! The dishes are bold flavor combinations, and the chef does a fantastic job! The wine and prosecco were delicious.

30/11/2025: We returned to Il Cardello Restaurant in Casola Valsenio after an excellent first experience, and this time too it was worth it. We ate very carefully prepared and delicious dishes. The atmosphere is very pleasant with friendly service. A place that truly deserves to be chosen and chosen again.

15/11/2025: The inn is nestled in the hills between Imola and Faenza. Taking the panoramic road from Imola, you can admire a spectacular landscape: woods, vineyards, valleys, and ravines, which are truly magical in autumn. The inn is meticulously maintained and clean, furnished with understated elegance; nothing is left to chance. The cuisine is traditional, yet refined, both in its flavors, thanks to the use of top-quality ingredients, and in its original presentation. Excellent value for money.

29/10/2025: I would like to point out that my experience concerns only the restaurant, during a group lunch, and not the hotel portion of the property. I had lunch here during an organized trip, and since I'm vegan, my menu was different from that of the other participants. I would like to compliment the staff, who were attentive and knowledgeable: despite being informed of my dietary needs, the restaurant handled my lunch with great professionalism, offering well-balanced dishes with meticulous attention to detail. The dessert deserves special mention, truly excellent in flavor and presentation. Overall, a very positive experience that I would happily recommend.

12/10/2025: Excellent accommodation and cuisine. Plus, a great location for cycling! Everything is just a short bike ride away, from the sea to the Tuscan Apennines. The people of Romagna are masters of hospitality.

20/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance. The menu is limited, but the quality is excellent. We chose marinated sardines and Cervia mussels, which, unfortunately, were sold out—a real shame, because I was curious to try them. We also had spaghetti with clams and tagliolini alla pescatora. The house wine was also good, the service professional, and the quality/price ratio excellent.
