28/09/2025: Disappointing aperitif and high price. The non-alcoholic fruit drink was Fanta on the rocks...7 euros. The platter with 8 pieces of focaccia and pizza...served cold from the fridge...8 euros, plus the owner's annoyed face because I asked for them to at least be warmed up! Not to mention 4 pieces of pizza for 5 euros. Then the waiter came to clear the table before we finished. We won't be back! I'm responding to the owner's comment, which I think has already been formulated... and in broken Italian. Dear owner...since he wasn't there, I suggest you tell your employee...the old bald guy...not to act like the boss! Also, tell the employees...the kids...to wait for the customers to leave before clearing the table! I wish you all the best!

27/09/2025: My cousin works there. Just for this reason it's worth trying. Comfortable place. Good food. If you pass through Campogalliano you can have breakfast and refuel your vehicle.

05/09/2025: Stopped in for an aperitif, and will stop for lunch as soon as possible. The staff is SUPER friendly and SUPER nice. The atmosphere is simple, but everything is clean. As I said, I'll update this review when I come back for lunch.

19/05/2025: Enchanting location for this farmhouse located in the heart of the Frignano Park, on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines in the Ospitale valley at an altitude of 1150 meters. Excellent traditional cuisine. Very friendly and helpful managers with a Tuscan accent. We will soon try the overnight stay. Also suitable for groups who practice yoga given the tranquility of the place and the structure that allows it.

05/05/2025: I stayed at the Feliceto and discovered an enchanting, welcoming place with attention to the smallest furnishing details, which make it a truly welcoming place. Typical cuisine but with a touch of personality that distinguishes it.

01/07/2025: Fantastic hotel both for the location with lake view and for the quality and quantity of food. Excellent organization, always meeting the customer's needs. My guests were all very happy with both the aperitif and the dinner. Excellent value for money. Lia, the girl who manages the events, is super helpful and ready to advise the best to make the event special. Super attentive to details. I recommend this hotel to everyone also for the services they provide such as rooms and swimming pool. Excellent place to relax too.

03/06/2025: Every year I return to this excellent hotel, enchanting for its location in a little-known part of our Apennines and for this reason even more fascinating. All around there are woods as far as the eye can see and the organic gardens of the property. The cuisine is of the highest quality, the cappelletti served in the tureen are legendary, the rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, the heated swimming pool is beautiful surrounded by a magnificent view of the Acquapartita lake. The staff is kind and helpful, they make you feel at home, you would return just for the friendliness of Mr. Leo. I recommend it to those who love nature and tranquility, a familiar and informal environment. The Batani chain is a guarantee of professionalism, which I have already appreciated elsewhere.

22/09/2025: We chose this place for our wedding lunch... so we contacted Enrico for all the necessary information... and when we entered the inn, we were greeted with a smile, taking all the time we needed to ask so many questions and receive just as many answers!!! 😅 ... We tried the menu and struggled to choose because we would have chosen everything... 🤤from the variety of first courses to the second courses... not to mention the cake... Delicious!!! The staff was professional, kind, always available... and always with a smile on their faces!! ...But do we want to talk about the "Inn"?!? Surrounded by greenery, welcoming, intimate, versatile... I can't find an adjective to describe it... we can only say that if we had to do it again, we would choose it 100 times over! Thank you so much because we had a dream and with you it came true!!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! ♥️

It was a simple mille-feuille with Chantilly cream, chocolate chips, and whipped cream, and it was truly, truly delicious. 20/09/2025: I booked a room for one night. Although the reservation was theoretically prepaid with no cancellation option, it turned out that they simply held the room without charge and there was the option to cancel. Useful information for the future. The room was next to the restaurant kitchen as if it were a staff room. Lots of noise from dishes etc. The room door did not close properly because the ground/room had subsided as I was informed and I had to try about 3 times to lock it. The room was dirty. The counter above the bed was full of dust, the bathroom had mold and cracked walls from humidity. The shower was broken and they had put a wooden base so it wouldn't be visible. There were spiders and webs everywhere. We got tired of taking a bath. There was a hair dryer that you couldn't use because neither its own plug nor the extra one it came with fit in the sockets. The room had no light except for 3 lampposts. It had broken walls all around. There were 3 other rooms available that night as I saw online and they chose to give us the dirty one next to the kitchen... I guess the rest were either much worse or they didn't really care. The pool was beyond description, how dirty it was. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all summer and was just decorative. Overall a disappointment and if I had known that there had been no charge and I could cancel, we would never have come. It was not worth our 92 euros in any case. The food in the restaurant was good, without being anything special. The location is beautiful but we were so disappointed with the room that we didn't feel like enjoying it. Disappointing, that's the only word. I would give it 1 star but I'm adding another one for the location and another one for the staff who were kind (especially the lady at breakfast was amazing, to be fair).

05/06/2025: Absolutely recommended, especially for the quality of the food. The prices of the dishes are fair, the cover charge is a bit high, the cost of the "quartino" of Ortrugo is perhaps excessive.
