05/04/2026: The mussels, which hadn't been cleaned before cooking, had the typical smell of rotten fish (the mussels were fresh), but the stew was foul-smelling. The clam stew was 1/3 closed. Let's just say there's a lot of room for improvement.

Furthermore, the pizza was misshapen, and the excuse they used was "the box was too small" when it was the same size as always. I wouldn't order a pizza from that place again, even if they paid me, given the condition and lack of professionalism. The desserts are all delicious, but their tarts are divine... and last but not least, the staff is friendly, kind, attentive, and above all, very attentive. If possible, make a reservation! 13/03/2026: The menu is too rambling. The friggione is just tomato, and I find it unacceptable that if you order a salad, it has to be freshly opened from the bag. The tagliatelle with Pievese sauce is good. The service staff are very friendly.

03/01/2026: I spent more than one month learning about fresh pasta at Pasta Lab in Bologna with Ale and Lucia, and it was an amazing experience. I learned how to make a perfect sfoglia on my own for tagliatelle and stuffed pasta, how to prepare traditional Bolognese fillings and shapes like tortellini, tortelloni and lasagna, as well as classics such as ragù bolognese. I also loved learning some creative twists, like the bombette with curry (my favorite!). This experience is deeply connected to my Italian family roots in Peru and something I’m excited to bring back with me to Lima. Huge thanks to Ale and Lucia for their professionalism, generosity, and for always pushing me to improve, with empathy and lots of laughs. I 100% recommend Pasta Lab, is the best handmade fresh pasta in Bologna and the best place to take classes, whether for a day or for a longer stay.

26/04/2026: I called Friday evening for Saturday, April 25th, and they said they'd be available on the outdoor veranda if the weather was nice. So when I arrived on Saturday, they reserved a table for me on the veranda overlooking the beach. We had risotto, seafood salad, and fried calamari and shrimp. The risotto was good, but in my opinion average, but that doesn't mean the quality of the food isn't excellent—the calamari and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Excellent service, and the waiters and owner were very friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be back if we return. Thank you for contributing to a pleasant family day.

09/12/2025: Excellent welcome and excellent service! 🤩 We ordered the platter for two, consisting mainly of quality cured meats, a piece of cheese, caramelized figs, squacquerone, and piadina. 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I'd just like to point out that I personally wouldn't have included squacquerone; it's a very delicate cheese that, in my opinion, doesn't add any flavor to the platter. I understand it's often served with jams, but in this context, I don't find it particularly suitable, not even aesthetically. Let's move on to the first courses, a delight 😋 pumpkin ravioli and cappelletti marchesini 🤩 San Govese wine, water, and coffee I recommend it
