Appetizer: Culatello accompanied by giardiniera First course: Pisarei with beans Side dish: Mixed salad Wine: 1/2 liter of house wine and water Family atmosphere, an old-fashioned trattoria. 21/08/2025: The quality of the pizza has declined compared to the early days. The dough is very dry, and the tomato sauce and mozzarella on top are also scarce, making the dough very dry.

02/07/2025: We ate our first Fiorentina T-bone here and will never forget it. Appetizer was delicious, homemade pasta and an excellent Fiorentina. Super nice staff. Thank you very much for the stay with you.

24/06/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant at midday. The day was very hot, but having booked in the internal room with air conditioning we were fine. The agriturismo is very shaded as is the car park. We opted for various appetizers such as the asparagus tart, the Oste appetizer and a scamorza and speck strudel and some first courses (pumpkin tortellini and trotelluni buinissini). As a final dessert we had the millefoglie scomposta with chantilly cream and black cherries. The service was punctual even if sometimes a little brusque.

21/08/2025: I ordered 5 takeout pizzas since I'm on vacation... and as a pizza chef, I can only say this... fabulous dough and top-quality ingredients. Even though they made a mistake with one pizza, they apologized when I called and wanted to make it right away. So, super professional. Thanks guys. To err is human. Only those who do nothing make no mistakes. I'll definitely order your pizza again when I come back here.

15/08/2025: We cycled 1,500km through Italy, and nowhere were we treated more arrogantly and poorly than here! We arrived at the restaurant in the evening and were immediately assigned a table for two. We hadn't even properly seen the space yet, and as soon as we sat down, we noticed that there was another table for two available at the other end of the room, surrounded by wine bottles, which we liked much better. It was also very loud in our area; the radio was playing at full volume, and at the next table, three people were on their phones with speakerphones, which we didn't want to do. I asked the waiter in Italian (the manager had apparently let us in) if it would be okay if we sat at the other table. He said, "Sure, no problem!" and we moved. As we were already seated, the manager stormed over to us, angrily waving his hands, and said something like, "Sorry, I guess what I picked wasn't good enough for you." He apparently couldn't bear the fact that we hadn't stayed there on his recommendation. After that, he didn't even look at us again. The younger waiter came over, served us in English, dismissed all our inquiries with a piqued and dismissive look, and simply blocked all our attempts to elicit any kind of recommendation or better advice from him. When we asked for a velvety, full-bodied red wine, he looked at us as if it were an insult. The wine arrived, but there was no further request. When the manager had to walk past us, he deliberately looked away. We actually wanted to buy some more wine, but the whole atmosphere was so unpleasant and dismissive; we also had the feeling that only friendly conversations were being had with locals and that, as tourists, we were already out of the question. A day later, we went to another enoteca, where we received very friendly advice. We chatted with the owner for half an hour about our bike trip and bought a fantastic wine. Enoteca Italiana will remain a negative memory for a long time!

26/08/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The seafood dishes were excellent; there were six of us and everyone was satisfied. The desserts were also very good.

23/08/2025: We stopped by one evening and booked five minutes in advance, finding the staff helpful and friendly. The dishes looked inviting and tasted delicious; the pasta is handmade, the fish is fresh, and the location is strategic, close to the spa and other hotels. Excellent!

20/08/2025: Really good pizza and affordable. Had it as takeaway as we were in a hurry. It was nicely packed and kept warm till we came back. Staff is friendly, we also got a 2L soda for free. There are lots of pizza combinations available, we just ordered the classic.

24/06/2025: Pleasant trattoria in the little square in Montiano, we had a selection of 3 cheeses and two excellent veal fillets, cooked perfectly rare. Service present, kind and discreet. Well done

16/08/2025: The location was meticulously maintained, including an outdoor area with children's play equipment. The staff were friendly and fast, and the food was top-notch! Everything was delicious! Special mention for the meat, which was exquisite, tender, and very flavorful, and for the truffle crostini, made with real truffles without any artificial flavorings. Congratulations!
