13/03/2025: It was suggested as a hidden gem in town and indeed it was. My partner spoke Italian and had some wonderful chat with the staff. The food was delicious and it didn't feel like all the other places that just offer heavy food. We had a fish soup with broccoli and the pasta with fish Ragu which was definitely a nice surprise. They change the menu every day so you might not get the same thing but if you are willing to try something new, this is the place to be. Definitely one of our favourite places in town in terms of flavour and new flavour profiles.

04/05/2025: L'Osteria d'una volta conquista il cuore (e il palato) di chi ha voglia di mangiare cose buone e fatte in casa. Se siete alla ricerca di un'esperienza autentica, di quelle che sanno di calore familiare e di sapori veri, l'Osteria d'una volta a Piacenza è il posto che fa per voi. Quando entrate è come fare un salto indietro nel tempo: l'arredamento datato, proprio come le osterie di una volta, crea subito un'atmosfera accogliente e genuina. Noi abbiamo iniziato la nostra cena con un assaggio di salumi tipici della zona, una vera delizia per il palato. Il clou della serata sono stati senza dubbio i tortelli piacentini di magro burro e salvia. Un piatto semplice nella sua essenza, ma eseguito alla perfezione. Un vero omaggio alla cucina casalinga della nonna. Abbiamo preso anche le chicche della nonna al sugo di funghi, un altro piatto che ci ha riportato indietro all'infanzia. L'Osteria d'una volta non è solo cibo delizioso, ma è anche un'atmosfera speciale, un luogo dove ci si sente coccolati e dove la tradizione culinaria piacentina è celebrata in ogni piatto. Un'esperienza che consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia assaporare l'anima vera di questa terra. 04/05/2025: C'est à l'occasion d'un dîner sans réservation que nos 4 convives et notre adorable Toutou de 5 kilos seront parfaitement accueillis en terrasse avec une table spécialement dressée pour nous puisque les chiens ne sont pas admis à l'intérieur. Service efficace tout en décontraction pour des mets savoureux aux quantités généreuses variant entre terre et mer. Quelques excellents crus notamment toscans pour accompagner ce repas sans faute qui se concluera avec des digestifs offerts. Je recommande chaleureusement cette adresse aux prix objectivement corrects.

17/04/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday evening following a reservation, the place is nice and characteristic, the staff attentive and helpful. There is a seafood menu and a land menu (good quality local products), the fish is cooked with care and quite traditional, certainly of good quality. The bill is not exactly cheap but justified by the material and the venue.

08/01/2025: Nice little restaurant where I had dinner on a Saturday evening. I liked all the dishes I ordered. The place is not very large internally, but the tables are still spaced reasonably well; this allows you to eat in peace. Value for money I would say is adequate for the quality of the ingredients. If I were in the area I would definitely go back.

16/04/2025: DIFFICILMENTE… faccio recensioni negative… MA.. qui ci vuole…. Pizze VUOTE…. Non portano i cucchiaini per la torta… glielo fai notare… e te li buttano sul tavolo… E poi… per il SERVIZIO TORTE… ci fanno pagare 1 euro a testa… PESSIMO…

16/03/2025: Pizzas ok but for the arancini I recommend a school in Sicily. These that I tried to eat are tasteless and cannot be called either Arancini or supplì.. let yourself be taught by native Sicilian chefs, you will profit.

27/04/2025: Osteria molto carina nel centro storico di Rimini, tra l'altro non si vie prettamente principali, pertanto ti permette di fare anche qualche giretto su parallele meno frequentate e altrettanto carine. Il personale gentilissimo e solerte, davvero servizievole e pronto di fronte alle varie esigenze. Offerta di pasta fatta a mano, tagliere di antipasto e secondi di carne. Il tagliere è accompagnato da insalatina, gnocchi fritti e tigelle, buoni i salumi, lo consiglio. I primi molto "saporiti", al punto da essere davvero pesanti da digerire. Sia nel ragù che nella genovese presenti grani di pepe in gran quantità che una volta beccati più volte ti rovinano il palato. In generale la cucina è certamente tipica e tradizionale, però nella maniera più estrema e ben condita. Il ragù è quasi viola per quanto è tirato, di notte problemi di "su e giù". Le verdure grigliate, chieste apposta non condite, sono arrivare invece condite e, anch'esse, salatissime (non le abbiamo finite infatti). Insomma il posto è bello, il menù pure, il personale meglio ancora, ma la resa della cucina da stomaci forti. Nella media. Fanno anche le pizze, non le abbiamo assaggiate però, da riprovare.

12/04/2025: A truly delightful place, as is the food and all the staff. The excellent quality, excellent quantity and care of the dishes. Good, pure, genuine flavours, with higher quality raw materials than many more famous places. Relaxed, welcoming and peaceful environment. I will definitely come back. Compliments!

12/04/2025: Well over priced for what is on offer. If you are charging high prices, the drinks have to be perfect and service excellent! Neither was up to scratch. Cola and Fanta no fizz just stale and flat. The beer tasted sweet! Service poor. Then comes the price 16euro for three drinks. Two stars for the cleanliness of the toilets!

07/03/2025: The food, service and price, everything was excellent! We stayed two nights in Comacchio, and we went to La Margherita twice because it was so good🍕 They have a wide variety of pizzas to enjoy. We will definitely come back again if we are in the area!

18/03/2025: For some time now I have been booking rooms and dinners in this enchanting farmhouse on the occasion of an annual work commitment. After the chaotic days at the fair, finding yourself in the silence of the Bolognese hills, with the pleasant company of the owner Antonio and his staff is priceless. Comfortable and welcoming rooms that recall the warm homes of grandparents, excellent food, excellent wine: it is always a pleasure to stay here! We are always pampered as if we were at home; kindness and friendliness accompany us throughout our stay and, by purchasing a few good bottles of wine, we take them away in our hearts. Well done everyone and... See you next year!

28/10/2024: Siamo stati a cena con un gruppo di amici. Cibo di ottima qualità, i ravioli al timo squisiti. Ma una nota di merito va al proprietario. Purtroppo, date le piogge insistenti della serata, la strada è stata interrotta da diverse smottamenti. E così il proprietario si è adoperato per ospitarci in un ampia sala riscaldata: coperte, cuscini e materassini. Al mattino ci siamo svegliati con torte, succo, the e caffè. Che dire… ospitalità per nulla scontata. Al mattino gli operai ci hanno aperto un varco e siamo tornati a casa, salvi e asciutti. Grazie di ❤️
