04/08/2025: Family dinner. We had pizza. Delicious to say the least. Service was fairly quick. Very friendly staff. The cover charge was perhaps a bit high. Enchanting location. Everything perfect.

18/07/2025: I'll try to be objective and justify the two stars. Is the pizza good? Very good. Is the location beautiful? Very good. What's not good is the service/price ratio. If I have to wait an hour for a pizza (evening at Stalla number 1), be left alone for a long time after eating it (evening number 2), or run out of drinks after ordering, only to receive everything together (water, wine, pizza) after half an hour, then I expect to pay at least 50% less than what was requested... Instead, you'll pay as if you'd received 5-star service, and it's not a cheap place. Going to a pizzeria to relax and then going home feeling irritable isn't nice. I'm sorry, we would have loved to go back.

16/07/2025: An ideal place for everyone, from couples to groups. Good food, fast, and friendly service. I also go there when I want to eat a good pizza alone during the week. But the other night, it was even better than usual, so much so that it reminded me of a happy event from the past. Praise to the pizza chef!

08/09/2025: Absolutely avoid for couples looking for a quiet dinner: it's a crowded and noisy place full of screaming children, so it would be enough to just put everyone in one area of ​​the restaurant instead of spreading them out to harass everyone. The food is average to poor, and only a show stopper for the infamous "tow," which I can't stomach: they grill the meat in breadcrumbs, which absorbs all the oil. They only use fresh pasta, so it's impossible to eat spaghetti with clams or seafood, as they do throughout Italy.

07/09/2025: I recommend the trailer, the photo speaks for itself. Looking at the first photo in past years it was a trailer for 4, the last photo was a trailer for 5. The food remains good but the quantity has dropped a lot, not to mention the staff, all new, distracted and unqualified staff. Before having 1 bottle of water we waited 30 minutes and then had to ask another waitress for it.

08/09/2025: I've been going there for about twenty years now: it's my go-to in Ferrara. I recommend it as a reliable place. Central location without compromise, a very, very beautiful atmosphere with uncommon attention to detail, precise, punctual, friendly, and helpful service. I can't say I'm equally enthusiastic about the food: in my opinion, the number of seats, managed efficiently—I don't object—has now imposed a "tourist" tendency in the cuisine, which I struggle to follow. Specifically, my last visit was characterized, on the positive side, by excellent appetizers and desserts; on the negative side, by both the traditional and pumpkin-and-mushroom lasagnas that weren't stellar (let's just say they were decent "mappazze"), by the cream-filled cappelletti that were less than average, and by the ordinary main courses. The prices are overall commensurate with the quality. I'm disappointed, but it's also true that it was Sunday and the place was packed with people waiting, so evidently the "entrepreneurial" approach is the right one (unfortunately).

The owner is extremely kind and generous, the prices are average for the area, seating is limited, and there are no restrooms, but those are available for visitors nearby.

13/08/2025: We went there for dinner the last two nights, the waiter was great with the wine recommendations. We ate and drank a lot and very well. The cold cuts are from local artisans and are very well chosen. The cheeses are also delicious and varied. Perfect for dinner and a drink! We'll put it on our maps for other times we land in Parma! 🤤

09/07/2025: I was surprised it wasn't better known as a restaurant, because from the sourdough bread to the coffee selection, everything was impeccable. The menu changes frequently, but if you find these anolini, you absolutely have to try them; the broth was very umami. For our appetizer, we had the honey with parmesan of various ages, which I highly recommend. The service was also impeccable.

13/05/2025: I was not so hungry so took the starter “Taste of Parmigiano Reggianio” and a glass of strong local red wine. Only one word: Amazing. If you like cheese, try it. Comes with 3 different bread.

30/08/2025: Nestled in the foothills of Piacenza. Pleasant and well-kept place. Professional and friendly staff. Delicious Culaccia, perfect tortelli and plenty of them. The stuffed zucchini are good, but the quantity is limited, which I've noticed with other main courses. The price is good. The zabaglione is delicious. The price is high compared to an average of the same quality. The use of quality raw materials is evident.

17/08/2025: Summer lunch at a trattoria recommended by friends. A pleasant veranda with tables spaced far apart, without any buzz. Excellent cured meats, superb herb tortelli, professional service, and a fair price. We'll definitely return, even though it's about an hour's drive from Milan. Worth it!
