13/04/2025: Passing through Riccione for leisure, taking a walk behind Viale Ceccarini, I came across this beautiful grocery store and exclaimed: “Soccia, how beautiful!” With attention to the smallest details, you can immediately admire the quality of the products on display. Speaking to the staff, they told me that each product is top quality and comes directly from local producers at KM 0. You can find wine, excellent cured meats, sauces, wood-fired bread, focaccias, craft beer and much more. Congratulations to the owner for the idea and originality. The staff is friendly and smiling, which never hurts these days. Until next time!

01/06/2025: Dinner for two outside, under the porticoes. Beautiful setting, very kind, attentive and non-intrusive staff. Perfect menu, a few well-prepared dishes. Excellent porcini salad, perfectly cooked tagliata and some of the best spaghetti I've eaten this year.

06/07/2025: Rustic place in the center of the village. We ate very well spending the right amount. Typical dishes and varied menu. I tried the gorgonzola and walnut parcels and the polenta. Recommended! Very generous portions

23/06/2025: Very good typical mountain food. The tortelli gorgonzola and walnuts are excellent, the fried mushrooms and sage are a must-try. Compliments to the chef. The boy and girl in charge of the service are very good and attentive. Compliments to them too. One negative note, the waiting times are a bit long but still acceptable. Then a rather inexplicable fact is that the owner does not accept any customer who has not booked, justifying herself by saying that the place is full of people who have to arrive. In reality, this is not the case. So if you want to eat at Capriolo, book in advance.

01/06/2025: In compagnia di amici abbiamo preso il menù a 6 portate cui se ne aggiungono altre 3 a discrezione della casa: pasto assolutamente equilibrato nelle porzioni e nei sapori. Mise en place elegante, a ogni portata cambiano tipologia di piatto e servizio di posate. Tutto molto curato e ogni volta una sorpresa. Team in cucina e in sala giovane, entusiasta, preparato e accogliente. Il menù è una sinfonia di profumi e sapori molto bilanciati con tanti richiami al Giappone, piatti scomposti, ingredienti decisi e impiattamenti di grande impatto visivo. Consigliato per chi vuole un’esperienza di gusto nella cornice delle stupende colline romagnole che fanno da sfondo a una giusta causa.

07/05/2025: Difficile mettere a parole le molteplici emozioni vissute presso di voi Darò un semplice feedback di un’esperienza per me unica. Vedere i visi, i sorrisi e l’accoglienza del personale, la concentrazione quasi mistica dei cuochi nella stupenda cucina a vista mi ha subito trasportata fuori dalla banalità quotidiana. Come immergersi in un periodo di tempo ovattato e scandito da colori, sapori, gesti che portano la mente altrove. Questo è quello che personalmente ho vissuto. Ogni pietanza gustata portava con sé profumi e sapori particolarissimi che trovavo intrecciarsi tra loro con armonia. I colori, le composizioni e la spiegazione di ogni piatto ci hanno lasciati incantati. Tutto questo ma non ultimo come valore e importanza,ho apprezzato molto e per me ha un valore non indifferente è stata la classe, la bellezza e la maestria nei gesti, negli sguardi del Vostro personale. Sono stata molto colpita dalla loro preparazione e dalla grazia con cui hanno veramente coccolato ogni cliente in sala noi compresi. Credo che queste caratteristiche facciano parte infondo di ciascun componente dello staff. Non si può fingere la grazia. O c’è o non c’è. È stato un viaggio nell’arte a 360 gradi guidata magistralmente dalla passione di Chef Biuso che ringrazio. Ne porterò nel cuore ogni singolo istante ,veramente grata a ciascuno di Voi. 05/05/2025: A few steps from the Pomposa Abbey, we find this winery, we drank their wines in various restaurants in the Po delta and were curious to discover others... the very kind and very nice owner let us taste several wines which we purchased with great pleasure... drinkable whites, right alcohol content, very good and full-bodied reds, also a wide choice of sparkling wines, the delicious rosé... congratulations...

10/05/2025: Ho passato un’ottima serata, ambiente tranquillissimo con tavoli molto distanziati in una sala un po’ retró. Servizio gentile… piuttosto informale e amichevole rispetto ad altri stellati in cui sono stata. Menù storico da 10 portate (contando entrèe, predessert e piccola pasticceria) veramente consigliato. Piatto top della serata (quello indimenticabile, di cui si parla ancora a distanza di anni) il “cappuccino” di seppie con spuma d’aglio, olio all’n’duja e lime e delle ottime sfogliatelle per concludere. Per quanto riconosca l’ottima esecuzione avrei preferito un dolce diverso dal babà (un po’ per gusto personale e un po’ perché non lo vedo molto come dolce da fine pasto). Assolutamente consigliato!

Location 10,Menù 9, Servizio 10, Conto 9 Location bellissima sia interna che esterna del '500 Menù (Storico) molto equilibrato passando dai sapori del sud a quelli dell'Emilia, rivisitati perfettamente, portata che ci è piaciuta maggiormente è "Seppia, spuma d’aglio, olio all’ n’duja e lime", ma in generale tutte le portate sono state super. Servizio impeccabile e molto discreto senza essere formale, sommelier molto simpatico e professionale, anche il maitre di sala bravissimo e in generale i camerieri molto preparati e gentili. Conto in linea con quello che abbiamo mangiato e considerando in generale tutto, dall'esperienza al servizio e alla location Da tornare e provare il Menù Esplorando Esperienza fantastica, bravi bravi

05/06/2025: Excellent restaurant adjacent to the Castello di Vignola. Extensive menu with a choice of seafood and meat dishes. New Roman pinsa and excellent pizzas, thin and tasty! I also recommend the seafood salad! Last but not least, here you can try the original Barozzi cake. Possibility to book online too. Very kind and helpful staff and good value for money!
