We discovered this seafood restaurant by chance, and it was a delightful surprise. The owner is truly kind and welcoming, making you feel at ease right away. The seafood is incredibly fresh and carefully prepared, with flavorful dishes showcasing the quality of the ingredients. It was an experience that fully met our expectations. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent seafood restaurant.

Where you least expect it, you enter Trattoria Bolina and the experience begins with Max's warm and friendly welcome and continues with a delicious dinner where Roberto, the chef, combines innovation and tradition, with fish taking center stage, paired with seasonal vegetables. We're delighted to have spent a delightful evening eating so well. Thank you.

Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Trattoria Bolina "La Taverna di Max o'Sub" and I can say without hesitation that it was a truly excellent experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, with an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel immediately at home. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every need, helping make lunch even more enjoyable. The cuisine is the real highlight: dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, rich and well-balanced flavors, and a simple yet refined presentation, just as tradition dictates. The passion for cooking and attention to detail are clearly evident. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, absolutely in line with the quality offered. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in or near Castel Volturno who wants an authentic and delicious experience. I will definitely be back!
