Innanzitutto ci si affida a delle persone perbene e genuine, dei lavoratori onesti ed umili che svolgono il loro lavoro in modo professionale ed anche amichevole. Si provano prodotti tipici ad un giusto prezzo, si assapora la genuinità della cucina tipica iprina tradizionale, senza inutili superficialità. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

The last time I was there and also the last, he showed me a one and a half kilo Florentine steak but the meat that arrived cooked was anything but, meager appetizers and dirty plates and cutlery. Bad experience, never again. Not recommended. In Mercogliano there are many other modern places, with excellent cuisine and service.

16/06/2024: Agriturismo il Parco is a beautiful structure with new and clean furnishings....You can breathe an air of peace and truly relaxing....Giovanni and his staff are very kind and helpful....you feel at home.. ..they cook very well. 17/08/2024: Passing through Puglia, we couldn't find anything better. Friendly staff and excellent food. We had a house appetizer, fusilli in the crock cooked in a wood oven and cut. We hope to stop by again on the way back so we can try the rest... pizza, grilled meat and tripe. We stayed in their Queen of Sheba hotel, wonderful and slept wonderfully! If you're passing through it's worth stopping by!! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

25/06/2024: I've been three times, only once I didn't fully appreciate the food. I personally appreciated the fusilli in the pan, the tripe and the mugliatielli in sauce. I tried the spaghetti alla ciambottella but the sauce wasn't as thick as I like. In the last two photos you can see the sauce is a little loose (less sense). However, overall, not bad value for money.

25/08/2024: We had a peaceful dinner outdoors, very friendly staff and very tasty food with abundant dishes. Super honest prices. Highly recommended.

23/08/2024: Pizza by the meter is the real house specialty, delicious and served quickly. For 7 people, one meter is a lot, but we finished it with gusto. The only flaw was that the portion with courgette flowers could have been more abundant than the other flavours. I will definitely come back :)

11/08/2024: Cibo genuino, pasta fatta in casa tutto di loro produzione. Ottimi anche i dolcetti fatti in casa. Location molto rustica, sembra proprio di stare a casa.
