The place where it is located is beautiful, minimal location, let me start by saying that it was a dinner, and it was clear what we had eaten, that is their specialty, salmon trout and grilled eel, and I must say, that they were both very good, accompanied by a fairly good prosecco Good. However!!! Given the long and years of operation, I expected local products for the appetizer, artisanal cured meats, but instead they served industrial products. The staff I must say were very helpful and polite, the bill in line with the food served. I will return, this time for lunch, to try the first courses and second courses of meat.

06/11/2023: Really very good pizza, light dough with excellent flavour, excellent management of the ingredients and truly remarkable quality of the ingredients. The fried foods are crispy and you can see the use of clean oil as they are light and not at all wet, a trio of really excellent pasta omelettes. The pizza chosen, although very loaded (sausage, broccoli and pancetta, with a crust filled with broccoli) is balanced and not salty.
25/10/2023: Place with few seats, Neapolitan-style pizza with a lot of edge. Welcoming staff.

15/03/2024: With my gang we went to this place in the beautiful Cesinali, a Spartan place like I like. Quick but above all very kind service, great variety of pizzas with a very light dough that seems like a cloud. Ridiculous prices we paid 15 euros per skull with fried foods, pizza, sweet and bitter drinks, truly a gift. The strong point is that the location feels like being at home. We will definitely return to Sparta auauau
