18/04/2026: Not a perfect experience! The main problem was the wait: even though we were seated at a table, service was very slow because priority was given to takeout pizzas. I understand the importance of delivery, but those who choose to eat in should be given adequate attention. We waited far too long for our pizzas, while takeout orders continued to come in. One possible improvement would be to better prioritize orders, for example, by dedicating a time slot or managing takeout separately, so as not to penalize diners in the dining room. The food quality is good, but the wait negatively impacted the overall experience. I hope they can improve this aspect because there is potential.

27/10/2025: Excellent experience. The owner is truly helpful and kind. We ate well, and the value was excellent. Everything was delicious. The place is small but quaint, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. Definitely a place to return to.

The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. The beer selection is also excellent, including gluten-free options.

I simply called to cancel a reservation and, instead of receiving a polite or professional response, they hung up on me without even letting me finish speaking. This is disrespectful and unacceptable behavior toward customers. I will definitely not return and I strongly advise against this place to anyone looking for reliability and respect.

08/01/2026: We had a set menu lunch, excellent food, nothing is left to chance, excellent appetizer, excellent hot tastings, the two tastings of first courses really well cooked, good mixed meat cooked well and to finish fruit and dessert already plated, an excellent rosé wine, we ate everything, even the menu for good children, they ate everything, which in my opinion was the most important thing, not like others do that the children's menus seem like hospital meals, well done the head waiter attentive and attentive to all the guests, good and nice the girl serving at the tables, but anyway well done to everyone... The pizza dough is incredibly light and easily digestible, a clear sign of attention and uncommon mastery in the production process. Excellent ingredients with very balanced combinations. Suitable for anyone who cares about quality food. Highly recommended!

10/12/2025: This is our second time here. The pizzas are very good, but the soups are the real treats! Especially the chestnut and mushroom one. Perfect service, and Sabbatino was warm and helpful as always! I absolutely recommend them!

09/12/2025: Looking for Neapolitan pizza outside Naples? Yes, in Baiano, Pizzeria Pulcinella offers an excellent selection of pizzas and also food. The first time I tried the pizza, it was worth it for its digestibility, ingredients, and dough. Recently, I also tried the grilled meat, which I absolutely loved. All at affordable prices. Definitely recommended!

30/03/2026: We went to this little inn on Sunday for lunch, with my husband and daughter... I must say that in addition to a very limited menu, there is nothing for the little ones, my 11-year-old daughter had to eat a 1 kg tagliata with bone, because there was nothing less and simpler. Furthermore, there was not even a simple Coke for a child... (Absurd) the taste of the dishes is not questionable as it is good, but for a simple pasta and peas and a ricicciolo with a little lard sauce, (really embarrassing portions) and not even a whole chicken... not to mention the tiny portion of pastiera that we tasted, spending €200, especially considering the location where it is located (we are certainly not in Cortina or San Candido, places I frequent regularly) is certainly an exaggeration... we are people used to places of a certain level, therefore used to eating well and spending the right amount, but here we felt ripped off... we do not recommend it
