28/08/2025: The fried food was decent, but the pizzas were absolutely mediocre. They arrived cold, dry, and flavorless. It's a shame to give a negative review, but we weren't at all satisfied.

26/05/2025: Stepping into the San Montano felt like finding a new home away from home. The staff was lovely; always attentive but not hovering. The views across the entire property were unbelievable - they are the only property on Ischia that has direct sunset and sunrise views daily. The included breakfast spread was delicious, as were all of the meals we ate on property. We were upgraded into a suite and it was huge with a beautiful sea view. Although not directly in town, it was an easy shuttle into Lacco Ameno and easy to get around the island on your own. Ischia truly felt like a dream for me and this hotel played a huge role in that. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

20/05/2025: I'm torn. The hotel is magnificent: wherever you look, the view is splendid. The service is absolutely perfect, from breakfast to reception (special mention to the two lovely young men at the front desk), including the housekeeping staff. Breakfast is delicious: you can find absolutely everything you could possibly want, both sweet and savory. We were lucky enough to be invited by the manager to dine in the hotel restaurant, and the food is just as excellent as the service. I couldn't give it 5 stars solely because of the room, which I found out of step with the rest of the property. It's dated, poorly maintained, and the quality of the tissues/toilet paper is worthy of a budget hotel—which is incomprehensible given the overall standard.

16/07/2025: Excellent and sophisticated sandwiches, meats, and beers. The owner, Francesco, is always ready to satisfy every need. I highly recommend the place for a night out with your partner or friends.

26/08/2025: We were in this pub on Saturday, it cost 20^$ and I wouldn't even pay it in Gragnano. They made a 13 month old baby pay for the cover charge, absurd 😂 exaggerated.

02/05/2025: Visité recientemente con mis amigos. Pedí las algas fritas y los ñoquis y mis amigos también pidieron entrantes y pasta. La comida llegó muy rápido y era grande tamaño de porción. Los precios también eran muy buenos y podíamos pagar con tarjeta y por separado. Lo recomendaría!

24/06/2025: Luogo incantevole, sale spaziose aree all'aperto adeguate e giustamente attrezzate. Come tutte le masserie hanno anche una zona fattoria con animali che per i bambini è meglio di un parco giochi. Si entra in una tipica masseria, travi in legno esposte pavimentazione in pietra, pozzi giardini coltivati fiori e piante. arredamento tipico e accogliente. Si può scegliere tra menù fisso o a la carte, Noi abbiamo optato per il menù fisso. Portate ricchissime e tutte con prodotti a Km sottozero, nel senso che tutto viene prodotto dal locale. Pietanze saporite e piatti abbondanti, verdure freschissime e gustosissime vino autoctono di sublime accompagnamento ai pasti e tanta tanta tanta cortesia del personale hanno reso questa domenica un vero gioiello del relax. Consiglio a chi vuole passare una bella giornata e fare una bella mangiata di provare la Masseria Grande, noi ci torneremo presto! Complimenti! ps Hanno anche uno shop point e una cantina dove poter acquistare i loro prodotti a prezzi accessibilissimi!! un plus non da poco considerando che sono buonissimi!

07/06/2025: 06/16/2024 My First Communion Restaurant similar to a fantastic medieval village! Beautiful location! We took pictures, they came out beautiful, fantastic! I will go there again tomorrow 06/08/2025, for my brother's First Communion! We ate an appetizer under the gazebo, beautiful, I ate some pizzas and calzones, with super stringy cheese and cooked ham inside! Super good! Then we went upstairs! Several rooms with many seats, with a very charming staircase! We chose a cute little room, but also small! I ate pasta, I liked it, let's say, then I had a cutlet with French fries! Goodness! Then I took the pictures! Beautiful! I ate the cake! Super good! I thank very much the owner of this farmhouse Peppe and the chefs who cook delicious and very good dishes! 27/08/2025: La migliore pizza del mandamento (Avella, Baiano, Sirignano, Mugnano e Quadrelle), da provare assolutamente anche la frittatina di pasta fatta a mano, calda è davvero spettacolare.

20/07/2025: A lovely, very cute and unique little place, with very particular furnishings and a style all its own, but in the context it is definitely one of a kind, good background music with the great Pino Daniele and this is highlighted fully in the style of the place with his vinyl albums displayed everywhere, typically classic Neapolitan dishes, excellent appetizers with good quality cold cuts and cheeses, Neapolitan fried food and many other typical Campania products and dishes, excellent mixed side dishes, zucchini scapece, sautéed mushrooms, eggplant with mushrooms, eggplant parmigiana, everything cooked excellently and with love you can taste it, consistency, seasoning, preparation and care of the product is evident, delicious first courses, (a small flaw, out of three first courses tasted, all three very savory, attention not only with the salt, but also in the combination of the products used which release savory) but despite this there was flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly, excellent selection of wines, classic liqueurs nothing special Honestly, I would have liked some special liqueurs, perhaps artisanal, not the classic banal bar liqueurs. Good service, very kind and helpful staff who put customers at ease. The owner is a very welcoming and friendly person. Congratulations to everyone.

22/07/2025: On my first visit to Irpinia, my boyfriend, who lives in Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi, took me to lunch at this beautiful agriturismo located in Guardia Lombardi. The atmosphere is typical of an agriturismo; the place was very quaint, surrounded by greenery, with an outdoor area with swings, a fountain, and a hammock. All the staff, from the owner to the girl who served us—whose name I don't remember—were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they stopped to chat pleasantly with us. To start, we were served a delicious appetizer with cured meats and various snacks: eggplant parmigiana, grilled vegetables, stuffed peppers, and pan-fried mashed potatoes. Everything was excellent; I was absolutely thrilled. The ingredients were high-quality and flavorful. With the appetizer, we were already satisfied. We continued with a lovely main course, a nice slice of grilled meat (veal for me) and lamb for my boyfriend, accompanied by a salad. The meat was cooked divinely. We finished lunch with coffee and liqueur. All the products are genuine, grown by the owner and cooked by his wife, even the pasta is homemade (we opted for meat). Kudos to all the staff; I felt welcomed and pampered. It's definitely a place to spend a wonderful day and relax, as we did. I even enjoyed the hammock; it was wonderful. Irpinia is truly a land of hospitality, rich in genuine, quality products, pure, uncontaminated air, and welcoming, kind, and hospitable people.

08/06/2025: Siamo stati in questa braceria consigliataci da amici. Era un sabato sera, quindi mettiamo in preventivo di aspettare. Veniamo accolti in modo frettoloso, ci fanno accomodare subito (avevamo prenotato) e da lì la lunga attesa ma veramente lunga. Attesa per ricevere i menù, attesa per ordinare e attesa per mangiare ma non fa nulla, eravamo pronti a tutto ciò, il sabato si sa che è così un po’ ovunque. Dal menu già notiamo i prezzi un po’ alti, soprattutto della carne ma decidiamo lo stesso di ordinarla. Prendiamo una fiorentina per due, delle patate al forno per contorno, 1 acqua e 1 fetta di cheescake, il tutto per ben 70€. Ora ok che la Fiorentina era di 1kg ma 50€ al kg mi sembra un po’ esagerato. Riassunto? La carne si era buona ma non giustifica il conto pagato e ho trovato anche il personale non molto accogliente.
