28/05/2026: A dream come true! I celebrated my 18th birthday last night at this wonderful venue, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The owner proved to be an extraordinary and exceptional person: with unparalleled professionalism and helpfulness, he took charge of the situation and made everything I'd always dreamed of for my party come true. Everything was simply magnificent: the location was enchanting, the food exquisite, the friendliness and hospitality of the entire staff impeccable. The entertainment deserves special mention: the DJ was amazing, he immediately understood the mood of the evening, selected the perfect music, and had everyone on the dance floor from the first to the last minute, getting every single guest dancing and having fun. The photographer was also brilliant, with great eye and discretion, capturing the most beautiful, emotional, and spontaneous moments of the evening. My guests were all amazed, and I experienced an unforgettable night. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making my 18th birthday perfect! Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: Well, there's certainly little to add... or a great deal, obviously: an environment that fully reflects the architectural and historically significant style of the place. From the moment you enter, you instantly feel the charming and noble atmosphere of ancient and majestic villas of the past. The furnishings are noteworthy and meticulously crafted. Accessories that serve as a frame, enriching an already distinguished setting. The welcome service is provided by a trained and attentive staff, always ready to accommodate requests, both for room arrangements and for the bar/restaurant area, always striving to satisfy the needs of every guest. A truly family-like welcome, led by Mr. Luigi, and his constant presence are the personal signature of a successful picture, ensuring that the entire stay is spent in complete harmony and well-being. At the end of a three-day stay, I personally thank the entire staff, and I hope anyone who has the pleasure of reading this note of praise can personally share their praise. Thank you, very much.

23/06/2026: Phenomenal restaurant that was recommended to me by a local. We had a wonderful time here, as the servers are pleasant and engaging, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

07/06/2026: Very elegant place, qualified staff, well-decorated food, but personally, with little seasoning and a meager portion. I spent €100 for two people, which seemed excessive for what I ate, especially for the taste and quantity. I can make this comparison because I frequent other restaurants comparable to Maroder, and I've eaten much better in other places for the same price. My review is intended to be constructive towards the owner, because he has a beautiful place that can offer more and provide a better experience for customers, for a clientele that spends because here they spend! In the end, you offer a beautiful place with a warm welcome, but the customer wants to eat and not feast! Also because, I repeat, I paid. An appetizer with two trivialities was €16, a pasta dish was €18, a practically white risotto was €16, and then drinks with a cover charge and a measly dessert was €7. So, I pay, but I don't want to feel like I'm being pushed around! Then the waiter, as soon as he sees that you have finished your meal, makes you nervous, either you order or you leave, and the place was half empty. 😐

11/07/2026: We went for dinner and it seemed like a nightmare. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired. The mushrooms, which are supposed to be local, tasted practically nothing; they were just so full of oil that they gave you a stomach ache. The appetizer of cured meats and vegetables was the only acceptable thing of the evening. A place to forget.

16/05/2026: Unique flavors with authentic tastes! For years, every time we've been in this area, a stop at "La Botte" has been a must! Tonight, for the first time, after seeing the satisfied faces of other customers on more than one occasion, I wanted to try the pizza (white with porcini mushrooms and truffle). What can I say??? This time too, they managed to exceed my expectations!! All the heartfelt compliments! You all deserve them!!! 💪

01/06/2026: Very lovely owners who go to great lengths to offer homemade breakfast items, very clean rooms, and the location is beautifully idyllic and, with the dogs, the fish farm, and the spring at the batistero, very good for relaxing.

19/12/2025: A pearl inside an oyster, that's how I'd describe Nia. Dinner at a table overlooking the kitchen, watching the chef at work, and chatting together made the evening even more enjoyable. Describing flavors that blend together in a Campanian-Japanese fusion seems reductive. Nothing is left to chance. A special mention goes to the ravioli, closed like culurgiones by the expert hands of the Sardinian lady, which deserved to be mopped up. The dessert, cream with cherry tomato jam and chocolate powder, was worthy of a second helping. Thank you for a delightful evening.
