07/07/2025: I had pizza here because it was recommended to me and I really wasn't disappointed. Aside from the goodness and quality of the food, the care in the preparation and the attention to tradition, a kindness towards the customer that you don't see often. These guys really deserve it. PS in addition to the pizzas, I recommend you absolutely try the frittatine which are the original ones made in batter and that remain dry and the crocché which were divine, only grandma made them like this.

Unfortunately, the service doesn't live up to the cuisine: the waiters do what they can, but more staff would be needed to limit wait times. An experience worth repeating, but given the circumstances, not during high season.

20/01/2026: The appetizers, while nothing special, were mostly fried and more expensive than the main course. They also didn't post a price list online or on Google, nor did they give us a menu in the store. Everything was overpriced, and I should have suspected it when they asked me over the phone if I was a foreigner when I made the reservation. The setting was beautiful, but I thought the whole service was a joke.

I have to say that for days I've received so many compliments from the motorcycle participants about the location we chose for lunch, and I told them that the compliments aren't for me or the location, but for the people who looked after us, cooked, and served us—you. We had a wonderful time, and I thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. 17/03/2026: Dishes that reflect tradition, excellent friarielli / genovese.. The place is frequented by long-standing customers who are a bit dated, the place could use a bit of a makeover... classic 70s/80s service, slightly exaggerated prices.

24/02/2026: I've tried three flours in Aversa several times and have always been satisfied with both the quality of the products and the lightness of the pizza dough. I've also tried the one in Caserta, but it's not comparable to the Aversa location; in fact, I was disappointed with the pizza, which was hard to digest. The service is also excellent.

22/02/2026: Last night we went to eat at this place, which I had fond memories of because I came a few years ago and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, yesterday I changed my mind. We had a table booked for 10:00, and they sent us a reminder message saying the maximum delay tolerated was 10 minutes. We arrived at 10:09, they made us wait a few minutes and then seated us. Unfortunately, the staff who served us were very annoyed, almost annoyed by our presence. I personally ordered a beer and they brought me a wine glass to drink it from. When I asked for a change of glass, the person serving us swept it off the table and, annoyed, went to get me a beer glass. There was a person at the table with celiac disease, and they brought him different cutlery and plates than ours. So far, these seem very thoughtful, but it's a shame about the aftermath. We non-celiacs had terrible swelling today, while the person with celiac disease unfortunately vomited all night. I'm sorry, but we'll never go back, and even if the celiac person had been fine, I still wouldn't go back because the service was truly terrible. I preferred the previous management!
