18/01/2026: Passing between Salerno and Naples, my partner, our two children, and I were drawn to the curious and inviting name of Osteria O Ciardin. It couldn't have been a more fitting choice. The interior is warm and welcoming (we'll return in the summer to enjoy the garden). The bathrooms are spotless and equipped with every amenity (from baby changing tables to hand cream and cotton wipes). The service is attentive and impeccable; the young lady who welcomed and served us was the highlight of the entire experience. The food is both refined and simple, with the appetizers being very interesting, and their cacio e pepe is a must.
A must-try!

09/12/2025: Unprofessional Staff. We called at 10:30 PM to find out what time they closed, and they told us 11:30 PM. We arrived at 11:10 PM (despite having driven 40 km specifically to get there on time) and they said they had turned off the grill even though there were still tables occupied. I ask the owner to monitor this carefully, as his staff (a young woman and a lady at the cash register) are not looking out for your best interests.
08/12/2025: A charming location and delicious food. I highly recommend trying the tritaburger sandwich, which is exceptional... and the Apulian meatballs... I'll definitely be back.

11/03/2026: Excellent place in Sorrento for delicious pasta and wine! We had the fusilli and the tagliatelle nero with seafood; both dishes were exquisite.
The staff was also very friendly.

01/01/2026: Overall, the experience was okay, but the prices are decidedly excessive.
The dishes we ate didn't justify the cost: half a first course, a rather small second course, and a bottle of water totaling €50 seemed truly disproportionate.
I would still recommend the restaurant, but I suggest sticking to the classic menu and avoiding the "catch of the day."

07/03/2026: I go there often and every time it's like it's the first time I've eaten it, the pizza is delicious, the staff are welcoming, at the entrance you can see the window where they knead the pizzas and all the ingredients are fresh and with a nice face, everything is very professional and the owner is very good as well as the pizza chef, I highly recommend it to everyone 🤩🤩
05/03/2026: Greetings to the owners, Natalino and Angelo. They use only top-quality products, produce spectacular dough, and offer moderate prices. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and, in the summer months, a lovely garden where you can enjoy their pizzas! They also offer takeout, with the option to pre-order via WhatsApp! I highly recommend this pizzeria.

The food is fantastic – the menu includes both fish and meat dishes, all freshly prepared.
The service is warm, attentive, and thoroughly pleasant. What's especially nice is that it's a family business, and you can tell that right away.
A place to feel good, enjoy, and come back. Absolutely recommended!

The room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and available to meet guests' needs.
I recommend it!
31/12/2025: The service is absolutely amazing! The staff are attentive and the breakfast is wonderful. Parking is right next door which is RARE to find in Amalfi with easy access to the bus stops. The beds are plush with large TV and plenty of entertainment options.

08/03/2026: They made us wait 50 minutes for a table, then another 30 minutes for not even water. Not enough staff for the amount of work, poor waiters. Shame on the managers, we got up and the response of a manager was simply "I'm sorry". Shame on them, hire more staff instead.

Good and plentiful food.
Fast and friendly service.
A family atmosphere.
My wife and I ordered the €25 fixed menu and were very satisfied.
I would also add the added bonus of free on-site parking, just steps from the Sagra Famiglia church, the museum, and Padre Pio's house.
