04/11/2025: I'm starting from the assumption that this isn't the first time I've been to Puok. We know the quality and deliciousness of the products and have never had any problems (hence the 4 stars). However, it's also right to share small negative experiences with the aim of improving. I went to the Vomero location today with my boyfriend and we ordered two Genovese and a Mr. Orange, the limited-edition sandwich. Initially, we noticed the Mr. Orange was missing, but fortunately, since we were still in the area, we went back to point it out. After about ten minutes, it was delivered. While eating it, we realized the hamburger was raw (and not rare), so for the second time, we went back to point it out to the current shift. I'd like to remind the shift that being professional means being 100% present at work in order to maintain a high standard, and disparaging former colleagues on probation in front of customers certainly doesn't demonstrate professionalism, especially if getting lost in the conversation later becomes a determining factor in a hypothetical mistake in the customer's order. We also noticed that the bread at the "Genovese astrospaziale" wasn't rosetta, as specified among the ingredients on the menu. I want to emphasize that the negative review isn't about puok, but rather the lack of communication between the shift members.

04/11/2025: Truly spectacular. I've never had a better sandwich than these. I had an out-of-this-world Genovese, a Nonna Assunta, and a classic burger, but they were truly incredible. The food was incredible, I'd go back to Naples just to try these sandwiches again. Unforgettable.

The gourmet menu then enchanted with the quality of the ingredients and the creative pairings. Special praise goes to Chef Lindoro, creator of dishes that are true works of art. The twice-cooked octopus, wrapped in a delicate honey sauce and Agerola provola fondue, and the suckling pig with potatoes and Annurca apples were unforgettable, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The spectacular first courses confirmed the mastery of the cuisine. Each course was accompanied by a carefully chosen wine pairing: from sparkling wines to rosé, to an elegant Nebbiolo, thanks to Valerio's expertise and sensitivity, attentive to presentation and guest satisfaction. Making everything even more special, Sara, a wedding planner with a refined eye, oversaw the decor down to the smallest detail and watched over the room with discretion and warmth. The grand finale? A poolside dessert buffet that enchanted with its beauty and variety, culminating with an exquisite cake and the enveloping aroma of fine rums. 06/10/2025: I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was clean, spacious, well-organized, with a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary small bottles and a spacious closet. The only flaw was the bathroom, which was too small for people with disabilities. The staff and owner were wonderful, kind, and ready to accommodate any need. We had a great time. I'll consider staying here again if I need it again. The bar staff were simply the best.

02/10/2025: Great experience! We booked eight rooms at this hotel for my brother's wedding guests, and we couldn't have made a better choice! All our guests were extremely satisfied with their stay. The central location was a huge plus, allowing everyone to get around easily. Special mention goes to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, and the excellent, rich and varied breakfast, which was a fantastic way to start the day. Furthermore, a great strength is the staff: always incredibly kind, helpful, and ready to accommodate our every request. They handled the group and individual needs with professionalism and a smile. Many of our guests also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant and raved about it, confirming the high quality of the dinner offerings. We highly recommend this hotel for both individual stays and for organizing groups, as was our case.

10/10/2025: A very elegant restaurant located just off the Montoro highway exit. I was there for a wedding. The service was impeccable and friendly. The venue is beautifully presented, both inside and out. We ate several courses, from the starter buffet to the dessert buffet. There's also plenty of parking available across the street. One important thing: fireworks are prohibited!

05/10/2025: Amazing place on the beach! We arrived by boat but you can reach there with the bus as well. They serve everything in the restaurant or on the beach! Staff was amazing ! We really enjoyed this place !

25/09/2025: On a day when we didn't feel like pasta or pizza, we decided to order the cutlet, and to our surprise, it was very good. It's a breaded meat, but the breading was very good and unusual. The fries were very good. The staff were super friendly and smiling. Then we asked for help finding lounge chairs on the beach, and they promptly called the manager, who was also super friendly. I suggest having lunch there and then going to their beach; it was the best beach I've had in this area of ​​Naples. Oh! Great sea view from the restaurant.

19/10/2025: I have to say the place is nice but a bit neglected. On the counter at the entrance there was a basket of half-ripened cherry tomatoes. The food is very home-cooked; I would have made some dishes better myself. The organization is very poor, even though the waiters were friendly. The bill was a piece of paper written in pen and a calculator printout. I honestly wouldn't go back!

26/09/2025: Passing through Benevento, we wandered into this alley. I ordered the scarpariello and, for my second course, a dish I'd never tried before today: pork with Annurca apple, hazelnuts, and zucchini. A delicacy!! Highly recommended!! The tiramisu was also excellent!! Come in, ladies and gentlemen, come in!! 😋😋😋 P.S. Kind and friendly, which never hurts!

03/11/2025: Everything was great. The service was spectacular, the waiters were wonderful, and the fresh fish they presented looked delicious. But since we were in Italy, we opted for pasta. The frutti di mare was amazing—a huge portion with lots of shellfish, each one more delicious than the last. The mixed appetizer platter was also highly recommended and very generous. And the town is beautiful!

18/10/2025: Beautiful hotel, great view and location! Helpful porters to get your bags and bring them back to dock. Room furnishings a little dated but very clean. Air conditioning also worked really well and room came equipped with a steamer which was really helpful as most hotels don’t have irons for you to use.

17/10/2025: Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is slightly off the beaten path, which was a pleasant atmosphere! Away from the main city it gave a sense of paradise and serenity. We had the garden view room and were not disappointed. Beds were comfy and clean, room was spacious, bathroom was clean, and the balcony was a delightful added bonus for us. Service was great as well. Room service was respectful and prompt. Making quick work go clean the room. The restaurant was absolutely fantastic! One of our favorite meals in our 10day honeymoon in Italy. The gnachetti with braised lamb and the slow-cooked pork shoulder were absolutely delicious!

14/09/2025: The food was good and the service was undoubtedly excellent, but the portions were truly tiny and the prices were exorbitant. The bill ended up being disproportionate and it felt like a real rip-off. Personally, I wouldn't return.

01/11/2025: Da Salvatore Trattoria on the Castellammare seafront Informal, friendly trattoria Pizza/takeaway below Seated dining room above Zeppoline and mussels with pepper as an appetizer were really good and high-quality But they outdid themselves with the first courses. I tried it for the first time in my life: paccheri with porcini mushrooms and clams, truly delicious, excellent, obligatory mopping up the sauce (€12 😮) And I also tried my girlfriend's seafood scialatielli (€15 👍), equally delicious, with top-quality clams. The portions were also decent, almost generous. I continued with fried shrimp, calamari, and cuttlefish (€13 😮) Quality ingredients, well-fried, golden brown. All in all, exceptional food, very low prices compared to the quality (perhaps due to the climate and very informal setting?) Same staff, same food in a "fashion" restaurant. "fashion" you pay double for everything Great discovery!!! 👍👍
