13/07/2025: Once again, Chef Enzo pampered us with his traditional cuisine, representing the pinnacle of Campanian gastronomy. The courteous and attentive service showcases the meticulous work of the chef's team. "Il Soffio" is undoubtedly one of the finest culinary establishments in the entire Caserta province. A heartfelt thank you to the chef and all the staff.

02/07/2025: This place is simply enchanting. A genuineness from another time, from the spectacular food to Nunziatina who is truly a special person. She welcomed us with all the honors making us feel at home. She prepared us so many delicious things and entertained us with songs and a bit of chatter, just like family. I will definitely return. We were here for a hen party and the bride was ecstatic, all of us too.

21/10/2025: We loved our stay at Hotel Open Gate! We did 5 nights in October, the weather was beautiful as was the view! The staff was also incredibly helpful and kind. We had breakfast there every morning, and dinner twice, the food was great. Being able after a long day to have a dinner right at the hotel was a relief. But also very easy to access other major parts of the coast via the SITA bus (if you have big luggage they do have storage on the outside of the bus, opposite to the entrance), as well as walk to other places in Praiano. Hoping we can come back someday!

09/10/2025: I just finished dinner at this little restaurant, which I think should be included on the UNESCO list because it captures the true essence of the Amalfi Coast. Excellent service, all supervised and supervised by the owners. Excellent cuisine, highly recommended. The seafood scialatielli are truly unique, handmade by the local, native chef. Well done, and best of luck! Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave me.

17/08/2025: A favorite osteria. Local dishes expertly prepared. Absolutely not to be missed. All ingredients are local. From appetizers to dessert, including the wines, a splendid dining experience. The spezzate candles with goat chop are a must.

09/08/2025: We visited Osteria 'O Ciardin on a Saturday evening with a reservation. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, and we dined in the outdoor garden. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The menu is based on seasonal produce, and we enjoyed two appetizers: the peach salad, a pleasant discovery, and the delicious sciurilli and zucchini parmigiana. For our first course, we chose delicious spaghetti with corbarino tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella, with the typical sweet and sour flavor of this tomato, and a summery Genovese with fusillo sangiliano, much more delicate than the Neapolitan version, enriched with lemon zest and featuring the typical fusillo of Sant'Egidio. We washed it all down with a delicious Falerno wine. The bill was in line with the quality and deliciousness of the dishes we ate. Highly recommended for an al fresco summer dinner in a family-friendly setting.

05/10/2025: If you're looking for a pleasant evening with excellent food and a good selection of wines, then you've come to the right place! A welcoming location, a quiet atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, and expertly prepared dishes using top-quality ingredients. I recommend the grilled razor clams, white clam soup, tempura cod, tempura shrimp with mayonnaise, octopus salad, grilled cuttlefish with crunchy vegetables, squid, and potatoes with Corbarino tomatoes. Very tasty dishes. And finally, a delicious dessert: panna cotta with berries and crema catalana. Excellent value.

01/07/2025: Very friendly staff, restaurant that was not originally part of my culinary itinerary, but was not far from my youth hostel. Pleasant surprise. I recommend the pizza with Vesuvio pienolo tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella

Rich appetizers, made with the freshest local produce, generous first courses, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful meat, and soft and delicious homemade desserts. The staff is welcoming and incredibly helpful. Massimo, the owner, felt like we'd known him forever, and Daniele, his son, was our guardian angel... he even helped us with a little problem we had with our car. 23/08/2025: Beautiful place with a sea view, fantastic and very kind staff, especially Rosa, always clean rooms, and everything else. Their friendliness made me and my family feel at home. The food is good, with hearty breakfasts. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days at the seaside because from there you can reach the beach in a short time. There's so much more to say, but I think you have to see the place firsthand. The sunset and the panoramic view.
