28/02/2025: Locale che si sviluppa in lunghezza, piuttosto angusto e con tavoli troppo ravvicinati. Cucina buona ma non eccelsa, fatta eccezione per gli spaghetti con taratufi e tartufi, davvero sublimi. Piatto di crudi discreto ma niente che si faccia ricordare, tranne che per il prezzo. Buona la tartare di tonno e l'ostrica gillardeau, ottima la tagliatella di seppia, per il resto tutto assolutamente nella media, senza picchi di sapore. Tartare di gamberi rossi con una buona materia prima ma fortemente penalizzata dall'eccessiva presenza della burrata che copriva tutti i sapori. Dolci senza infamia e senza lode, con poca fantasia. Scelta dei vini al calice piuttosto ristretta e banale, eccellente invece la selezione dei rum. Il servizio è la parte che soffre di più il paragone con il Bistrot : troppo rigido e formale, poco incline a venire incontro al cliente, anche quando, nel mio caso, si richiede una semplice tartare di scampi fuori menù. Tanta forma e apparenza ma poca sostanza ed empatia. Infine, a completare il quadro di un'esperienza non del tutto soddisfacente, dei prezzi davvero eccessivi in relazione all'offerta globale del locale.

26/01/2025: We ate on a Saturday evening, booking via the Whatsapp service. We started with fried chicken: good, crunchy and we found the sauce appropriate as a pairing for this appetizer. The sandwiches were good but the sauce in the smash was too much and sweet and sour, creating a contrast with the other ingredients. The one with minced hamburger was excellent, a perfect combination of bread and used cheeses. Too bad the place was a little too narrow but definitely worth trying again!

20/11/2024: What can I say!? It's expensive but rightly so! The ambience is the most beautiful you can have in Amalfie and that's saying something! Unfortunately I can't remember the waiter's name but he was perfect! And he looked as Italian as one can look :p Thanks for the service! Everything was really excellent, only the food didn't quite match the level of service and ambience, but still good, it was a great experience from start to finish!

La carbonara era buonissima, e la pizza Del Sindaco aveva un impasto leggerissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuro 🥰
