The gastronomic element that strikes positively is the use of hazelnuts in many dishes, from appetizers to desserts. I really liked the pan with pork cubes, potatoes, porcini mushrooms and hazelnuts. The pizzas are excellent, quality and with plenty of filling. The desserts are superlative, creamy and delicate.

12/06/2025: This is our 4th day in Naples and we only found this place today. It is only 2mins away from our place and we have been going to supposedly must go to pizza places! This is a winner. The best pizza we have eaten in 4 days!!!

My absolute favorite is Porco verde, but Smashed One and Los Pollos are also very good. You have to try them at least once in your life, you won't be able to do without them!

Tomé la ensalada mixta de mariscos, con pulpo, calamar, gambas y mejillones, seguido de ensalada caprese. Las porciones de marisco eran enormes, y muy sabroso - en realidad era más de lo que podía terminar. 06/05/2025: I went to Villa Matilde Avallone using a smartbox. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very beautiful location. A strong point for me is also the proximity to the sea. I absolutely recommend the winery tour and wine tasting, really good! I will definitely buy other wines!

First of all, I must say that I am not a person who usually complains about something, or creates reviews to discredit places or anything else, but tonight I really saw a terrible organization and a terrible predisposition to accommodate customer requests. It is important to say that I booked at this place a couple of hours before arriving, I warned that we were families with strollers and therefore it was necessary to understand that we needed space to move .... arrived ... they made us find a table at the back of the place that to make the person next to us stand up we had to get up, move strollers and tables but it doesn't matter ... Suddenly we turn around and the waitress, not very welcoming and prepared and also very rude, (I am referring to the one with long hair, with the ponytail and flower in her hair), was preparing another very long table next to our table .... since I noticed even more the fit I pointed out to her that we really had no more space to move, but she did not care about the matter and continued doing what she was doing without giving importance to the needs of the customers, she smiled and continued. In all this, my daughter's stroller was tossing around left and right to carry the food... are you kidding me... I wonder, is it so nice to trap customers to let in more seats and earn that extra €50 without thinking about the discontent created???? FOR ME IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE........if I had to advise someone to go far from me.

13/06/2025: Eating at Taverna Verde da Morzariello is like taking a leap into the past, in fact it is perhaps the oldest tavern in Ischia; the structure exudes history from the iron windows and the beautiful Ischian majolica floor of a beautiful green color, as if it had been put there yesterday. But tradition is the history of the recipes of the past, found above all in the dishes, simple as tradition requires, but rich in flavor and taste thanks to the love that the lady in the kitchen puts into them and that she defends with determination. From the appetizer to the dessert it was a continuous explosion of goodness: local cured meats and their garden vegetables in oil; hand-made croquettes; fresh fettuccine with rabbit sauce and then rabbit, the main dish of the island. The service was extremely attentive and pleasant for the chat at the end of the evening with the owner. Modest prices for the high quality of the dishes offered.
