21/10/2024: The genuine art of fast food.... A small sandwich bar located in the center of Serino, right in front of the town hall... Amazing sandwiches with selected ingredients of excellent quality... Excellent quality/price ratio.... With 24 euros, 4 of us ate 1 sandwich each, 1 portion of chips, 1 beer, 2 bottles of water and 2 soft Nutella ice creams.... What can I say, try it for yourself.... Highly recommended

23/11/2024: We found it by chance, it was a pleasant surprise. The owner is kind and attentive, the location is a bit bizarre with paintings by Maestro Barra on the walls. We appreciated the welcoming and almost homely atmosphere. The choice to have the fixed menu is also a guarantee of the quality of the ingredients and given that you only eat fish it is essential. The owner out of kindness also let us try another first course in addition to the one we had ordered, delicious! The dishes are moderately refined but tasty and well presented. We will definitely be back!

16/12/2024: I've been going to Fast Food "Senza Pretese" for years now and I don't remember a single time when I left dissatisfied! The cuisine is simple, homemade and the quality of the products is very high. Highly recommended!

The innkeeper, Mr. Giovanni, is friendly, the guys who work there are polite, precise and helpful, a perfect mix with the place to make you feel at home especially on a day like today, December 25th, all enhanced by the external environment with the background of the snow-capped mountains. Regarding the dishes, I can only confirm the positive reviews regarding the quality and local tradition. Well done!!!

27/10/2024: We were able to try the 50€ menu. He was very good. Unfortunately a few details taint my comment, for example the apple juice that we never received, or the bad desserts that we were served. When the waiter noticed this, he still brought us the voucher. The servers and staff were professional, friendly and efficient overall. Very beautiful view from this aerial terrace.

10/12/2024: We went to the place to have a drink....the place is nice, the waiters are quite courteous and professional, the cocktails are also good with a fancy aperitif.....unlike the thing sitting on the sofa at the entrance that when when you enter she doesn't even bother to say hello but only looks at you with that snobbish look that embarrassed us, the lady who I believe is the owner or manager could be less arrogant and more courteous with ALL customers and not just with those "ENTREPRENEURS" or Anyway any regular customers, after all all customers bring profit and must be treated appropriately.

30/12/2024: A truly giant cappuccino, delicious zeppoline and donuts! Approximately 4 euros per person. Optimal! The service was friendly and impeccable.

08/01/2025: Needed a dinner place near Spanish Quarter to meet friends. Came well recommended and the staff (grandma, mom and daughter) did a great job for a party of 8. But the food was a little confusing, some dishes tasted great, others not so much. Half of the menu was unavailable (no fish, clam, only mussels that day). The eggplant parmigiana appetizer was the best order. The dining room itself is a jumble with orders coming in from the storefront next door (pizzas, drinks). A little frantic, but good for the price and last minute reservations.

15/12/2024: As for the pizzas, I tried the Neapolitan fried pizza and the ricciolina. In both cases the workmanship was good but I didn't fully appreciate the flavours. The Neapolitan frittata was too sweet, you couldn't hear pepper or squeaks and the ricotta was too refined, "creamy" and indeed sweet and predominant. On the contrary, I was expecting the savory ricciolina considering the presence of anchovies and olives but it was almost inedible. It would be enough to add a tasty but less salty olive and above all the tasteless cherry tomatoes which were shown on the menu but absent from the pizza. Great recovery with desserts. I will return to try other pizza flavors.
