09/09/2025: Self-service and a relaxed atmosphere, because it's street food. The food was excellent: we had calzones, arancini, pizza a portafoglio, and pasta with pancetta and provola cheese. They were simply SUPERLATIVE!!!! WHEN YOU LEAVE THE POMPEII RUINS, STOP BY ZIO CARMINE FOR HIS FRESHLY MADE DELICACIES. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I had two trays prepared to take home for dinner. 03/12/2025: Sept 2025 Enjoyed delicious salads and cocktails at the restaurant, while waiting to board our boat. Wait staff was very helpful to advise of gluten free options. Salad was a good size for lunch and came with gluten-free bread (individually packaged). Restaurant was pretty busy ((Friday) and we were lucky to find a table along the outside where we wanted. The restroom facilities were very clean and had friendly attendants. Seems that access to restrooms are free to patrons but maybe others pay small fee.

02/12/2025: The stunning view and atmosphere make this place magic and memorable!!! My partner and I come over there for 4 years in a row willing to spend for a very good service and to enjoy this beautiful place. Such a shame that the price increased of the 150% compare with the past few years while the service got poorer and poorer. By staying within the nearest cities and renting a scooter you will still save money while enjoying a beautiful journey. Ridiculous!

05/07/2025: Friendly staff. Hidden prices, no menu. Unpleasant surprise, very expensive bill 80 euros in Naples with 2 first courses of porcini mushrooms, appetizer of 3 canapés with aubergines at the price (from the receipt) of 14 euros, 1 buffalo mozzarella, half a litre of house wine, served in a carafe. All the dishes offered were off the menu, justifying that the opening for lunch was extraordinary linked to an event, which is why there was no menu available.

20/06/2025: Evening with friends in front of a very good pizza, light and digestible. Even the tasty snacks are good. I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: Everything was perfect, shame about the staff, some waiters don't have the right manners to approach customers...they think they're the owners!!!!

29/10/2025: I'm not someone who complains about anything, but when I sit down at a bar on a quiet Wednesday evening (after a 15-minute wait) and am told I can't have a coffee because I have to have a dessert with it, then I do complain. If I'm on a diet or have celiac disease, I'm not free to have a coffee because I'd have to spend 6 euros for a single-serving dessert I can't/won't eat, or 6 euros for a Coke Zero. And, overlooking the latter, I don't even make it a question of money, but of principle. Why should I be forced to have something I don't want when I just wanted a tiny bit of coffee?

20/11/2025: Honestly, this is my third time going there. The first few times were really good, but this third time I ate a bit of fish (which is strange, because I prefer to eat it only in excellent restaurants where it's served FRESH because they show you by bringing your choice to the table before cooking it). However, I was told it was good, and my stomach hurt so much that I'll never set foot there again! I'm still on stomach treatment, and a week later, I had a terrible time... I don't know, but from what I saw, the owner wasn't there that evening, and I'm sorry because the other times when he was there, this didn't happen, since he personally came to take orders and take care of the customer's requests... People also write about excellent, fresh, and high-quality food, but what exactly do you eat at your place? Have you ever been to a real restaurant????! Oh... I'm sorry, the owner is a nice person, but the restaurant is not good at all👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

16/10/2025: Nothing exceptional. More of a trattoria than a restaurant. If you choose simple dishes based on local products, such as a mixed antipasto of cured meats and cheeses or a first or second course of meat, it might be fine. Don't expect anything more sophisticated, and if you want a good wine, don't go for the local one. A fish-based first course is awful, but a fried shrimp and calamari is good. Not recommended, especially if you have to travel many kilometers to get there.

28/09/2025: We were guests at the Porta Rosa Hotel. The staff were very friendly. No complaints about the food. We ate very well. We'll definitely return if we're in the area again. Thanks

21/09/2025: Nice, clean, and well-organized place. The food is excellent, especially the pizzas, which are made with excellent dough. Must try.

06/10/2025: Every year when we come to Ischia for spa treatments, this pastry shop is our go-to place for excellent coffee and, above all, pastries (sfogliatelle ricce e frolle, babà, pastiere, nubilette, and, in short, all of them) of excellent quality, made with first-class ingredients, combined with kindness and courtesy in a small but very welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

15/09/2025: Excellent coffee service, breakfast, and especially desserts. A renowned, high-quality pastry shop using fresh ingredients and offering prices in line with the local area. Cakes and gifts are available to order. High-quality, renowned Neapolitan pastry art.

26/10/2025: Hi, we arrived at the restaurant and found it closed! My wife is celiac, and we were very disappointed considering we spent an hour driving around Pozzuoli to find a parking spot. A serious restaurant would have updated their website.

05/10/2025: A very charming little restaurant located right between the center and the port of Pozzuoli. Its simple setting evokes typical Neapolitan moments and phrases from everyday life, and the owner is helpful and polite. A highlight is the gluten-free menu, identical to the regular menu. Worth considering if you're in the area.

12/10/2025: I came today around 11pm with my partner (being Saturday it closes at 2am) I found myself on a hill full of potholes and I found the place closed, without any notice on social media or outside, nor a light or anything, I followed the instructions of the navigator, I drove 28 minutes for nothing, I tried to call but it said that the number was not available, the messages on WhatsApp only loaded a bar, bitterly disappointed
