19/12/2024: Despite the reservation they made regular customers pass in front, waiting for the order and endless waiting for the dishes, everything from the frying to the meat was poor. I'm only sorry that I booked specifying that I had an autistic child so the times, as per telephone agreements, had to be tight but there was no respect. I believe and am sure that they hate Neapolitans. I have lived in Caserta for many years but I always point out that I am proud to be Neapolitan and both my wife and I are two professionals loved and respected by everyone. They treated us very badly. We didn't complain about it nothing, we waited for the plates which came back almost full. Also because seeing and hearing the owner........ Let's leave it alone. .... I'm really sorry but I wouldn't go back at all. I strongly advise against it.

30/11/2024: I think I have traveled all over Italy and tried important restaurants, both starred and otherwise, but the Locanda del Borbone, which I have been frequenting for about twenty years, remains the undisputed Top in everything and everyone. 04/01/2025: A discovery! Beyond the offer, which is of the highest quality for all the products, I want to highlight the service. Raffaele welcomed us with seriousness and professionalism. He advised us and pampered us impeccably. High level cocktails (the rose spritz was extraordinary). Top wines (a superb offer of Orange wine). Truffles galore. We will be back. And often too!

02/01/2025: A New Year's Eve to forget, poor and poor food, chaotic entertainment, they couldn't even plan the countdown, losing the emotion of Brindisi, all this for the modest price of €120.00, I forgot that due to the cold we ate with scarves and coats

26/11/2024: Farmhouse near the sanctuary of San Gerardo. We had lunch on Sunday, the menu is fixed and includes central starters, 2 first courses (fresh pasta), mixed meat with side dish, fruit, dessert and coffee, all for just 20 euros with drinks to be paid separately (at very honest prices). The only flaw, among the first courses we were served pasta with tomato sauce, I think we could have done something more typical.

05/01/2025: We were skeptical at first because the restaurant is relatively large. But in the end we were very satisfied. My fish menu for €25 was totally ok, the pizza was also good. The landlord was very friendly and was able to console us about the temporarily non-working coffee machine for the espresso at the end.

04/10/2024: We were guests in September, the place is pleasant and well-kept. The management is welcoming, kind and thoughtful. Professionalism and passion are also expressed in the accurate cuisine full of flavours, knowledge and scents, between the sea and enchanted mountains!

17/12/2024: Dopo una lunga passeggiata in quel di Napoli ci voleva un pranzo che a tratti sembrava casereccio ma la differenza è stata fatta proprio dalla qualità dei piatti. Consiglio gli spaghetti con le vongole e le polpette, buonissime!

05/12/2024: JUST TWO WORDS! THRILLING! I ate a pizza with colleagues and when we sat down we immediately noticed the dirty cup holder... thinking it was just that, we asked for another one. EVEN DIRTIER! not to mention the pizza. I took a simple margherita (I always take marherita in new places thinking that at least they know how to do that one) it was INEDIBLE! THE RAW AND ACID SAUCE...not to mention the flavor. not even a little salt so I had it brought to the table to add on top but anyway nothing to do. cardboard dough and mozzarella from bags!
