27/05/2025: Let me tell you how nice the people are here. My two-year-old son and I went there to enjoy a drink outside this afternoon. My son was in his stroller and tried to push himself away from the table to roll away and the table tipped over, breaking a glass and making a big mess. The staff were so amazing. They immediately cleaned up the mess and refused my apologies and offer to pay for the broken glass. They were so kind when the mistake was completely ours. This is a nice and honest business that treats people like human beings.

07/05/2025: Siamo stai a cena nel mese di maggio abbiamo mangiato il bun fatto da loro con hamburger chedar pancetta e patate al forno molto buono devo dire, la ragazza che ci ha servito molto simpatica ,per i drink lasciate perdere non sono attrezzati.

25/01/2025: In una fredda sera di gennaio ci siamo recati in questo locale; caratterizzato da interni con pietre a vista e arredi funzionali, il personale di sala gentile e disponibile, per la cucina non si può asserire altrettanto. Iniziamo con ordine: i tempi di attesa estremamente lunghi per gli antipasti, talmente lunghi che sono arrivati freddi... Passiamo alla tagliata di Angus con rucola pomodorini e scaglie di grana, anch'essa appena tiepida, servita con alla base una rucola tra il verdastro-marrone; un attimo prima del marcio. Per la modica cifra di 35 euro posso garantire di aver trovato di molto più appetibile, non essendo cosa difficile. Generalmente non mi preoccupano i prezzi, ma ciò che viene portato nel piatto, la qualità degli ingredienti, se cucinato in maniera sapiente e non ultimo servito alla giusta temperatura.

02/06/2025: La mia esperienza al ristorante O’Pizzirillo é stata indimenticabile, purtroppo nel senso negativo del termine. Le attese erano eccessivamente lunghe e snervanti, aggravate da un servizio disorganizzato e poco professionale. Uno degli episodi più surreali é stato il comportamento di un cameriere che, con evidente inesperienza, rischiava di far macchiare i malcapitati clienti ogni volta che si avvicinava ai tavoli, lasciando strascichi di sugo sul pavimento al suo passaggio. La scena diventava quasi una gara di riflessi per spostarsi rapidamente in modo da evitare di essere investiti dal contenuto dei piatti, una vera impresa. Il momento più esilarante? Una mozzarella ribelle lol, sfuggita dal piatto di un antipasto, che ha iniziato a rotolare per tutta la sala sotto lo sguardo incredulo e divertito dei commensali. Un vero spettacolo comico, se non fosse che ci si aspettava un’esperienza gastronomica più curata. La qualità del cibo? Probabilmente le nostre aspettative erano troppo alte, ma il giudizio finale é chiaro: non lo consiglierei, a meno che non siate amanti dei pasti accompagnati da musica assordante e fazzoletti sventolati a quel ritmo, in un ambiente che dovrebbe rispecchiare quello di un ristorante, non di alto livello, ma a parer mio, pur sempre un ristorante

05/05/2025: Unsatisfactory service they brought chipped plates...they should be more careful before serving them...I was sorry because the restaurant looks good at first glance! But they almost get lost...a real shame!!

30/05/2025: I've been going there for a couple of years because I work nearby! It's convenient to call and pick up more or less at the time of the reservation! The kebab sandwich was excellent! The other sandwich with breaded provola parmigiana bianca and walnuts was perfect!!!! I didn't feel like meat and they kindly advised me. Excellent quality/price, very easy-going, you won't kill yourself for two sandwiches and treats 😉😉

24/05/2025: How is it possible that someone gives a delivery time of 8:00 pm and after 10 minutes one calls back and calls back and calls back until they make 14 unanswered calls….. It is NOT the first time this has happened in this place if you are not up to par close

21/04/2025: Peggio di così è davvero difficile. Qualità pessima servizio inesistente......due camerieri per quanto gentili ......insufficienti per circa 300 persone. Tempi di attesa assurdi. Quantità delle porzioni insufficiente. Dopo antipasto e primo (totalmente freddo) hanno abbandonato il locale più della metà dei prenotati. Ulteriore beffa per essere rimasti fino alla fine avendo persone anziane al seguito. Peggio di uno scadente pranzo turistico. Eppure doveva essere il Pranzo Pasquale. Un consiglio ......anche se per quanto fatto non meritate neppure un consiglio ........cambiate lavoro........datevi al furto........il futuro è vostro.

28/05/2025: Frequentiamo spesso questo locale con il mio compagno e abbiamo sempre ordinato le stesse due poke: la Green e la Salmon Joy. Ieri sera, però, siamo rimasti molto delusi. Abbiamo atteso a lungo mentre le ragazze al bancone preparavano due poke per un altro tavolo: porzioni decisamente abbondanti. Quando è arrivato il nostro turno, le nostre poke erano invece molto più piccole del solito. In particolare, la mia Green Poke conteneva solo 5 pezzetti di salmone. Ho fatto notare la cosa con calma e gentilezza, ma la risposta ricevuta è stata sgarbata e arrogante: “Queste sono le nuove direttive”, senza alcuna disponibilità né empatia. Capisco che possano esserci cambiamenti interni, ma la professionalità e la cortesia verso il cliente non dovrebbero mai mancare. Siamo rimasti molto delusi, soprattutto considerando la nostra fedeltà al locale.

24/05/2025: Super fijn gezellig restaurantje om heerlijk te lunchen. Verse poke bowls, goede koffie. Goede vibe. Keuze genoeg. Prettige medewerkers.

05/05/2025: Experience no, at least for us, the fact is that since it was the first time we went we asked how it worked, we were passing through and it attracted us, we were welcomed well, but I felt cheated because the waitress had come and placed the menus on the table then in two seconds between her chatter, hearing it is the first time, we have never seen these menus again but she did it, she showed up again with a slice of meat for two of a 1kg and 1/2 at a cost of €115, my husband out of shame said fine, but I won't go there anymore, because I have to have the opportunity to see the prices first and decide whether to spend them, maybe I would have eaten the meat anyway but we would choose it, I was very disappointed, the miserable side dish of potatoes, as far as I'm concerned I think it's better to go only when they have the offer to eat the meat

09/06/2025: I didn't think I'd eat badly anywhere in Italy, but I did. Carbonara tasteless, but maybe that's for the best because my husband's bolognese was sour. A place chosen at random without checking the reviews first. Additionally, the waiter stood over us when I was choosing another dish and asked if it was ready.

09/06/2025: We asked if they had sea bream like the one in the picture, and they said yes. They brought us panga with no vegetables and it was very raw. It's a tourist trap, don't go there.

16/06/2025: In Naples they say “Ischia: where you eat, drink and whistle”. This restaurant embodies the whole spirit of Ischia. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively and the location, even if in a somewhat remote area, has an exclusive charm: not the usual tourist restaurant! The experience at Neptunus is real: fresh and excellent quality fish as rarely found, and dishes prepared with art. In addition, the professional and very kind staff manages to involve guests in a dinner in the spirit of Ischia, without sparing those little attentions, such as a welcome prosecco or a lemon sorbet at the end of the meal, good, like never tried! The prices are a little above average, but if as tourists you are looking for a true Ischian experience, I highly recommend this restaurant!

21/04/2025: Una vera perla sul mare! Pranzo indimenticabile in questo ristorante a base di pesce con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Ogni piatto è un’esplosione di freschezza e sapore: antipasti curati nei minimi dettagli, primi delicati e saporiti, e un secondo di pesce grigliato semplicemente perfetto. Il tutto accompagnato da un tramonto da cartolina e un servizio gentile e attento. Un angolo di paradiso per chi ama il buon cibo e il mare. Tornerò sicuramente

04/06/2025: Excellent pizzeria, everything very good. BUT! Terrible service, there were no cutlery and no one noticed. Waiter named Singh very good and polite, what can I not say about the other one who was bullying and huffing, it is clear that this job is not for him, I am sorry to leave a comment like that but as a customer who came to Trieste to have a good time and eat, having attitudes like that, is not the best.
