21/09/2025: I would have liked to eat at this restaurant since I saw the positive reviews, but the entrance?????? It doesn't exist!!! We parked in front, got out with the kids, and arrived at the door of the large room and.... Nope, there was no one there. After knocking several times, we decided to enter through the hotel entrance and surprise, nothing! They told us to go out with the car, get out, ring the intercom, enter a gate for the goods delivery, and then go up to I don't know what floor to go to this room. Too complicated, don't you think?? Isn't it easier for customers to enter through the restaurant's entrance??? We left and ate (very well, by the way) at a nearby grill restaurant, where the entrance door was, like everywhere else, accessible and visible!!!!

27/09/2025: Saturday evening at 11:30 PM, 30 minutes spent wandering around the parking lot, with zero—I repeat, zero—results. Organization was lacking due to the unlimited entry. Cars were constantly coming and going despite the inaccessibility.

25/09/2025: Ercolano is a small town just on the outskirts of Naples which is where the roof garden lounge bar is located. Our hotel restaurant was closed so we ended up heading here following a recommendation from some fellow guests. When you get up to the top floor you can clearly see why people flock here as the views over Naples, particularly at sunset are incredible. But it stops there. Food was basic and uninspiring but what was most galling was that upon asking for the cheese and meat board we were told that it was not available. You can imagine our frustration therefore when a table of clearly locals turns up two platters of cheese and meat boards mysterious appear. They clearly see tourists coming here and the pizza that was recommended to us by our rude server as an "amazing, incredible local delicacy" looked like something that had been bought from a supermarket and cooked only 5 minutes earlier. If you're visiting from out of town, avoid this place.

20/07/2025: Benvenuti a bordo sul serio! Ristorante dall’atmosfera elegante e calda. Ad accoglierti c’è Anna, che con la sua innata eleganza, cura tutti i dettagli e con il suo sorriso di fa sentire il sapore di famiglia che non ti aspetti. Cibo perfetto, pesce freschissimo presentato con cura nelle tipiche ceramiche Vietresi. Il locale è in centro dove respiri appieno la comunità e la passione che ogni abitante di Vietri mette per tenere vivo un mondo ormai antico fatto di passione per il lavoro e gentilezza. Pulizia ineccepibile Qualità e prezzo ottimi! Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno per festeggiare una data importante certa che sapranno rendere la serata speciale come lo è stata quest’anno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

04/08/2025: Very good food. I'd recommend the tomato pizza bread starter. Bruschetta on a pizza base and the dough is delicious. It's a big place but I'd recommend booking to be safe

23/07/2025: Ho mangiato una paella buonissima. Si sente la freschezza del pesce e la qualità dei prodotti. Per mangiare la paella bisogna prenotarla. Esperianza, positiva, molto consigliato.

13/07/2025: Welcoming and spotlessly clean. We ordered seafood dishes, which were all very fresh and plentiful. The service was also excellent, with the staff always friendly and helpful.

20/06/2025: The worst thing about Rome is that before going out to this bar, stay home. Bad service, expensive prices, bad music, and no people! The place was empty. Not recommended at all. Security wouldn't let us in to check on the crowd. We paid, only to realize there were only two of us on the dance floor. THE WORST THING IN ROME.

21/10/2025: The Parco Hotel in Lecco enjoys a truly strategic and panoramic location, with a marvelous view of the lake. The hotel has a large, convenient, and spacious rear parking lot, accommodating several cars; additional parking spaces are also available at the front, ideal for short stays. A pizzeria and several shops are nearby, making the area both convenient and lively. It's an excellent base for business travelers, offering easy access to both Lecco city center and the Upper Lake District. It's also a good choice for tourists, thanks to its lakeside location and tranquil setting. The hotel is overall beautiful and welcoming, with clean rooms and a generous, well-served breakfast. Perhaps a little more attention could be paid to aesthetic details, such as wall maintenance or minor interior improvements, but overall it remains a very solid and pleasant establishment, definitely worth recommending.

20/10/2025: Horrible stay. The only redeeming factor to this place is the beautiful view of the lake. But beware of booking a mountain view room for more money, because you’ll face a busy road. This review was initially posted on Booking.com. 20min after I posted it, I got a call from an Indian man who started screaming at me on the phone about leaving a bad review of the hotel. He was bribing me trying to take it down. After the phone call he marked me as “missed my reservation” which therefore doesn’t allow to leave a review on the site. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS -The room had very clear water damage throughout the room. One of us is sensitive to mold and water damage. After seeing the water damage in the room we brought this up to the front desk to ask for either a change of room or refund. The front desk acknowledged that there had been major leaks and flooding throughout the room and hotel. This was clear upon booking the room. We were advised by that no room change or refund would be available even through booking.com allowed me the option of booking a room on the same night through the app. All this lead to one of us getting very bad strep throat and a sinus infection due to the obvious black mold in the room. (We were unable to go elsewhere this night due to budget and time of night checking in). -Other issues with this hotel include the bed. It is extremely uncomfortable and you can feel the springs in the mattress when you lay on it. The bed is quite literally two separate single beds pushed together with two separate frames. They don't use fitted sheets on the bed, so throughout the night the sheet moves and you end up sleeping right on the mattress. The mattress we got was stained in a previous guests blood which is beyond disgusting. -The hotel itself needs major renovations as it's outdated. -The staff are unknowledgeable on the ferry and train schedules. Sayid told us multiple wrong times for both which caused us to miss and delay us an hour due to infrequent scheduled trains -If you visit in off season it's worth noting that this town is basically seasonal so all shops and restaurants are shut down. You must commute into Lecco or elsewhere and the trains stop early

03/08/2025: The Nutella croissant was good, but the cream and black cherry one recommended by the lady was delicious, the filling was really abundant, and the lady serving you was very kind.

27/05/2025: You ask for a croissant in the evening and you are served with hands dirty with garlic from the marinara prepared just before.. Result? Nutella croissant with mixed garlic flavor 😅 Terrible, cleanliness is essential.

13/03/2025: Ho organizzato un pranzo con le mie amiche in questo ristorante centralissimo nella splendida piazza, difronte alla chiesa di Santa Sofia. Nonostante fossimo in 15 la proprietaria e il suo staff ci hanno offerto un ottimo servizio, veloce, senza lunghe attese nonostante le ordinazioni tutte diverse. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo sia la carne che il pesce e la signora Susanna ci ha anche omaggiato di una piccola bottiglia di limoncello. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo che ci abbiano dato la possibilità di apparecchiare la tavola personalizzandola con i nostri colori. Lo consiglio vivamente
