29/10/2025: Service: The staff were standoffish and pushy, hovering to take our order before we had even looked at the menu. They continued to push the tasting menu despite our clear preference to share à la carte. Several staff members stood around watching guests’ every move, creating an uncomfortable environment. Despite so many staff waiting idly, service dropped off considerably once we ordered. Ambience: The space felt cold and uninviting – bright overhead lights, teal floors, and a few awkwardly spaced tables in the center made it resemble a cafeteria more than a restaurant. The room had an echo that only heightened the lack of warmth or atmosphere. With harsh lighting reflecting off the glass windows, there was no view to enjoy – only glare. View (or lack thereof): When we asked to sit outside on a clear, mild evening (around 65°F / 18°C), we were told the terrace was closed for the winter (early October). Given that other nearby restaurants had outdoor seating open with blankets or heaters, this seemed more like a choice of convenience than necessity. Food: The food was fine but unremarkable. The menu sounded more creative than what was actually served, and none of the dishes stood out. Prices were reasonable for Positano, but the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend dining here, even for those staying at the hotel.

04/10/2025: The food, service, and view are excellent. There are several tasting menus to choose from as well as à la carte and the wine list is well conceived and well priced. The entrance to the restaurant is a bit strange, as it is a hotel and the restaurant is down one floor from the lobby. Unfortunately, there was no one to greet us when we arrived, but we found our way. The one issue we had was the room itself. While the view is incomparable, the decor is dated and a bit sterile. Feels more like a wedding hall than a Michelin star restaurant. Once the tables filled in, it was a bit warmer, but the room could really stand a makeover. Food has a decidedly French flair and everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly served, and beautifully explained. Overall very enjoyable.

27/01/2026: Disappointing! By far the worst food we ate in Naples and Ischia. The waiter was very inattentive. After about 10 minutes, we asked if we could order... (This is not what you expect in Italy.) General friendliness was definitely not his strong suit. The food was unfortunately drenched in oil, both the appetizer and especially the pasta. (See picture.) The zucchini blossom and eggplant appetizer were oily but still tasty. I was very surprised when the DOP pizza only had buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, but no tomato sauce?! (Perhaps I misread it?? That's unusual.) For the price, it unfortunately wasn't what we had hoped for.

01/06/2026: The ambiance was the only positive aspect of the evening. Otherwise, the experience was truly disappointing. We arrived at 8:00 PM, and at 10:30 PM we were still waiting for most of our dishes. The orders weren't being properly filled, the wait was interminable, and the pasta actually arrived raw. The portions also left much to be desired: the fries were truly few. The salami on the pizza seemed spoiled, with an unpleasant flavor and aroma. The paccheri with lobster was another disappointment: the lobster was dry and decidedly overcooked. As for the wine, the first was practically undrinkable; we asked for a replacement, but the second turned out to be even worse. Overall, the service was disorganized, the food quality was below expectations, and the wait was excessive. An experience I wouldn't repeat and I wouldn't recommend.

21/09/2025: A beautiful village, the entertainment is fantastic and the guys are very knowledgeable and kind. The service is efficient and fast.

15/05/2026: I was there last month and I have to say that the food is good. The meat is top notch but I recommend asking for it to be cooked through otherwise they will serve it rare.

04/05/2026: We visited this restaurant last night and, unfortunately, I can only give it a completely negative review. The service was terrible from the start, with inattentive staff. However, the worst aspect was the quality of the food: the appetizers they call "house" were almost inedible and even seemed to have been prepared a long time ago. There were no potatoes of any kind, and then, as if by magic, they brought us a meager portion that looked like it was left over from some other table. Those who ordered the cutlet were served a small piece of chicken breast that had been fried badly or with old oil. The final confirmation of the poor quality came a few hours after dinner: everyone at the table complained of severe stomach aches and gastrointestinal problems during the night. It's unacceptable for a night out to end with such health problems. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone looking for a safe meal and professional service.

16/08/2026: This restaurant manage to have the worst possible pizza I ever had. The service was rude on top of being unbelievable expensive. AVOID at all cost.

16/08/2026: Excellent dinner...with seafood and mountain appetizers. The same goes for the first courses. We recommend the "Pinatelloccia."

13/08/2026: We had a full fish menu, two appetizers, a first course, and a second course, with a choice of grilled or mixed fried fish. Everything was really good. The only thing I could tweak was the tuna in the grill, which was a bit rubbery, but otherwise, nothing to complain about. The gluten-free options were also very welcome; they always managed to accommodate my every need. Ample outdoor parking. Very simple location. We've been eating here for a couple of years now, and it never disappoints. We'll be back. Prices are reasonable.

14/09/2025: Unfortunately we were there, but the place was closed for holidays... meanwhile I'll give 5 stars for the exterior of the place... it took me back to when I was a child, I can't imagine the attention to detail used inside... We'll organize ourselves as soon as it reopens for reservations! Fairytale place... beautiful!!!

04/09/2025: This place is definitely to be avoided, considering the guests with multiple criminal convictions, such as De Crescenzo, who was invited in September 2025. Inviting these guests shows what kind of people the owners of the place are. Stay away from this place.

08/05/2026: Good evening, it's 9:22 PM. I'm writing this review because I was denied entry at that time after the scheduled closing time is 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM. I asked them to let me buy just a pack of cigarettes and was given a categorical no, complete with a Neapolitan grimace to say, "Go away!"... It seems like the more you try to bring money, the more they don't want you.

15/11/2025: One word: flawless!!!! We celebrated our son's first birthday...we made a great impression, congratulations from everyone!! Salvatore was available from the start, with everything...the menu, the decor, the guests...that day he delighted us with his cooking, everything was truly delicious, so good that we don't have photos of the dishes...but for the first time ever...we celebrated an event without wanting to change a thing about how it went! A perfect day!! That's what happens when you deal with people who love their work!!!!

20/08/2026: I ordered a sandwich from Da Gaetano's this evening, and it was excellent! The ingredients were fresh and full of flavor, and it was definitely worth the price. This is a must-try location.
