22/05/2026: A truly pleasant restaurant, with a welcoming atmosphere and a slightly retro style that makes it even more distinctive. There's a genuine, family atmosphere, just like in old-fashioned restaurants, where you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, plentiful, and tastefully prepared, just like in the old days. The staff is very kind, friendly, and attentive, making every customer feel welcome. The prices are absolutely excellent, especially considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. A place definitely worth trying and one you'll happily return to.

23/08/2026: Fresh and well-made drinks Some of the staff were not very attentive or polite. The bar was overrun by caravans of unsavory people; avoid in August.

19/08/2026: Today we went to this bar. My boyfriend and I went in and ordered two milkshakes from the machine, after asking the bartender if they were available. After waiting for other customers to receive their orders, we approached and placed ours. The elderly lady, hearing that we wanted a milkshake, looked at us with a terrifying look and responded aggressively, "Who will make you this milkshake?" Pointing out that she was obviously lazy, we asked her what the problem was, and she responded aggressively again in dialect. Afterwards, we went to the counter, demanded to cancel the order and get our money back, explaining that employees don't treat customers like this and that it seems like this elderly lady hates anyone who comes to this bar for ice cream. We were told there was no refund and were told to take our order. The woman yelled at us, asking what we'd ordered. We took our milkshake and left. We still don't understand what the problem was with making it. The man sitting at the register also treated us aggressively, after which we said we'd never return to this establishment. He replied that they hadn't invited you, they weren't expecting you. My boyfriend and I were completely perplexed by what happened, as aggressive behavior toward customers is unacceptable.

08/08/2026: I went to their place tonight after not being there for a while and I was very disappointed both with the pizza and with how I was treated after a long wait beyond the agreed upon time for take-out pizza. They used to be really the best, but now they've taken a big step backwards. I'm sorry to say it, but I'll never go there again...

14/08/2026: We were welcomed as if we were family by the manager, who also befriended us. It was a wonderful experience.

16/07/2026: 2026 We returned because of the fond memories we had of it. The place is still splendid, but the a la carte menu wasn't as satisfying as the souvenir menu (which was no longer available unless you booked through TheFork). Extremely high prices for dishes that weren't worth the price. Small portions. We had to ask for some bread. The first course was meager in quantity. The meat was tough. Even the ice cream with oil completely changed its flavor and appearance. I wouldn't recommend it today. But since the place is splendid, if you want to try it, do so with TheFork's menu. Assuming the chefs haven't changed. 2024 Enchanting place. The interior and exterior are tastefully and uniquely designed. We discovered it thanks to TheFork, which offered the souvenir menu. It consists of a selection of appetizers, a first course, a second course, a pre-dessert, a dessert, a glass of wine and water, €40 per person. The service is excellent, accompanying you throughout the meal, explaining the dish and the history of the place. The dishes are carefully presented and flavorful, using seasonal, local ingredients. The appetizers are exceptional, each one better than the last, and the portions are generous. I particularly enjoyed the parmigiana, the Cilento meatball, and the cuttlefish with peas. The caciocavallo in three consistencies wasn't so much my cup of tea. I wasn't thrilled with the first courses, not so much with the flavor, which was very good, but with the sauce being too runny. The second courses were very good, especially the pork tenderloin with Aglianico and Annurca apple. And then the desserts. A fitting finale to a perfect meal. The pre-dessert is a real treat, perhaps the thing that struck me most: fiordilatte gelato with olive oil...a very unique flavor. And then the two desserts, the mokamisu and the millefeuille with cream and black cherry...delicious! Kudos to the team for conveying their passion and local excellence. The menu option, which allows you to sample a variety of dishes, is very welcome. For the vegan, vegetarian, meat, and seafood menu, I would suggest specifying the dishes, even if only indicatively. Because not everything can be to everyone's taste, it's important to know what's on offer in advance. We'll definitely be back; highly recommended.

23/05/2026: The food is good as always, but the fixed menu changes from time to time. Lello, the owner, is a very professional and helpful person, attentive to the customer's needs, and very friendly. The service is good. Going to Raffaella's restaurant is like being with family; a friendly atmosphere is created even with strangers. I highly recommend it.

22/07/2026: Good pizza. Welcoming place. The panoramic terrace overlooking Vesuvius and the surrounding villages is spectacular. A very positive experience.

18/07/2026: The location offers a splendid view of Vesuvius, which is certainly the restaurant's strong point. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The place appears neglected, with the presence of flies and other insects that made lunch unpleasant. The service was below expectations: most of the waiters seemed unprofessional, with the exception of the waiter and the girl taking orders, both of whom were kind and helpful. Regarding the food, the fried food was excessively rubbery, while the pizza was decent, without any particular merits. The prices, however, are fair and in line with the offerings. A positive note goes to the two gentlemen who entertained the guests with music: friendly, talented, and very courteous, they contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the restaurant has great potential thanks to the view, but it could use some more upkeep and a significant improvement in service.

04/01/2026: Poor service! We visited this place on a Sunday evening with some friends, unsure whether to order an aperitif or a slice of pizza from the set menu. When ordering, those who wanted a slice of pizza got up and ordered themselves. After paying, we were told, "Your drinks are upstairs," and we, obviously torn between aperitif and dinner, were shocked. They wouldn't let us sit together: those who need to eat go upstairs, and those who want an aperitif stay downstairs. I should point out that there's no sign explaining this, so we ate, but those who wanted an aperitif were left empty-handed! Terrible service!!!! Many things could be improved, especially communication.

16/08/2026: We celebrated the twins' eighteenth birthday. The venue stands out for its exquisite food and service. Beautiful, fresh, and well-maintained location. I recommend it for your ceremonies; it will be a pleasant event to remember. We will definitely return to repeat this wonderful experience.

15/08/2026: I have never encountered such incompetence.... starting with the 2 owners, 2 mother and daughter ducks... disorganized place.... so much arrogance from both the owners and the staff... 0 place only the 5 star bill for me I only hope they close as soon as possible to screw as few people as possible
