29/11/2023: I came to restaurant by chance back in 2019 and just visited again yesterday. Service is good, quality of food is great and prices are definitely fair, not a tourist trap like a lot of places around Naples. Highly recommend!

11/11/2023: Picked this place as it had great reviews however it wasn’t a great experience. The meatballs were stuck together as if they had tried to defrost them quickly, and the spaghetti was super bland. I felt sick immediately after eating too which isn’t a good sign. Also it was cash only, no WiFi, and no running water in the toilet sink.. The waitress was friendly.

16/03/2025: Disappointing experience I was very disappointed with the organization of this place. The staff at the checkout is forced not only to manage the payments but also to prepare the panuozzi, which is neither hygienic nor practical. The service is slow and disorganized, and the overall quality suffers as a result. Furthermore, I find it unprofessional that those who handle the money are also in charge of preparing the food without due attention to hygiene. I hope they improve the management because the idea of ​​the place is good, but the current experience leaves a lot to be desired.

16/03/2025: Terrifying experience after 2 hours of waiting I left without eating waiters who entrusted the tables to sympathy who took the piss every time you asked when your order would arrive they said it's coming and then a place that has 3 floors without a lift completely closed to disabled people and they allowed smoking electronic cigarettes indoors where there were not only a lot of people but also children. for me it would be better if it closed you can't manage a place in those conditions with 500 people 1 kitchen and 4 waiters. I will never go back there again and I advise everyone not to go there, they must learn to behave

02/03/2025: Locale piccolo ma di classe. Offre antipasti molto buoni e sfiziosi. I primi di pesce davvero buoni e anche i secondi sono all'altezza delle aspettative. Tutto ottimo.

24/01/2025: Mangiare all’Antica Locanda è sempre un vero piacere. Veniamo accolti da Carmine sempre sorridente, i piatti sono principalmente della tradizione con un tocco di modernità . Il menù spazia tra terra e mare . Deliziosi I dolci. Che dire ….il nostro locale del cuore . A presto 👏👏👏

19/12/2024: Very cute..quaint restaurant right on the street. Just far enough for privacy and to enjoy a romantic lunch! We loved sharing a pizza and talking while watching the locals.

07/11/2024: I really enjoyed it! The food is very well served, tasty and at an excellent price. We ordered a 1 liter house wine and paid 12 euros. If you are looking for a good place to eat, cheap and with a good atmosphere, you can trust this place!

07/03/2025: Abbiamo ordinato antipasti di pesce e una frittura di gamberi e calamari. Tutto eccezionale, pane ottimo, il titolare ci ha fatto accompagnare il pasto con un aglianico bio delizioso. Per finire mini cantucci e vin santo oltre alla sua garbatezza hanno reso tutto speciale. Consiglio almeno una tappa da fare con calma per gustare appieno la bontà dei piatti.

The waiting times were extremely long, causing frustration among customers and the service seemed quite disorganised. The icing on the cake was an accident involving a plate that accidentally fell, hitting a person in the leg. The injury was not serious, but the accident created a climate of unease and panic. The staff failed to handle the situation adequately and were not even able to make amends for what had happened. An experience that I would have preferred not to live and which I hope will be taken into consideration when organizing the adequate number of staff for the service in the future. With all the above mentioned inconveniences, the bill we were presented with was also salty! P.s. what little we could taste was good and of high quality
