12/05/2026: I wanted to leave a review because we chose this beautiful location for my partner and I to celebrate our wedding. He introduced me to this beautiful place, being Calabrian and unfamiliar with the Amalfi Coast. I was captivated by the location and the view from this magnificent venue. Mr. Mariano and the entire staff at the Voce del Mare hotel were incredibly kind and, above all, professional from the very beginning. Everything was perfect. My compliments also go to the cuisine and all the delicious dishes chosen especially for us. I would choose this place a thousand times over and highly recommend it! 28/04/2026: I stayed in this splendid place for the weekend of April 25th. Wonderful. My family and I stayed there, along with other friends, savoring the taste of authenticity in the cuisine of simply exquisite goodness... excellent from dinner to breakfast to lunch... super abundant. The rooms were impeccably clean, the sheets and towels were very white and fragrant. A wonderful thank you goes as always to Mrs. Giovanna who, as always, welcomes us with her elegance and makes us feel like VIPs.

04/05/2026: We visited this restaurant last night and, unfortunately, I can only give it a completely negative review. The service was terrible from the start, with inattentive staff. However, the worst aspect was the quality of the food: the appetizers they call "house" were almost inedible and even seemed to have been prepared a long time ago. There were no potatoes of any kind, and then, as if by magic, they brought us a meager portion that looked like it was left over from some other table. Those who ordered the cutlet were served a small piece of chicken breast that had been fried badly or with old oil. The final confirmation of the poor quality came a few hours after dinner: everyone at the table complained of severe stomach aches and gastrointestinal problems during the night. It's unacceptable for a night out to end with such health problems. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone looking for a safe meal and professional service.

29/10/2025: Service: The staff were standoffish and pushy, hovering to take our order before we had even looked at the menu. They continued to push the tasting menu despite our clear preference to share à la carte. Several staff members stood around watching guests’ every move, creating an uncomfortable environment. Despite so many staff waiting idly, service dropped off considerably once we ordered. Ambience: The space felt cold and uninviting – bright overhead lights, teal floors, and a few awkwardly spaced tables in the center made it resemble a cafeteria more than a restaurant. The room had an echo that only heightened the lack of warmth or atmosphere. With harsh lighting reflecting off the glass windows, there was no view to enjoy – only glare. View (or lack thereof): When we asked to sit outside on a clear, mild evening (around 65°F / 18°C), we were told the terrace was closed for the winter (early October). Given that other nearby restaurants had outdoor seating open with blankets or heaters, this seemed more like a choice of convenience than necessity. Food: The food was fine but unremarkable. The menu sounded more creative than what was actually served, and none of the dishes stood out. Prices were reasonable for Positano, but the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend dining here, even for those staying at the hotel.

04/10/2025: The food, service, and view are excellent. There are several tasting menus to choose from as well as à la carte and the wine list is well conceived and well priced. The entrance to the restaurant is a bit strange, as it is a hotel and the restaurant is down one floor from the lobby. Unfortunately, there was no one to greet us when we arrived, but we found our way. The one issue we had was the room itself. While the view is incomparable, the decor is dated and a bit sterile. Feels more like a wedding hall than a Michelin star restaurant. Once the tables filled in, it was a bit warmer, but the room could really stand a makeover. Food has a decidedly French flair and everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly served, and beautifully explained. Overall very enjoyable.

06/07/2026: I was there last night for a homemade ice cream, everything was different from an ice cream, it's definitely changed management, it used to smell good, now I found it old, dirty, dirty tables, broken chairs, only one waiter who did everything himself, terrible experience, I won't go there again

16/06/2026: Slow and poor customer service. Booked through Smartbox for Thursday, June 11th. I received a cancellation call due to a fire during the night. I requested written notification of the cancellation. I will independently look for alternative accommodations since they were unable to resolve the issue. To date, I have not received an email despite having contacted and requested accommodations twice by email and phone. Updates to follow.

17/01/2026: Terrible service, we will never go back again

13/06/2026: I was at the pizzeria this evening. Excellent service, but the pizzas had burnt edges. But the worst part was that we ordered a 4-gormaggi pizza without gorgonzola, but it arrived with it. We asked for it to be removed, and after returning it, it was inedible because I don't like it. I asked for the bill, and when I went to the cashier, the waiter gave me a takeaway pizza, which was the one without gorgonzola, but we hadn't asked for it. When I went to the cashier, the total bill, including the uneaten pizza, was €42.50, discounted to €40.00. The person at the cashier apologized for the mix-up and told us it would be better tomorrow. Not seeing the receipt, I paid, and while I was driving to my car, I saw the receipt with the uneaten pizza listed due to an error confirmed by the waiter. I went back to the cashier and returned the pizza, saying if I had to eat the pizza I paid for, I would eat it at the table, not the next day. And the extremely kind person at the cashier asked me why you didn't want to pay for it, and I told him if I wanted to eat it, I'd eat it at the table. Conclusions: never come back.

08/06/2026: Wow, the pizza was really good and the service impeccable, and what can I say about the dessert? Just 10/10!
