13/04/2026: The food isn't top-rated because the burger was raw. The service is top-rated, even though it's lacking. They don't serve tables, but they're very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is good, but not top-rated, due to the lack of hygiene in the bathrooms.

20/02/2026: Excellent pizzeria located near Altavilla Silentina. It offers a wide selection of pizzas and appetizers. It also has excellent craft beers and a good selection of wines. You can dine inside or outside. The service staff is very friendly and courteous. The owner is very welcoming. I recommend trying it.

28/01/2026: I'm giving one star because unfortunately I can't give any less! The owner is rude and ill-mannered. There were five of us that evening (and we weren't spending a little money... quite the opposite) when my son's water suddenly ran out, and since no waiter was coming, my son, an autistic boy, got up and politely asked if he could bring us water at the table. The "owner" not only refused, but also had the nerve to tell my son that if he wanted water, he could go and drink it at the fountain... obviously, my son was so upset that he returned to the table in tears. When we got to the cashier to pay the bill, we told his wife everything. She was mortified by her husband's rude behavior and told us to get a free bottle of water. Obviously, we didn't take it, but one thing is certain: neither we nor our friends or family will EVER set foot in this place again. Shame!

19/01/2026: Disappointing overall. Overly priced for what we had. Fries were dry and steak mediocre. Really expensive then on top of that we were told twice at the end that the service charge was not included in the bill pushing us to leave a tip even though we had been charged a cover charge. We feel like we've been taken advantage of. Unlike in other Italian restaurants. We will not be visiting again during our stay here and wished we'd read the reviews first.

06/01/2026: Looking for a steakhouse to take a breather during a high-calorie weekend during the Christmas holidays, we stumbled upon this little gem in Piazza Municipio. Top-notch ingredients, extremely friendly yet professional staff, a very pleasant atmosphere, and quality cuisine. Highly recommended.

06/04/2026: Disappointing experience, due to the very slow service, the poor dishes and the very high price, we had lunch there on Easter Monday 06/04/2026, a miserable appetizer, 2 spoons of pasta and a piece of tough pork with a side of vegetables in sauce and finally either colomba or pastiera at a cost of €50, drinks and cover charge not included and also their specialty ice cream fior di latte with oils not included 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

01/03/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Gamberone Restaurant, and the experience was simply fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available to recommend the perfect dish. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, considering the high quality of the cuisine and service. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

14/02/2026: We came here for Valentine's Day lunch, and what can I say...everything was excellent! We spent €50 total for two, and the lunch was truly sumptuous: a huge appetizer, a choice of first courses (something not everyone does), and the same for the second course. But the icing on the cake was the warm heart cake; I've never had one so good. I highly recommend this place.

04/01/2026: We booked a table for 20 at La Fucina for New Year's Eve and lunch... everything was simply impeccable! The dinner and lunch were delicious, and the staff was friendly and always available. Antonello, the owner, is a humble and respectable guy. Excellent staff! Rating: 5 stars

02/05/2026: We'd been there a few weeks ago for two pizzas that were just decent and a plate of grilled fish. Today, May 2, 2026, we stopped by at 12:45, indicating and reserving a table for 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, the table was already taken. One of the waiters told me that someone had given the table to someone else, making it clear that if I didn't like one of the two tables in the sun or outside, we could leave because they didn't care. We left... Really rude! Absolutely not recommended! ⚠️ ‼️

05/04/2026: I'm reluctant to write this negative review, as I'm a regular customer, and this makes the situation worse, because this review is the result of numerous disrespectful behaviors on the part of the staff. The latest one is the final nail in the coffin. After booking, specifying that we wanted a shaded spot, and asking whether or not they had opened the umbrella (with a clear affirmative response), upon arrival, we noticed only tables in the sun. The only shaded table was, I believe, outside the restaurant perimeter in the corner, shaded by a municipal tree...already occupied by an elderly couple. The waiter, rather than open the umbrella, asked the two gentlemen to get up and move tables! (They had already ordered). An embarrassing, absurd situation, with a total lack of professionalism and service. Naturally, we refused to let the two people who arrived before us get up and asked for a seat inside, but the "waiter" refused, citing "lack of staff." He was obviously annoyed by the hassle of climbing two stairs for a table for two. So, we asked for the umbrella to be opened, and the waiter refused, saying, "It can't be opened." In short, a complete lack of courtesy toward the other elderly customers (who were also shocked by the absurd request), a lack of professionalism, refusing to let us sit inside, and a complete disregard for the problem he had caused. It's not the first time; when that waiter is on duty, the service is sloppy; he always seems to be doing a great job providing the service he's paid for, and the sloppiness is palpable. A real shame, because the place has great potential and the pizza is truly delicious.

29/09/2025: Excellent place to eat Italian food. We were served regional dishes of excellent quality. The seaweed fritters, the zucchini blossom fritters stuffed with ricotta, the pasta with octopus, the fried fish, and the wonderful cheeses with honey and fig jam were all outstanding. Salvatore was very generous, inviting us to try, among other things, his digestive liqueurs of myrtle, fennel, and lemon.

09/09/2025: Located in Piazza del Plebiscito, it offers very comfortable outdoor seating, very friendly staff, and expertly prepared, excellent quality food. Fair prices.

22/02/2026: 3 takeout pizzas €60... 2 family-size Margheritas and a sausage and potatoes!! A family-size pizza for €22, crazy stuff!! Not even if I were a cannavaciolo!!
