25/10/2025: Seafood and meat menu with the freshest, perfectly cooked ingredients. Portions are generous. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The space is spacious and welcoming. The experience was wonderful, and we will definitely return with friends.

12/09/2025: Truly beautiful location with separate indoor rooms and a beautiful outdoor gazebo. Excellent food and reasonable prices. Very helpful wait staff. I highly recommend the owners take better care of the outdoor areas, which have great potential given the space and beauty.

24/10/2025: Exactly what you expect: A cute little spot with terrace chairs, a good selection of gin and snacks. Also, if you’re into anchovy bruschetta this place is a goodie.

01/11/2025: We found a piece of French fry in the capricciosa, and well, that can happen... But then comes the worst. A hair on the other pizza (if you're not careful, the one with mushrooms). I don't know what to say!

10/04/2026: Looked nice from the outside but it wasn't good. Undercooked, tasteless pasta with fake ragú. Was just sour tomato sauce and a small piece of meat on top. It also took a long time to get the food and in the company next to him the woman finished eating before the man even got his dish.

10/01/2026: A little out of the way, but close to my fishmonger. Every time I buy fish (very often), I stop for a coffee. The pastries are delicious, and the staff is always very kind and courteous.

08/01/2026: The gluten-free pizza is inedible. Everything else is fine...a little expensive on the pizza menu. The driveway is dangerous when wet. It should be revisited carefully.

02/01/2026: Getting there is a feat, they don't buy salt, but above all the pasta wasn't al dente, you could have broken a tooth.

16/03/2026: At this authentic restaurant, I tried both the generous meat menu with delicious, homemade vegetable sides (the prosciutto was excellent); and the fish dinner, the seafood appetizer being excellent and highly recommended. The owner is truly hospitable and friendly. I'll definitely be back! I was delighted to return to Vico do Vattariello for dinner...as I told Gianluigi (always very hospitable and kind), the appetizer was plentiful, rich, and varied, and truly delicious...my compliments for the quality of the products!

29/01/2026: Unfortunately, I wouldn't go back, and for that reason, I don't recommend it. We ordered an appetizer (12 euros) for one person, but the portions were truly meager. Absurd. The pizza was quite good, nothing exceptional. A bufalina pizza was 9 euros. The wild boar sausage was good, the portion of baked potatoes ridiculous. The dessert was good. The bill was 60 euros per couple for a small meal, and it wasn't in line with the price. What a shame.

14/12/2025: Clothes absorb kitchen odors. I think it's poorly ventilated.

29/03/2026: Never again in this place have they told me that there was a 1 hour wait, I waited 2 hours and there were still 15 people in line in front of me, disrespectful given that they had assured me that in 1 hour I would be seated, never again.

29/03/2026: We waited over two hours in the cold, and every time we went in to ask when we could come in, we were always told the same thing. The service was slow; I saw people who had been in for an hour and still hadn't been served their sandwiches. I'm sorry, but I think reservations are necessary to ensure better service for everyone.

20/02/2026: Avoid if you can or if you don’t have a choice. Most Rude owner I ever encountered as you can’t have a conversation. My partner didn’t like his drink was watery and asked to change it politely. The Waitress kindly tried to take it back to bar and sadly she came back to the table with the drink saying owner was coming to understand what was wrong with the drink. Without saying hello he asked myself what was wrong with the drink and to tell him how to do it cause the drink was fine in his opinion. Politely tried to tell him wasn’t of my liking but he continued with a sassy attitude asking to tell him how I supposed to do it that my partner had to jump and rescue me as he was raising his voice. Didn’t finish neither of drinks, we just stood up payed and left saying goodbye which was at least answered.

15/01/2026: We arrived in Sorrento from Naples by ferry and, as our hotel was far from the center (where the restaurants are concentrated) and it was already late, we opted to have lunch at this place. Despite the reviews on Google, we decided to give it a chance. In my opinion, as a Google Guide user, I don't consider the restaurant excellent or unmissable, but there's no reason for harsh criticism either. The place was quite busy, and yet the waiter was attentive in finding a table for us. We ordered a caprese salad and gnocchi: both were good and reasonably priced. As for the service, even with the place full, the waiting time for the dishes was adequate. The area doesn't offer many restaurant options, and therefore I consider the experience to have been fair. You can eat here comfortably, as long as you don't have high expectations.

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, my experience was negative. The service was terrible, in fact nonexistent. I strongly advise against it!

06/03/2026: Very nice place with attention to detail. I ordered a simple pizza menu: the appetizer was delicious, as was the pizza. The staff were all very kind and smiling, asking us many times if everything was to our liking. The prices were very fair. We will definitely be back. Congratulations ❤️
