16/11/2025: Not very serious, they put you on a waiting list, giving you a time, and then make you wait for 3 hours without letting you sit. I'll be more specific: we entered the restaurant to ask if there was a seat available. The response was: "Okay, guys, there are two tables that have just ordered, and then I'll seat you if you're here by 10:30 PM, otherwise we'll give it to someone else." When 10:30 PM rolled around, we politely asked what time we could be seated, and they told us another 30 minutes (one table is on the second). We waited another 30 minutes, and politely asked how long we had left, and if the wait had been very long, we would have gone elsewhere without any problem (again politely, we told the waitress). We were clearly struggling to find an answer: "Guys, one table is full for another 20 minutes." Another 20 minutes? Couldn't it have been easier to just say, "I'm sorry, we're full." Do you recommend another restaurant? So, in addition to respecting the work of others, as you say (I believe we were polite, but for you, it only kicks in when we write a negative review), let's also try to respect those who politely ask if there's room for dinner and respond with a little HONESTNESS. 15/09/2025: We had pasticciotto (cream and black cherry) and pizza with, we were told, escarole and provola. It's a shame that the pasticciotto, despite its excellent shortcrust pastry, had little cream (hard) and not enough black cherry. I don't understand why they say the escarole pizza had provola, when in fact it was spreadable cheese or some other rubbish. The coffee was awful, the whole thing was overpriced, and there was no receipt. Awful experience.

24/09/2025: Pizzeria restaurant located on the main road to Montesano, two hundred meters from the Buonabitacolo highway exit. The vintage sign appears faded by time, with a dull yellow light. At the entrance, a counter that serves as a bar, surrounded by a few tables with red tablecloths. In front of the entrance is the pizza oven, and a very courteous non-Italian waitress seats us. There were only two tables eating, and we ordered the Margherita pizza, which arrived ten minutes after ordering. The dough seems to have been made with milk, or oil, because it tears easily, the oven didn't reach the ideal temperature, and the colored part underneath is missing. It's not the best, but not terrible either, and the surprise is the very low bill. If you're looking for something quick, this is the place for you. Ready to go.

23/07/2025: A very beautiful place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The wine list leans too heavily on local produce, with limited selection. The house appetizer, with three hot and three cold courses, was good; the raw dishes were terrible. I didn't like the shellfish risotto for the first course, which was poorly blended and too runny. Pasta with potatoes and seafood was very good.

05/11/2025: A wonderful experience. We were nine couples, all staying in very comfortable rooms. Not to mention the restaurant. We ate everything and more. Strategic location for reaching many places.

12/10/2025: A corner of good food and pizza at reasonable prices. What surprised me most was the quality of the products. The meat, from steak to burgers, was also delicious.

19/11/2025: Welcoming atmosphere. The first courses are delicious (amatriciana and scialatielli with porcini mushrooms), as are the desserts (crumbled ricotta and pear). The mixed grill is worth a try. The owner makes the difference: he's a delightful person and very attentive to his customers. We'll be back.

26/10/2025: An unpretentious dinner on a business trip brought me to this osteria. Unfortunately, I had to forgo pizza after having eaten too much the previous few days, but the dishes served by the nearby diners looked very inviting! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely consider it. I had a first course, the name of which I unfortunately don't remember, and a dessert, both very good. Service was fairly quick and the prices reasonable.

19/09/2025: We shared an octopus salad, and then I ordered cream cheese, which arrived frozen, but even that didn't ruin our meal. The waiter was very friendly and explained what each fruit was.

17/09/2025: Update Just ate here again and different experience. Ordered t-bone steak again and we suggested 800 grams. Waiter said larger would be better so we said less than 1kg. We had to force ourselves to finish the meat and we didn't feel that great. The bill showed that the weight was way over 1kg. Nearer 1.5kg. Dined here twice. Good quality food well prepared. Ordered a large t-bone steak to share between 4. Told that it would be better if we had two. Indeed it was excellent and better than the single large one we had the week before elsewhere which wasn't cooked through. Fish, pasta and pizza also good. Maybe better to go elsewhere for pizza if that's all you want. Given a free tiramisu to compare with my wife's. It was not as good.
