16/05/2026: If you have patience - it will be your best place to eat in Sorrento!! We came when it was busy so the service looked a little slow, BUT IT TOTALLY WORTH IT! The food was outstanding and I know what I’m talking about (lived in Italy for 10 years) We took pasta with seafood, grilled fish and grilled veggies with insalata - everything was good, my husband even had to do scarpetta (it’s Italian trend to eat all the sauce from pasta with bread)

10/05/2026: Is it normal to find a still-frozen clam inside a seafood scialatiello? A typical place that manages to survive and stay afloat only because the choice in Sorrento is limited to restaurants where a plate of pasta costs 20-25 euros, or places like this where the quality is drastically reduced to make room for corporate margins. Not to mention the spaghetti with clams. It was basically spaghetti all'acqua with 7-8 clams and had no flavor or personality whatsoever. How sad these places are, insulting Italian cuisine and making the tourist experience completely forgettable.

What's truly astonishing is the attitude: rudeness and arrogance at unjustifiable levels, especially considering the place was practically empty—there were three of us. So it's not a question of stress or volume management, but rather a lack of basic courtesy and respect for the customer. A cold welcome is already a sign, but here it goes further: rude responses, an annoyed tone, and a constant feeling of being "in the way." An experience that, more than ruining an evening, calls into question the professionalism of those who work with the public, to the detriment of an entire team. 08/05/2026: A relaxing weekend at the spa: very beautiful and relaxing. The spa was excellent, but above all, very beautiful. The pool was spectacular, located in the building's cellars. Kudos to the staff for their courtesy and hospitality. TO DO AGAIN

05/05/2026: My partner and I spent a wonderful 24 hours at Palazzo Cestari, and it was a truly rejuvenating experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt an atmosphere of peace and relaxation that allowed us to completely unplug from our daily routine. The spa was one of our highlights: the Turkish bath was fantastic, and the pool had something magical, perfect for relaxing and letting go. Everything was designed down to the smallest detail, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. In the evening, we enjoyed a dinner full of authentic flavors; every dish was delicious and prepared with great care. Breakfast in the morning also won us over: varied, plentiful, and truly excellent. We had a wonderful time, in complete tranquility, and will take home wonderful memories of this experience. An ideal place for those seeking relaxation, good food, and a special atmosphere.

08/06/2026: I spent a day at the thermal baths. They were beautifully laid out with many thermal pools at different temperatures. However, the food service was a letdown. They automatically charged €3 for plates and cutlery... an unnecessary rip-off in my opinion.

I highly recommend it. His signature dish, the Sarnatara, is delicious. The food is fresh daily. The fish is always fresh.

09/05/2026: We ordered four coffees, an ice cream, and a babbà at the counter. The coffee, given the large number of coffees, came with a cup stained with drippings. No praise for the coffee; mine at home is better. We waited about 10-15 minutes for an ice cream; a woman asked the cashier for a refund and it was denied. The tall, thin waiter got into an argument with another Asian waiter. Arguments should be made after work, not in front of customers. This place has an average rating of 4 out of 5; most of the negative reviews are based on poor service.

From the moment you enter, you can sense a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a special dinner for two. 🌹✨ The real star, however, was the food. For our main course, we shared a meat dish: a superior-quality tagliata, tender as butter and cooked exactly as requested. 🥩🔥 To top it all off, we paired it with three sides: super-crispy baked potatoes and other expertly prepared vegetables. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are truly top-notch. 🍟😋 The whole experience was complemented by two excellent glasses of Moio, a wine that is an absolute guarantee with red meat, structured and enveloping. 🍷🍷 To end on a high note, we treated ourselves to a warm-hearted chocolate cake, decorated with sprinkles and powdered sugar: the perfect sweet ending to such a romantic evening. 🍫🍮 Praise also goes to the staff: kind, knowledgeable, and never intrusive, despite the restaurant being packed for the occasion.
