23/12/2024: La Rondinella restaurant... Typically Anacapri environment for over 3 generations.... Where the palate enjoys tradition... and also innovation...!!! Family run... Good Service.. Outdoor environment with small terrace overlooking the streets of Anacapri. I recommend it

19/11/2024: Expensive place (although it is true that for being in Capri it is not excessive) for traditional food. Price quality is not worth it. I ordered chicken there cacciatora and the chicken was very tough, the flavor was good, but the meat was not on point. The pasta was not exactly the best and for what it cost it was not worth it

06/04/2025: Historic restaurant-pizzeria in Vomero 30nm. from Piazza Vanvitelli. Very short wait on Saturday evening. Ordered DOP pizza (Margherizia, a margherita with mozzarella and cheese on the way out), excellent, and beer. Very well made trifle (pale, with rum instead of alchermes). Reasonable bill

06/04/2025: Very undercooked beef, burnt on a dirty grill, on a bed of bagged arugula salad and tasteless tomatoes. The wine was very good, especially the white, but at 25 euros a bottle. The stuffed gnocchi were very good, the ragu sauce excellent. The artichoke and stuffed escarole were microwaved again before being served, without any qualms. Dessert was offered given the poor quality of the beef dish. Be careful, it's listed on the menu as "covered and tax included," so we paid 5 euros extra for each cover. Very expensive and very average. I don't recommend it. On the other hand, the pizzas looked excellent.

23/07/2024: We spent a weekend in this truly enchanting place, surrounded by nature and total peace. Perfect place to spend a day in total tranquility and relaxation with a wonderful swimming pool with hydromassage. Meals and overnight stays are a different matter. As for the really slow and inattentive service. We were served an open bottle of fanta that was already half used, the drinks supplies should be managed better because on Saturday evening there were already no more coca cola zeros and the cans were deformed. My friend ordered penne al pomodoro for her 1 year old daughter at 8.10pm and they arrived at 8.50pm and there were only two other tables besides ours. Little clarity in the information. The location has crazy potential and is gorgeous but the management can be improved. Bed in room 1 with springs that literally left marks and made us spend a sleepless night, if the bed had been comfortable I would have nothing to say about the room, large, with fireplace and nice bathroom. Without air conditioning but at night with the fan you feel great thanks to the fresh air of the countryside. I will gladly return to spend a day of pure relaxation hoping that the notes made on the service and the bed can be well understood to improve them

12/11/2024: We ordered a 40€ bottle of wine, but they accidentally gave us a 140€. We didn't realise until the bill came as we don't really know much about wine. They argued with us and told us we ordered that one and forced us to pay for it. Terrible service.

04/11/2024: Provato a cena Venerdi’ 1 Novembre. Location strepitosa, una terrazza su Positano. Da sola vale il viaggio. Entree’ della casa molto buono ( una crema di pomodoro e melanzane in un fagottino di pasta fillo), due antipasti di mare ( una tartare e un polpo vedi foto), due spaghetti a vongole (come dicono qua) perfetti come cottura e mantecatura. A chiudere due dolci, un classico baba’ e una charlotte ai frutti rossi. Un’ottima bottiglia di chardonnay dry e un rapporto qualita’ prezzo corretto( 200 euro in due) per qualita’ dell’offerta, servizio attento ma non invadente, struttura magnifica. Vale il viaggio!

23/04/2025: Excellent experience! I really ate very well in this restaurant, where I was able to taste typical local dishes prepared with care and quality ingredients. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. I also really liked the location: a well-kept, quiet and perfectly suitable environment for enjoying the meal in complete relaxation, without confusion. The bill was also adjusted to the quality of the experience. Highly recommended, I would happily return!

21/02/2025: Venire a mangiare il pollo in questo locale era veramente il top, ora è da evitare completamente. Il personale è incompetente e scorbutico. Invece di far sentire il cliente a suo agio, pensano a come fregarlo. Da 15 anni cliente ma ora non ho più dubbi, non ci ritornerò mai più.

26/03/2025: The food was very expensive and limited, although good. The man who helped us when we left the car was rude. He told us that if we ate there we could leave the car parked, but after buying a bottle of water, he told us we had to pay a total of 10 euros for drinks. He hadn't told us beforehand, because if he had, we would have simply left.

25/03/2025: Stopped here primarily because we were going to visit Fiordo di Furore. Very convenient iom. they have parking spaces 300 m away. Ate omelette and sandwich, just fine. Also ordered a freshly squeezed juice that was supposed to be a mixture of orange and lemon. It was hardly that. Reddish in color, tasted like juice from a carton mixed with water. When we pointed this out they insisted that it was freshly squeezed. Anyway, didn't feel it was worth 5 euros. The cappuccino was also below average. But nice staff, who also didn't charge for parking because we weren't happy with the juice.

07/09/2024: The place is nice and has great potential, but it is run by a nice couple, who, despite the lady's great commitment, are unable to support the great work. The rooms are spotless and the food is good, but we would not have expected croissants and industrial biscuits for breakfast, nor that the shower head was not in place, forcing a single-handed shower. The hours are a bit strict: breakfast at 9am and lunch at 1pm. One evening they locked us out with the car, so be careful to specify your times and needs even if they don't ask you. The small swimming pool is beautiful and clean with a welcoming surrounding. Payments are preferable in cash because for electronic ones the only one who can provide is an imaginary lady who we have not been able to meet. To really ruin everything, the cost of an additional bed charged as much as half the room, something never seen in a not very long life but made up of business and non-business trips. Hoping it was just a bad situation and that they resolve the lack of staff, the location is recommended for anyone who wants to experience the natural beauty of the Calore river for a few days.
