15/06/2025: I have lived in Cosenza for 25 years and did not know this restaurant Pleasantly surprised (I have traveled far and wide throughout Italy and even half of Europe) if I write that it is a good restaurant it is with full knowledge of the facts.

17/08/2025: Good. Nice place. The fish was fairly fresh and well-cooked. Service was quick and efficient. The price was average, but now high for what we had for three of us (two appetizers, two first courses, and a side dish). The portions were quite generous, but you'll leave the table feeling satisfied.

Excellent food served with great courtesy and professionalism. Maximum cleanliness. In summer, the property also offers the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent garden.

03/07/2025: Borgo Rosso di Sera is a true gem. Tucked away on a peaceful hillside overlooking the sea, it offers stunning views, 5 star food and service, and comfortable rooms. We had a cozy suite that accommodated 2 adults and 3 children. The property is beautifully landscaped and designed. There was also a cute playground, a lovely pool, and a hot tub. The dinner we had was one of the best meals and best service I've experienced, and I live in a city that is known for its excellent restaurants, so we have high standards. We would have loved to have stayed for much longer, but sadly, we found Borgo Rosso di Sera at the last minute as we were passing through Soutern Italy. I would love to return one day though.

Excellent the tuna with caramelized onions. Good the parmigiana. Spaghetti with clams that would have deserved a 10 if there had been clams (separated and white horns). But still excellent 9. Very good spaghetti with mussels and pistachio. Excellent the lightly seared tuna. For the wine we chose iOS a pure pecoral of russo and longo 2 bottles.. Excellent dinner in a beautiful location To return immediately. We paid about 50 euros per person

14/07/2025: Total Disappointment – Inedible Fried Calamari I hate to leave a negative review, but what I received from Pizzeria Rosticceria URLO is unacceptable, especially in a seaside town like Cariati, known for its fishing and excellent seafood. I ordered fried calamari (see attached photo), and they seemed anything but fresh: rubbery, tasteless, clearly frozen for a long time. No crunch, no seafood—just a stale, artificial flavor. It felt like chewing plastic. In a coastal area traditionally associated with seafood, serving such a product is disrespectful to the customer and to local tradition. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but I wouldn't return with this quality. The pizza was decent, nothing exceptional, but still edible.

17/08/2025: I always gladly return to this restaurant every year when I come on holiday to Paola... Everything is excellent... I recommend it to anyone who is in these parts
