We had two really good meals during our holiday (everything is highly recommended, fantastic fish quality; I personally loved the tagliatelle with scampi and porcini mushrooms). The price is reasonable, but you definitely need to make a reservation, as it can get a bit noisy due to families with children. However, it's all within reason.

Excellent fish at a fair price. A local's review says this is one of the best places in the area to eat fish. The Caciucco soup is highly recommended.

The fish is good, and I would definitely return. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the service is a bit too slow. Also, the way dogs are handled needs improvement: I don't think it's fair that they're allowed to sit on the chairs at the table as if they were people.
Overall, it's a positive experience, but there are some things that could be improved regarding the service and the pet-friendly atmosphere.

Whenever we're in the Marina di Schiavonea area, mostly for work, our regular stop is Il Caciucco. Ivan will delight you with his cooked fish dishes, first courses, and raw fish and seafood. We recommend the almost raw tuna steak (if he has fresh tuna, he'll serve it to you himself). Impeccable place.
