17/03/2026: I highly recommend it. The owner and staff are as exquisite as the dishes, with experience and skill. We had a wonderful time. Excellent coffee (a rarity in Basilicata) is also available at the bar below, to the side of the restaurant entrance, also run by the aforementioned staff.

29/03/2026: There are places that instantly become places of memory. Welcomed with care and kindness, the cuisine offered is capable of astonishing you with every bite. The location, lovingly and expertly decorated, exudes a strong and clear gastronomic identity that is not conservative, but rather the protection and exaltation of local flavors and authentic, living tradition. We spent two days in Pietrapertosa, cold and snowy in spring, but the family exuded warmth. We ate there every evening for two days. We recommend the selection of local cheeses, including a very mature goat's cheese with an explosive flavor, paired with fragrant wildflower honey... the homemade cured meats, all accompanied by local Aglianico. The meat dishes are exceptional, and the traditional, strictly handmade pasta, with crunchy breadcrumbs, cruschi peppers, and walnuts, is memorable, as are the ricotta ravioli with red cardoncelli mushroom sauce. Anyone who wants to make their stay in Pietrapertosa even more special should eat at Le Rocce.

28/03/2026: Because of work, we've been having dinner there every night for a month now, and so far everything is perfect, the staff is friendly but above all the food is genuine and plentiful.

21/03/2026: The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, close to the highway exit, making it a great place to break up a long journey. Pets are welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is always helpful, very professional, and smiling, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar.

08/03/2026: Beautiful, new hotel very close to the highway toll booth. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant. It's a shame about the windows in the rooms, at least on the third floor. These should be superior rooms. The single, tilt-and-turn window opens only on the upper part of the wall. Quite claustrophobic, for me...
