06/01/2025: We arrived at this very renowned pastry shop to taste sospiri, the famous "nun's tits", a true delicacy!! Very soft with shantilly cream, or filled with pistachio or coffee cream etc... nice place, a nice display of sweet pastries and chocolates, good service.

Excellent raw materials and better processed.
Dishes that have a history and a host who has a great desire to do well by telling everything with such enthusiasm. Well done too, mother's golden hands in the kitchen, incredible macaroni!

02/02/2025: Ottimo cibo, di altissima qualità sia in termini di materia prima che di preparazione. Abbiamo preso le montanarine fritte, la torre di melanzane, mozzarella e basilico di pesto, una pizza meravigliosa con patate e pancetta, e un grigliata mista di carne. Tutto squisito. Il dessert non ci ha entusiasmato, ma chiudiamo un occhio (pare che i dolci fatti da loro non fossero temporanea disponibili). Proprietario gentile, così come la cameriera, sorridente e disponibile. Location unica, ma rifarei completamente l'arredo. Quel palazzo merita un allestimento all'altezza. Buona fortuna e grazie per la splendida cena.

02/01/2025: Michelin-starred and award-winning restaurant by chef Federico Valicenti; very particular dishes, partly belonging to the Lucanian tradition but revisited and renewed with new flavor notes, respecting the local peasant and pastoral culture. The cooking of the meat (truly fabulous porchettato lamb) and of the second courses in general is particularly notable and exquisite; the first courses are more "ordinary", although they are also very good and innovative. Tasty appetizers and local cold cuts. The dessert "tiramisud" is also excellent. The chef is very courteous, helpful and present in describing dishes and flavours, making the experience pleasant and homemade. The restaurant-style restaurant (including bathrooms) is however very dated, and the service (apart from the chef) is quite anonymous. Finally, the bill is that of a high-level restaurant; small portions but, in the context of the tasting menu, you will not remain hungry (starters, two first courses, two second courses, house wine, water, dessert with encore and coffee = €50 per person). With a complete restyling of the place and a more "present" and professional waiter I would have given it 5 stars.

12/01/2025: I recently visited the "Il Crepuscolo" farmhouse and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The food was simply excellent; each dish was prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and above all plentiful and flavors were authentic and delicious.
But what made the visit even more memorable was the kindness of the owner. He is a truly welcoming and helpful person, always ready to satisfy every need and make guests feel at home.
I highly recommend "Il Crepuscolo" to anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thanks again, you are special ❤️✨

05/01/2025: Very interesting culinary experience. The dishes are very refined, both the first and second courses. Even the combinations of ingredients with flavors show experience in preparation and offer an excellent tasting.
The service is friendly and helpful, for each dish there are explanations and advice on how to taste it.

03/02/2025: Trovato per caso, in viaggio per lavoro, trattoria/braceria di ottimo livello, non ho provato i primi piatti, ma sia gli antipasti salumi&formaggi e, soprattutto, la carne (tagliata di vitello o bistecca vitello e/o maiale), di elevata qualità, tutti prodotti di allevamento in house... Ci passo spesso e mi fermo volentieri... Cortesia e max disponibilità cameriera/i in sala. Punto di riferimento in zona. Gianni
27/01/2025: Location belle molto pulita ,cibo ottimo piatti centrali bis a volontà ottima politica così non ci sono sprechi ( la cosa che più odio è buttare cibo) la carne è buonissima avrei voluto fare bis e tris ma ero veramente pieno, 35 euro prezzo fisso ma il pranzo ne vale molto di più, personale simpaticissimo efficiente tempo di attesa giusti tra un piatto e l altro, siamo stati serviti da Enza e Pasquale ragazzi simpaticissimi che ci mettono passione nel loro lavoro e ti fanno sentire come sei stai passando una domenica in famiglia ..Consiglio a tutti di andarci…

09/12/2024: Per la prima volta siamo stati in questo meraviglioso locale per una cena in famiglia e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti!
Partendo dall’ampio parcheggio antistante la struttura, ci si ritrova subito in un giardino ben curato che circonda il ristorante. Le luci soffuse che illuminano le pietre delle facciate creano una gradevole atmosfera.
Entrando nel locale ci si ritrova in una grande sala elegante e raffinata, mentre una scala porta ad un’altra sala al piano superiore. La professionalità e la gentilezza del personale ci ha accompagnati durante tutta la cena.
Abbiamo potuto gustare piatti estremamente curati e siamo rimasti catturati dai sapori di una cucina di altissima qualità. Ogni piatto, che ci è stato piacevolmente “raccontato” dal cordialissimo personale di sala, è stato un trionfo di delicati sapori! La Cantina dei vini è molto ben fornita ed anche i dolci sono a dir poco strepitosi…. insomma posso affermare che il Ristorante Sotto la Torre sia stata sicuramente una scelta eccellente per la nostra cena di famiglia!
