28/07/2024: It's not the first time I've frequented this restaurant which is located in Satriano (Pz) and I believe that going to the "Sotto la Torre" restaurant is always a good experience, always satisfying and, if we want, quite exciting. A cuisine with good personality, rich in local products from both land and sea. The environment, in a beautiful rural setting with ample parking, is well suited with a clean and well-kept room. The service of the young room attendant is attentive, polite, reserved and non-intrusive. The cuisine prepared by the expert Giuseppe is stimulating, modern and non-trivial. The flavors are very distinct and take on a pleasant mix of alternations. The quality of the products and the chef's ability to transform them into modern but at the same time not extreme cuisine is evident. Those who love gourmet cuisine cannot fail to visit this magical place. What we cannot understand is why a restaurant with these characteristics is not present in the guides that count (see Michelin, Rostoranti d'Italia, GuidaMichelin,). The price/quality/service ratio is right. The final rating is: “very good” and “recommended”. We recommend booking well in advance to ensure you get a seat

30/07/2024: NEVER HAVE AN APERITIF IN THIS PLACE There were 2 of us and we decided to have an aperitif here and we asked for a spritz and a prosecco and they were able to ask us €18.50!!!! 4 euros cover charge and 10 euros for a prosecco!!! We specifically asked if we could only drink one glass (we didn't eat anything) but they also made us pay the cover charge just because according to them «we sat down so you pay the cover charge»!!!! You absolutely don't deserve to stay open, you have been very dishonest, not to mention scammers!!!!!!

20/08/2024: Seconda volta da Narciso, conferma positiva! Qui si mangia bene. Eravamo in famiglia e abbiamo provato vari piatti: primi, fagioli, carne, dessert...tutto buonissimo! La carta dei vini è varia, con la possibilità di scelta con tablet, sia italiani che internazionali. Un neo? Gli straccetti serviti in modo troppo semplice, ma comunque buonissimi. Uno dei locali in cui ho mangiato meglio, già due volte!

17/08/2024: Narciso è il punto di riferimento di Sarconi e della valle del buon cibo e della buona cucina. Sia piatti di carne che di pesce. Nei 4 giorni di vacanza non abbiamo cercato altro. E non è da noi, perché ci piace scoprire posti nuovi. Ma quando hai quel che ti serve, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, gentilezza ed efficienza, sei a posto …Grazie per aver fatto felici i nostri palati.

30/08/2024: I went tonight with my family for dinner. We ate well, generous portions, excellent cuisine, excellent service and friendly waiters. And finally, they also have a butcher's counter, cured meats and cheeses. Thanks to Pasquale and his team present during our visit.

29/08/2024: Exceptional gastronomic discovery in Sant'Arcangelo. The place is run by young guys with an adjoining butcher's shop that offers magnificent cuts of fresh local butcher's meat. The strong points are precisely the meats, which, expertly cooked on the grill, offer a truly enjoyable experience on the palate. Cruschi peppers, a must but the real thing The strong point is the offer of vegetarian food (in a grill!!!) which deserves 6 stars. We will absolutely be back!!!

27/08/2024: Molto deluso e insoddisdatto! E spiego il perché. cominciamo dai tavoli: non è prevista la tovaglia, nemmeno di carta, le posate si trovano poggiate su un piccolo supporto in legno, quindi igiene pessima. Servizio anonimo, lentissimo e distratto: abbiamo chiesto due volte del pane nell’attesa dei primi ed è arrivato dopo mezz’ora. Per una caprese, invece, è trascorsa un’ora! Ma si può? Non parliamo poi della qualità del piatto, in sostanza un’insalata di pomodoro con due piccoli bocconcini di mozzarella di nessun sapore., al costo di 8 euro. Dopo più di un’ora arrivano gli “abbracci caterina”: salati, pasta non al dente e non amalgamata con il condimento e troppo olio. In conclusione esperienza negativa e da non ripetere.

27/08/2024: Hotel very close to the motorway, very convenient for travellers. Elegant, new, friendly and qualified staff. The attached restaurant is acceptable with good dishes. I will definitely go back.

We chose a tasting menu (tasting of organic oil, two finger foods, two courses each, dessert, with water and a glass of aglianico + an extra second course), excellent price/quality ratio (total price 65 euros).
