08/01/2025: Nice environment, quite good food but some dishes needed a little more flavour, for example the truffle tagliatelle, you couldn't taste the truffle... tasty appetizer but the parmigiana, although full of oil, was slightly without salt. not very good desserts, for example the tiramisu lacked sugar... smiling staff but unprepared to welcome disabled people, As indicated on Google, basic elements for people with mobility difficulties such as the bathroom or an access ramp to the only step that you have to climb to access the room were missing. We had given 3 stars but they become 1 given the call from the waitress who sent us to hell for the review! Hahahahahhah In life you must also know how to accept the observations that are made. 04/12/2024: Unforgettable experience. My mother and I stayed for 3 days in this fantastic farmhouse and we literally felt at home. The staff is understanding, kind, thoughtful, welcoming. The farm is surrounded by greenery, there are many beautiful animals (all well cared for) and the rooms are really nice. I sincerely thank all the staff, specifically: Piera who managed our stay with such competence and professionalism, allowing me to study well for the competition; Salvatore who prepared and cooked some real 0 km delicacies for us (I loved the kiwis and all the organic fruit); the gentlemen parents who welcomed and supported me with so much affection, giving me courage. We will definitely return, thank you very much for everything.

Los propietarios eran tan encantadores, amables y acogedores. Me encantaría comer allí de nuevo. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente

04/01/2025: Without beating around the bush… I wish I lived much closer to this restaurant. My partner had dinner here a few years ago during a visit to Matera. She insisted on coming back here and I must say it was all a pleasant surprise for me. During the reservation phone call we were clearly told that our table would be ready a little after the classic dinner time, with the possibility of a few tens of minutes of waiting. We showed up at the appointed time and since the table wasn't ready yet, we were given the opportunity to drink two glasses of wine immediately outside the restaurant, admiring the Sassi. The staff is very friendly and in no way cloying or forced. It really feels like having dinner at the home of cousins ​​from Basilicata. All this without lacking professionalism and correctness. We tried to order the cialadella and it was prepared with very fresh ingredients. Then the two first courses, served in a very curious way. In addition to the plating, I was really struck by the harmony of flavors (dragged prawns and pistachios). I'm rarely impressed by first courses: this one, however, I enjoyed from start to finish. I really wanted to order another one or go back for lunch the next day. Anyone who visits Matera MUST come and eat something in this fantastic osteria. Well done

14/01/2025: Mi spiace scrivere della mia esperienza deludente ma purtroppo nulla è andato bene. Il ristorante è bellissimo, cucina a vista arredo in grande stile, tavola senza tovagliato come ormai è solito nel locali alla moda. Fino a qui tutto bene Personale gentile, nulla da dire. Veniamo al cibo. 1 se opti per una cucina a vista devi poterla gestire. Non possono esserci dei bambini in cucina che si prendono da mangiare o si versano acqua, che vanno avanti e indietro lasciando zaini nel corridoio che porta ai bagni. E lo dico da mamma, per farvi capire che a me i bambini piacciono ma ci sono contesti in cui non vanno bene. La proprietaria che entra a metà pranzo con la busta della coop per portare qualcosa in cucina. Gente che entra ed esce...2 se hanno imposto le cuffiette per i capelli per cucinare, un motivo c'è e se non la si usa il rischio di trovare qualcosa di indesiderato nel piatto è alto. A noi è successo due volte nello stesso pranzo. Aprire la lasagna chiusa e trovare un capello, non è molto piacevole. Siete un bello staff e vale la pena migliorarsi perché il locale lo merita. I miei vogliono essere consigli, spero utili per raggiungere la qualità degna del locale
