20/02/2025: Cute little restaurant near the Sassi area of ​​Matera. I found myself on a Monday evening where all the other restaurants in the area were closed so I chose it almost by chance. Externally it is a restaurant that recalls the old restaurants of the past, but inside the room is very nice and the service was a little slow because there was only one waiter. Forethought I don't feel like failing or extolling either. The standard starters, the first courses, did not satisfy me at all, especially the Carbonara Lucana. I thought I would find much better but in reality it did not satisfy me at all because it does not at all resemble the real carbonara to my taste, the real flaw. 08/01/2025: Nice environment, quite good food but some dishes needed a little more flavour, for example the truffle tagliatelle, you couldn't taste the truffle... tasty appetizer but the parmigiana, although full of oil, was slightly without salt. not very good desserts, for example the tiramisu lacked sugar... smiling staff but unprepared to welcome disabled people, As indicated on Google, basic elements for people with mobility difficulties such as the bathroom or an access ramp to the only step that you have to climb to access the room were missing. We had given 3 stars but they become 1 given the call from the waitress who sent us to hell for the review! Hahahahahhah In life you must also know how to accept the observations that are made. And in any case, she seems to be the only person angry with life since she took the trouble to call us! 🤣 greetings and kisses.

20/01/2025: it is delicious! I ate gelato pistachio + cherry + chocolate and drank decaffeinated cappuccino, and it was much cheaper than in Seoul. Decaf is an additional 0.1 euros. It seemed like there was a change to soy milk too! (I've seen places in Korea that charge 1,000 won) Gelato comes in three flavors for 3.5 euros! Good food Coffee with soy milk & decaffeinated coffee ok (different price)

14/01/2025: Mi spiace scrivere della mia esperienza deludente ma purtroppo nulla è andato bene. Il ristorante è bellissimo, cucina a vista arredo in grande stile, tavola senza tovagliato come ormai è solito nel locali alla moda. Fino a qui tutto bene Personale gentile, nulla da dire. Veniamo al cibo. 1 se opti per una cucina a vista devi poterla gestire. Non possono esserci dei bambini in cucina che si prendono da mangiare o si versano acqua, che vanno avanti e indietro lasciando zaini nel corridoio che porta ai bagni. E lo dico da mamma, per farvi capire che a me i bambini piacciono ma ci sono contesti in cui non vanno bene. La proprietaria che entra a metà pranzo con la busta della coop per portare qualcosa in cucina. Gente che entra ed esce...2 se hanno imposto le cuffiette per i capelli per cucinare, un motivo c'è e se non la si usa il rischio di trovare qualcosa di indesiderato nel piatto è alto. A noi è successo due volte nello stesso pranzo. Aprire la lasagna chiusa e trovare un capello, non è molto piacevole. Siete un bello staff e vale la pena migliorarsi perché il locale lo merita. I miei vogliono essere consigli, spero utili per raggiungere la qualità degna del locale
