Excellent gourmet cuisine made with exquisite ingredients expertly mixed together, presented with appropriate elegance and refinement from the first to the last dish. Warm and welcoming location also if reserved only for a few guests who are still guaranteed an intimate and familiar welcome thanks to the courtesy and affability of the owners

10/03/2025: It should be noted that I have been there before, but I have always eaten meat or pizza and everything has always been good.
At a dinner with friends we ordered fish and it was a nice surprise.
It was all very good and fresh.
We took:
as an appetizer, oysters and seafood salad (very tender).
As first:
red and white seafood guitar and shrimp and courgette gnocchi. All generous portions and with the flavor of the sea.
As second:
mixed roast accompanied by salad.
All very good.
I recommend trying.

14/02/2025: We chose the Castello Aragona Restaurant to celebrate Valentine's Day, certain that, as always, it would be a special evening. And once again, they exceeded all expectations!
From the welcome with a welcome cocktail to the romantic details such as chocolates, balloons and accurate decorations. The atmosphere was perfect for an evening of love. An elegant and welcoming environment, ideal for those looking for something truly magical.
The cuisine was simply exceptional, with carefully prepared dishes and refined flavours. My favorite of the night? The beetroot gnocchi…absolutely perfect!
A restaurant that I recommend, not only for the quality of the food and the impeccable service, but for the ability to make every occasion truly unique. Wonderful view, a real enchantment!
The only small flaw that unfortunately I have to point out was that it was a little cold in the upper part, but the atmosphere and the overall experience still made the evening special.
09/02/2025: Ristorante molto ben curato, terrazza vista mare ed ampie vetrate. Atmosfera accogliente. Servizio impeccabile, il proprietario del ristorante molto presente, attento e gentile. Pesce freschissimo. Noi abbiamo assaggiato antipasti e zuppa di pesce, spettacolari. Buona carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Ci ritorneremo.

A refined style venue with soft tones, a hint of elegance and welcoming.
The initial service was slightly slow but I overlooked it due to the friendliness and kindness. And anyway then he recovered 4.
The food is great.
A different seafood salad than usual, I was impressed by the balance 4.5.
Good oysters but I'm not a connoisseur.
A guitar string with clams. In my humble opinion perfect 4.5 stars. Grilled cuttlefish delicious 4.5 stars.

02/02/2025: EXCELLENT BURGHERS, I had a very good Alpascolo must and my wife had a "culinary orgasm" with the Abruzzo must and she was moved because she didn't believe she had ever eaten such a good burger! Friendly waitress and good beer since I love IPAs. I don't usually write reviews but today it deserved it.

29/09/2024: Small restaurant in the center of Cupello with few seats that can guarantee impeccable service and refined and tasty cuisine. Marcello knows his stuff, he represents the innkeeper to perfection, with sympathy and competence. We had dinner here for two evenings during our stay in Vasto and we particularly appreciated the grilled lamb, the selection of local cured meats and cheeses, and the suckling pig cooked at low temperatures. In short, if you are in the area it is an obligatory stop, even for fans of spontaneously fermented artisanal wines.

27/10/2024: Location semplice ma suggestiva e rilassante in mezzo al mare. Ho trovato molto buone anche le portate tutte a base di prodotti locali e di stagione. Lo chef è simpatico e molto creativo nell accostare i sapori del mare a quelli della terra. Da provare!!
13/10/2024: Due volte sono andata sul migliore trabocco di tutta la Costa dei Trabocchi e due volte sono uscita pienamente soddisfatta.
La cucina è minuscola per cui tutti i tavoli mangiano allo stesso orario ed il menù è fisso per tutti.
Si tratta di un percorso degustazione pensato a seconda del pesce disponibile e della fantasia di chi sta in cucina.
Consigliatissimo anche se carissimo.

Piatti eccellenti, cucinati con estrema ricercatezza, tutto con materia prima locale e di qualità. Non posso recensire un piatto in particolare perché non saprei quale scegliere.. tutto al top! Straconsigliatissimo sotto ogni aspetto!
