05/07/2025: Pure magic in the middle of the sea! 😍 Extraordinary location, well cared for in the details with the rustic touch typical of the trabocco. Fixed fish menu with excellent tasting of hot and cold appetizers, mussels with pepper, tagliolini with seafood, fried food, unlimited wine, dessert, coffee and after-dinner drinks...all for €55 per person. Superb dinner, welcoming and helpful staff. Top evening!!!! If you are in the area....book!

16/07/2025: We happened upon it by chance with our granddaughter, and had a wonderful time, sitting outside under a large oak tree in the shade. The food was good, the desserts were good, but—there's always a but—the prices were a bit high. I'm not arguing with the quality, but the prices are high.

13/07/2025: We ate an excellent fish soup. The fish was incredibly fresh and the staff were incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was bland and uninspired. The furnishings were dated and in need of updating.

06/07/2025: Honestly the best pizza I've ever eaten. The waiters are probably the only ones in this mustache who know English. I also recommend the meat here. On weekdays you have to wait about 10-15 minutes (4 pizzas) on Saturday an hour. Also on Saturday without a reservation you may not know the place. The atmosphere is great inside and outside.

12/07/2025: A unique experience! The location is exceptional; I recommend arriving on time and before dark to enjoy the sunset and the colors of the sea. The service is super efficient, and the dishes are all delicious. The menu is set (including drinks, coffee, and liqueur), and every dish was excellent. My favorite was the millefeuille of sea bass, eggplant, and sun-dried tomatoes with Taggiasca olives and escarole. The portions are well-balanced, allowing you to enjoy everything from appetizers to dessert. The wine cellar is excellent. Book well in advance.

01/05/2025: Sicuramente il ristorante più romantico che ci sia in regione. Avete mai mangiato in una grotta? Qui potete farlo. Atmosfera stupenda immersa in un contesto del paese altrettanto caratteristico. Era il compleanno della mia ragazza e la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare tantissime sorprese. Servizio perfetto. Candeline sui dolci, un cuore grande con una grande scritta auguri sul tavolo e su varie pareti. Ci ha preparato anche una rosa che ha confezionato lei stessa e dei cioccolatini di benvenuto. Davvero tutto perfetto. Il cibo è ottimo, specialità della zona a prezzi onestissimi. Locale elegante. E c 'è addirittura un menù dei caffè con aromi e miscele di tantissimi tipi. Al piano di sopra tavoli con una vista mozzafiato. Penso che se siate in coppia sia sicuramente il più romantico che abbia mai visto in Regione, e ne giro tantissimo. Ma anche con amici è pazzesco. In inverno oltre la grotta troverete anche il camino acceso a dare ancora più atmosfera suggestiva. Non posso dare 6 stelle sennò le darei.

01/05/2025: It was my girlfriend's birthday. The owner made us find a rose on the table with chocolates, a huge heart, and lots of happy birthday writings. The restaurant is certainly the most romantic in the region. Have you ever eaten in a cave? Unique experience. All surrounded by atmospheric LED lights with a fireplace which in winter make the atmosphere even more romantic. Upstairs there is a breathtaking view surrounded by greenery. Excellent food. Everything really delicious. I recommend the appetizer la torre. There is even a menu at the end just for coffees with refined and particular blends from various parts of the world, which the owner kindly offered us. Personal advice: Dress a little elegantly, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale where you are the protagonists.

26/06/2025: In this old bar, a great job has been done by the new owner, he has managed with professionalism and wisdom to get back on his feet a place open to the public where no one has entered for years.... in the village there were many skeptics, but at Il gusto della vita everything has changed and the quality of the products is not up for discussion, a piece of advice to the staff.... keep it up

11/07/2025: This traboccho is a beautiful place run by dedicated people. The atmosphere is breathtaking and the fish menu was excellent. The waiters were also very nice and made the evening a special experience.

10/07/2025: What can I say? A real gem in San Vito Marina. You eat very well and spend the right amount. The fish is always fresh and the staff is kind and friendly. I recommend it.

08/07/2025: Seafood restaurant on the main roundabout in San Vito Marina, a modern atmosphere with traditional decor. We returned twice: the first time the octopus carpaccio was not available, but from appetizers to main courses every dish was excellent. The second time the carpaccio was still missing, but they recognized us and offered us some free mussels. The fish is always very fresh; try the bruschetta with anchovies. The staff is always friendly and attentive to detail. Fair prices for the quality offered and the area, highly recommended experience.

15/06/2025: Ieri sera sono stato a cena per la prima volta... bellissima location c'è un signore al servizio che sa moltissimo del mestiere ci ha accolto a tutti con un prosecchino d'innanzi al locale...poi passiamo alla cena prendiamo posto a tavola e ci viene portato un ottimo antipasto freddo di pesce con marinature molto particolari davvero ottimo,un po' di molluschi crudi a centrotavola di ottima qualità (fasolare, ostriche e tartufo di mare) passando poi per antipasti caldi calamari ripieni di ricotta con una vellutata di zucca davvero ottimo, e il polpo scottato con burratina e cicorietta, a seguire un tortino di baccalà e patate con una cialda croccante di riso 🔝,si e continuata la cena con un risotto allo scoglio, e poi orata in crosta di patate condita con delle erbette una cosa davvero speciale e insatina gourmet a chiudere barchetta di frittura 1 a testa e sorbetto al limone, più infine ovviamente caffè e amaro.(Morale della cena cibo ottimo personale molto professionale accogliente con prodotti di ottima qualità...non ho dato 5 stelle perché tra una portata e l'altra passava un po' troppo tempo...ma per il resto nulla da dire davvero quindi complimenti).

01/04/2025: Ho festeggiato la festa di mia madre in questo ristorante che oltre a essere bellissimo siamo stati trattati in modo Superlativo .Il cibo era buonissimo dall’ antipasto al secondo ,il servizio è stato impeccabile in tutto e le materie prime di ottima qualità .In fine troverete la proprietaria Jessica e il suo staff persone fantastiche .
