12/08/2025: Perfect place in good weather for families with children aged 3 to 12. Good pizzas, excellent arrosticini, traditional and authentic food. The place has an outdoor playground, fenced and safe (a member of staff is on hand to supervise the children), and an adjacent soccer field: ideal for children (ages 3 and older) to play safely, and equally for parents to enjoy their meal peacefully at the table. Well done, great organization!

10/08/2025: This restaurant offers a somewhat unique experience, boasting an elegant atmosphere and formal service, which at first glance might seem out of place given its location within a children's play area. This combination of fine dining and fun for the little ones creates a contrast that can seem strange, especially for those seeking a more relaxed atmosphere. However, the meat is very good, which more than justifies the four stars. As for the play area, kids will have a blast. The games are token-operated, and the cheapest package is €10 for 14 tokens. A one-hour pass for the inflatables area is also available, but after that, additional time is subject to a fee. Overall, it's a good option for families who want to combine a quality dinner with entertaining their children, as long as they can tolerate a slightly over-the-top atmosphere.

05/07/2025: Wir haben hier 1x übernachtet auf einer langen Wanderung und das Nachtessen eingenommen. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren gross und sauber. Das Nachtessen war fein. Das Frühstück war sehr mager, für Wanderer ungenügend. Bei der Abreise wollte man uns EUR 80 verlangen statt wie abgemacht EUR 70 für das Zimmer. Ricevuta fiscale gab es keine.

27/06/2025: Delusione totale, senza menù senza listino prezzi, abbiamo ordinato a fiducia e ci siamo trovati malissimo. 2 antipasti, una tagliata, un arrosto misto e mezzo composto da 1 salsiccia e 4 pezzi di ovino, 2 moretti 66. Abbiamo pagato la bellezza do 90 euro senza scontrino. Incredibilmente mediocre e caro, allo stesso prezzo mangio il pesce e anche bene. A mai più. Ci sono tanti posti migliori attorno.

28/02/2025: Specifically, I have traveled through Italy during the years of my travels from Trieste to Porto Cesareo. I love Italy and go back several times a year. Over the many years of traveling, I have stayed in an incredible number of hotels, guest houses and various B & Bs. Since I myself work at a hotel and have been in the tourism industry for more than 20 years, I have always rated all my accommodations on Booking as a full 10, because they deserved it. I'll make one exception here and if I can't review on booking, I'll review here. I would like to point out in advance that the rating does not refer to the hotel's services or the quality of the accommodation, but is an assessment exclusively of the management. At the beginning of January 2025, I made a reservation on Booking for June 2025. Today I received a request from the hotel to cancel the reservation myself, because they are planning to renovate the hotel. I consider this action to be absolutely unprofessional, because the reconstruction is not planned from one day to the next, but is planned in advance (at least for the off-season and not for the summer). And when it was already known that there would be a period of reconstruction, they should have closed the online sales capacity of the rooms so that no one could make a reservation. Alternatively, plan the reconstruction from a certain period when there is no reservation and then the online sales capacity of the rooms is closed - this is the usual procedure. According to booking, this is the only hotel right in the city center of Civitella del Tronto, so I canceled the reservation because I wouldn't be able to stay there anyway, due to the closure. In a situation where you have everything planned, bought plane tickets, tickets for all trains throughout Italy (high-speed trains to Basilicata, back through Abruzzo and the final to Venezia), booked hotels in all cities, this hotel wants to cancel your reservation and it will completely ruin your travel plans, because apparently there is no other hotel in the city center of Civitella del Tronto. If the sales capacity on booking was closed, I would have made my vacation plans differently, so I have already lost a certain amount of money (at least for the trains) and now I am looking for an alternative solution. I hope that Mr. Zunica is aware that my cancellation of the reservation was due to my good will, I did not have to cancel the reservation and he would have to find accommodation in the same or higher category of the hotel in the given location, exactly according to the booking conditions. I do not recommend this hotel, the management's unprofessional approach will cause you a lot of extra worries instead of a pleasant stay.

14/01/2025: The room called the "grottino" is intimate and welcoming but you pay for the fact that there is no air conditioning. The staff should be more careful when asking the degree of doneness of the meat.

30/07/2025: I went to Monthy's Irish Pub with high expectations, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The place is small and noisy, more focused on live music than quality service. The staff, while friendly, were inattentive, and service was slow. The food was tasteless and overpriced, with a beer selection that didn't live up to expectations. The price doesn't justify the quality. I won't be returning, nor do I recommend it.

31/05/2025: Ate chips caccio pepe, double hamburger and tasted arrosticini from friends; High quality of raw materials, tasty products and satisfying quantities.

17/03/2025: Great food, both pizzas and more as they use quality ingredients. Advice from a friend: avoid crowded days because the wait takes a lot longer. Still recommended.

16/07/2025: The grilled fish was inedible, it just tasted like it had been burned off the grill.

08/07/2025: Stunning place, white and blue, the colors of the sea. We went for dinner and from the terrace we enjoyed a fantastic sunset over the sea. The staff was welcoming and professional. We had fish for dinner. Cod, chitarrina with clams, SPECTACULAR!!!! A taste of fried fish and octopus with herbs and fava bean puree, AMAZING!!! The bill was less than other places where I've eaten little and badly! Highly recommended. I'll be back very soon!!

22/05/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente gestito da una signora cinese molto gentile e disponibile, non è molto grande ma caratteristico, abbiamo mangiato bene , abbiamo ordinato degli scottadito e arrosticini buonissimi x la tenerezza della carne e i piatti erano ben presentati e saporiti prezzi contenuti consigliato.

11/05/2025: Mi sono recata in questa trattoria con mio marito mio figlio, posto carino anche se piccolo, menù molto abbondante. Quando andiamo ad ordinare ci precisano che i piatti a base di tartufo sono con la salsa tartufata e per correttezza dovrebbero cambiare la dicitura sul menù. Infine abbiamo ordinato una bruschetta con salsa tartufata, due orecchiette con pistacchi e speck ( devo dire molto buone) ed una mezza porzioni di penne al pomodoro, due acque e due sorbetti al limone, per una spesa di 58€ in linea con il posto. Secondo me da migliorare qualcosa sul cibo

19/07/2025: We had dinner one evening, walking in by chance. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pizza was very good, huge and easy to digest. The one with broccoli and sausage was delicious. We also had slices for lunch. We'll definitely be back.

28/07/2025: Avremmo voluto cenare qui, ma non è stato possibile. Tutto prenotato tra le 19:30 e le 20:00 e non prenotavano per orari ulteriori. Se volete mangiare prenotate i pochi tavoli per tempo oppure rinunciatevi.

21/07/2025: Trattoria a conduzione familiare, con piatti cucinati al momento, noi abbiamo preso tagliatelle al cinghiale e uno dei piatti del giorno " un polpettone ripieno di verdure prosciutto e formaggi" entrambi buonissimi...patate al forno e antipasto di bruschette varie e sfiziose, e x finire una cheesecake fatta in casa da scegliere in varie varianti, noi abbiamo scelto con Nutella e granella di nocciole, leggera e davvero speciale. Ringrazio la cordialità della proprietaria e la professionalità ed educazione della ragazza che ci ha servito. Sicuramente ogni volta che torneremo da queste parti saremo vostri ospiti. Il prezzo adeguato e meno caro degli altri posti della zona. Grazie

31/07/2025: Si può scrivere una recensione di un ristorante senza averci mangiato!? Questa volta, dopo l'esperienza inquietante di poco fa, direi che sia proprio dovuta. Premetto che non conoscevo la location, ma prenotando telefonicamente, opto per un tavolo all'esterno. Appena arrivati (in 5, compresa una bimba), e non avendo ancora preso posto tutti, ci accorgiamo che la pioggia di ieri non rendeva il clima particolarmente piacevole, e andando all'interno chiedo cortesemente, se possibile, una sistemazione nel locale. Il ristoratore molto risentito non la nega, ma mostra tutto il suo disappunto facendo riferimento alla telefonata con cui avevo scelto l'esterno . Preciso che mio papà sentiva freddo ed io non conoscevo il posto. Nel ritornare al tavolo, commento ai miei l'episodio, con "un che simpatia" , ed a seguire il ristoratore da' il meglio di sé lamentando in maniera seccata che avrebbe dovuto lavare le posate a causa del nostro cambio posto (quelle di mia figlia, che avendo 2 anni avevo spostato per ovvi motivi di sicurezza). Rappresento che un episodio del genere non mi era mai capitato (pur avendo girato diversi paesi nel mondo), e lui ci invita ad ad andar via con un "arrivederci"...direi FORTUNAYAMENTE!. PRECISO CHE IL RISTORANTE AVEVA SOLO 2 PERSONE ALL'INTERNO

22/04/2025: Encontrado por casualidad durante su estancia en la zona. La pizza está perfectamente hecha. Una masa excelente para una pizza gourmet. Estuve allí dos veces y toda la comida era perfecta. Magnífico anti pasto que no te puedes perder.
