The staff is friendly and helpful.
An absolutely positive review; the cuisine is superior to that offered in other "similar" restaurants near L'Aquila. To get there, be careful not to take the shortest route indicated by various navigation systems. You risk finding yourself stuck with your car in a narrow alley in the old town.

20/03/2026: A lovely evening with friends, a welcoming location, and excellent service. The best arrosticini I've ever eaten; the liver ones are highly recommended! The traditionally fried cheese is a must-try, and the cured meats and cheeses are perfect as an appetizer. The house wine from the Marramiero winery is also good, as are the excellent craft beers. I'll definitely be back.

07/03/2026: For me, a local, even though I've been away for a while, finding new faces was "strange." The kindness of the service combined with the goodness of the food immediately made up for it. What can I say: wonderful lamb, well-cut and cooked with great flavor. The only flaw, 😄, was the lack of variety on the side...just iceberg lettuce or wonderful roasted peppers. I'll definitely be back. Fair price. Post Scrittum...perfect dining room wifi. Clean and organized bathrooms.

03/03/2026: A wonderful restaurant overlooking the sea on the Trabocchi Coast. I dined here after also hosting a reception last year, and on both occasions I was impressed by the quality of the cuisine, the professionalism, and the atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try excellent seafood and spend time in a splendid setting.

08/02/2026: Everyone is friendly, the food and drinks are good, and the prices are very fair.
I'm a fan of English (and Irish) pubs, and I was pleasantly surprised by how they managed to recreate the friendly, informal atmosphere here while preserving its Italian roots. It's perhaps one of the very few times, if not the only time, I've seen such a mix.
Great music and beautiful decor.

02/04/2026: The place isn't very beautiful and the service isn't impeccable but all in all the dishes were very tasty and the price was fair.
09/03/2026: We went on a Sunday and were told they only served reservations. I tried to book on their website, but never received a confirmation. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they told me they don't take reservations and that you have to go directly. Such a shady place doesn't seem like a reliable place to eat.

17/03/2026: For decades, "La Pergola" has been a trusted name, with the quality unchanged over time. Enzo's pizza is excellent, but if you're looking for fish or meat dishes, the selection is good and the portions generous.
