25/11/2025: "All you can eat" menu with a conveyor belt carrying the dishes. The types of dishes are identified by color, but there's nothing to indicate allergens. I've been for lunch and dinner, and the menu is the same. The food is good. Chopsticks are provided, but you can ask for forks. Suitable for those with limited mobility. The restaurant is on a single level, the ground floor, and there are no barriers for wheelchair users.

09/11/2025: What a pleasant experience! My husband and I, both elderly and somewhat skeptical, decided to break with tradition...but what a great time we had! And we had a great time, seduced by the wide selection and the deliciousness of the food. We'll definitely be back.

29/11/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant. You can definitely feel the difference compared to the average Japanese restaurant in Florence. The sushi is excellent, as are the grilled dishes. The tatami room is very nice. It's been a sure thing for years now.

14/06/2025: É la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta usciamo molto soddisfatti. La cuoca giapponese cucina un ottimo ramen con ingredienti selezionati e continue varietà. Aperto solo la sera perché la preparazione del brodo richiede mezza giornata, pochi tavoli ed atmosfera raccolta. Il personale, molto gentile, spiega accuratamente i piatti e da buoni consigli. Locale piccolo e richiesto, si consiglia di prenotare con anticipo.

07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.

01/09/2025: Terrible website management and phone contact!!! How could you not have that?! They don't let you know when they're closed and NEVER answer their cell phones! Impossible to book a table or takeout! Unacceptable in 2025!

19/11/2025: Vegetarian option = remove the meat. Nothing replaced it and for the same price. That's better not to mention it as an option... And the ramens were just spaghetti in boiled water with soy, 1 egg and Soybean sprout. I could do better at home. That's not good value for money at all, especially if you are vegetarian. Very disappointed.

02/11/2025: My husband and I went for lunch for the first time on a Saturday (November 1st) on the recommendation of a colleague who had been to Japan and had tried authentic ramen. We were very pleased; the ramen broth was delicious. We chose a combo menu that included ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and cabbage as a side. Everything was very good, even the rice. For two, we spent €29.50 for ramen, the combo menu, and 1.5L of water. Excellent prices for being in the center of Florence. The staff was attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
