30/09/2025: I have it only 3 stars because of the serving sizes. It is ridiculous how small the plates are and when you take this into account the place is expensive. We literally had to dine to another place after having dinner here.

Dirty chopsticks already used by other customers.
Spent too much.
Slow to bring water (I had to aggressively ask for it even though there's a tablet to order).

They're very quick and friendly, and the quick menu on the tablet at each table makes everything easy.
The service was also beautiful.
The price for lunch is competitive.
30/09/2025: Fantastic place to drop in to if you wanted a break from the Italian options. It was probably up there with one of the best sushi experiences we have had!

The menu is varied, with options ranging from classic nigiri and sashimi to more unusual and creative combinations, allowing you to try different and always interesting flavors. The staff is friendly and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
20/08/2025: Best sushi I've ever had, top-notch food quality, and fast table service. Fair prices, and the owner is super friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the lack of a bathroom or even a sink to wash your hands before eating.
Highly recommended.

14/05/2025: Confermo le recensioni positive sul cibo. Tutto molto buono e di una freschezza rassicurante. Il menù è solo alla carta e questo per me è sinonimo di qualità. L’ambiente è normale, a parte le salette private il resto del locale nulla di che. Il proprietario, persona cordiale ma con un fare un pelino troppo a ‘commerciante’ .
26/04/2025: Tutto buonissimo soprattutto gli uramaki speciali quelli sono veramente buoni (sopattutoo quello al mango). L’unica cosa , non ci é piaciuto molto un rol pervhe presentave poco philadelphia.

La cuoca giapponese cucina un ottimo ramen con ingredienti selezionati e continue varietà.
Aperto solo la sera perché la preparazione del brodo richiede mezza giornata, pochi tavoli ed atmosfera raccolta.
Il personale, molto gentile, spiega accuratamente i piatti e da buoni consigli.
Locale piccolo e richiesto, si consiglia di prenotare con anticipo.
07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.

11/09/2025: We were there to eat at noon,.m'y girlfriend took a ramen and it was great. I took the kaarage Dish and for nearly 20€ there wasnt that much to eat, a few (good) chicken wings and a very small portion of salad and rice. My only concern was the quantity/price ratio, everything else was good.
23/05/2025: I live in Markham, Canada - where some of the world’s finest Asian cuisine is; and this restaurant is absolutely authentic in its food. It was a lovely change of cuisine to visit Italy and get a solid ramen that tasted so original. Had the set ramen menu with the gyoza, spicy kimchi ramen, and a Japanese cheesecake to finish. All delicious through and through, highly recommended.
