01/06/2026: A culinary experience worth trying at least once in your life. The place is charming and the staff is courteous and friendly. We tried the tuna belly (so soft it melts in your mouth), salmon, octopus, Japanese clam nigiri, tuna belly, eel, and sea urchin. They were exceptional; every bite was an explosion of pure enjoyment. Then we continued with the salmon, sea urchin, and wagyu gunkan. Finally, we tried two types of rolls: the Kioshi and the jasmine (with a scallop inside). The latter was the icing on the cake. The price we paid was in line with the quality we found. Congratulations again. ♥️

22/05/2026: Dishes better than the sushi offered We tried 3 rolls, gyoza, sushi mix, tuna tataki, tuna toro, 2 desserts, and 1 Franciacorta Good gyoza Highly recommended, I enjoyed the tuna tataki. I had higher expectations for the sushi and rolls; I expected them to be better. Very pleasant service and a very chic atmosphere.

26/04/2026: The gyoza were very good, but I wasn't entirely sold on the ramen. The portions were quite small and the prices were quite high.

20/04/2026: If you're looking for a slice of authentic Japan away from the chaos of the city center, Ramen Grill on Via Simone Martini is a real find. The atmosphere, managed with the typical care of an Enoteca, is welcoming and modern, ideal for both a quick dinner and a convivial evening. The highlight is, of course, the ramen: the broth is flavorful, perfectly thick, and you can taste the long, artisanal preparation. The noodles have an excellent texture, and the toppings (from tender chashu to perfectly marinated eggs) are high-quality. In addition to the classics, the "Grill" section offers skewers and grilled dishes that complement the menu in an original way. Special mention goes to the wine and beverage list, decidedly superior to the average for Asian restaurants thanks to its connection with the Enoteca. The service is friendly, fast, and the prices are fair for the quality. A neighborhood favorite!

23/12/2025: I highly recommend it. We ate excellent vegetarian dishes and a delicious fish and legume soup. Every dish was a discovery. The ambiance is meticulously designed, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

01/05/2026: Enrico's Noodles is like MacLaren's Pub in How I Met Your Mother. Ap8 himself gives this divine Chinese place an absolute five-star rating. They absolutely must add Nutella or Chinese bread spread.

The food is excellent, with fresh ingredients and excellent cooking. I mention the tempura because I think it's a must-try, but the sushi and sashimi are also remarkable, as is everything I've had there, including a spectacular tuna tartare. 19/04/2026: So let's start with the fact that they were very kind to let me put the scooter in storage so as to avoid it being stolen. The service was friendly and fast, the food an 8 out of 10 but very filling. The portions are customizable in terms of size. The atmosphere is not bad but it could be better. Let's say the necessary is there, you can talk easily, the only flaw is the ordering method is a little unintuitive for a person coming for the first time. It could be changed a bit, perhaps with special tablets placed there so you can order individually instead of having to do it from a single phone. However, for the price, quality, let's say excellent. I would go back.
