02/04/2024: I very often go for a bite to eat in this very lively place, very Florentine, but also very international, a mix of students, employees, workers and professionals who work in the surrounding area, and many tourists, not a few Asians, who have discovered that in this bar -diner, you eat an "amazing" ramen. The place is simple and very clean, the staff quick and very kind. It's often full, especially at peak times, so call ahead to book. I only eat Japanese here, but I know they also do a lot of hot and cold Tuscan and Italian dishes. The only flaw, but which does not compromise my convinced 5 stars, is the fact that mineral water is served in plastic bottles. Highly recommended!!

22/12/2023: Overall a good place if you are craving sushi after many meals of pasta. Decent fish quality. Rice felt slightly undercooked but I am guessing that was on purpose to match how Italians cook their pasta. My wife and I visited here for lunch. We got 7 pieces of nigiri, 1 handroll sushi, 2 rolls, and a small bowl of ramen. All of them were of good quality. Nothing was exceptional but also no major disappointment. One waiter was serving all 8 tables, and she looked a bit overwhelmed. After our order arrived, it took us a good 10 min or so until we could ask for wasabi. We were also unable to grab her attention to get some more water during our meal. I dont think it is her fault though - the restaurant probably should hire one more waiter.

22/02/2024: Saturday at dinner... as soon as we arrived the waitress welcomed us with the list of things they DIDN'T HAVE!... No tuna... No prawns... no salmon... No tartare etc.... They served a table evidently friends of the owner, long before us even if they arrived after us. They didn't even ask us if we wanted wine. The table they sat us at was exactly 50 × 60 cm... smaller than a bar table. The waitress served with a smug and very presumptuous air. Not at all friendly. An experience not to be repeated at all. I absolutely don't recommend. They give us much better places in the center of Pistoia.

26/01/2024: I had been here other times, as a lover of oriental food (in my opinion it offers the best uramaki in Pistoia). This time I left more space for the second soul of the restaurant, the more Mediterranean one, and it was definitely worth it. I found the passion that the young and promising Chef shows in describing his proposals in the dishes. In addition to the tempura, we took two fish first courses which gave us mixes of innovative flavours, fresh and intense at the same time, but never invasive. See you soon!
