The types of dishes are identified by color, but there's nothing to indicate allergens.
I've been for lunch and dinner, and the menu is the same.
The food is good.
Chopsticks are provided, but you can ask for forks.
Suitable for those with limited mobility. The restaurant is on a single level, the ground floor, and there are no barriers for wheelchair users.
09/11/2025: What a pleasant experience! My husband and I, both elderly and somewhat skeptical, decided to break with tradition...but what a great time we had! And we had a great time, seduced by the wide selection and the deliciousness of the food. We'll definitely be back.

19/11/2025: Vegetarian option = remove the meat. Nothing replaced it and for the same price. That's better not to mention it as an option...
And the ramens were just spaghetti in boiled water with soy, 1 egg and Soybean sprout. I could do better at home. That's not good value for money at all, especially if you are vegetarian. Very disappointed.
02/11/2025: My husband and I went for lunch for the first time on a Saturday (November 1st) on the recommendation of a colleague who had been to Japan and had tried authentic ramen.
We were very pleased; the ramen broth was delicious. We chose a combo menu that included ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and cabbage as a side.
Everything was very good, even the rice.
For two, we spent €29.50 for ramen, the combo menu, and 1.5L of water.
Excellent prices for being in the center of Florence.
The staff was attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

04/11/2025: The Place to Be in Pietrasanta
One evening, while we were in Pietrasanta, we discovered this elegant lounge bar and restaurant while strolling through the streets of the city center.
The jazz music enticed us to stop and take a look inside. The decor was superb. We decided to sit down for a drink since it was already late.
A couple of regulars were eating, and we noticed they were serving sushi. Judging by the customer satisfaction, I think the quality is excellent.
As for the cocktails, they were a real treat.
It was a superb evening, and I recommend this place to anyone passing through this beautiful city.
28/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday evening, without a reservation and with no expectations.
The place is worth it because the food is excellent and plentiful, the service is prompt, and the wait is practically non-existent. The selection of authentically Japanese dishes is remarkable, with many variations and detailed explanations. The price is fair, and the music—strictly jazz—is absolutely unobtrusive and of high quality.

24/09/2025: A sushi bar, though small in size, offers a high level of quality that has certainly won over local customers.
We've eaten there several times but have also tried takeout and poke. The owners are a friendly couple who know how to take care of their customers, and the sushi man is a pleasure to watch as he prepares the dishes.

01/09/2025: Terrible website management and phone contact!!! How could you not have that?! They don't let you know when they're closed and NEVER answer their cell phones! Impossible to book a table or takeout! Unacceptable in 2025!

17/01/2026: Nice place, but our table was under two "mushrooms," and the heat was unbearable. We asked for one to be turned off, but they wouldn't grant it. They just lowered the heat on one of them, but the temperature was still unbearable. We waited 20 minutes to pay the bill. It's a shame to waste time on things like this.
15/01/2026: A lovely little restaurant located on the Forte dei Marmi seafront. A charming, elegant location, with indoor tables in the dining room and additional tables on the outdoor terrace. The terrace is equipped with gas heaters, convenient and useful for cooler weather. As usual, the menu is predominantly seafood-based, but there are also a few meat dishes. Sushi and crudités are also available. I tried the sea bass accompanied by potatoes and vegetables. It was a good portion, perfectly cooked, and delicately flavored. The desserts are also excellent; I recommend the lemon tart or the tiramisu cannoli. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is fairly quick. Paid street parking is available, just steps from the restaurant entrance.

07/06/2025: Disgusting place, full of mosquitoes inside despite the air conditioning turned on at full blast. They use plastic tablecloths that are simply cleaned with spray between customers. The quality of the food is very disappointing… The raw tuna stank and the sashimi was cut into transparent slices. The rolls and all the rest of the sushi were made up of all rice and a tiny piece of fish.
Finally, the 0.65 liter bottle of water for €3… are we crazy?? I absolutely do not recommend it.

25/11/2025: Business is very bad from Monday to Thursday, I wouldn't recommend going. It's quiet and there's no atmosphere at all. I had a bad experience; some of the food was probably leftovers from yesterday.
08/10/2025: Excellent variety of food choices, which I'd say are of good quality. The atmosphere is decidedly aseptic. Very friendly staff.

29/12/2025: the screen is too light at times and the space is tight between tables. the food was ok ish i’ve tasted better at other sushi restaurants. some foods where very different from the pictures on the menu. also edamame out of the ayce menu is weird and was 5€ which is a bit high for a price. the desserts are in the ayce menu which is nice
28/12/2025: We've been frequenting this all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant for about 10 years, and it's always a surefire hit. The food is consistently good and fresh, and the dishes are carefully crafted and served quickly. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the owners are truly wonderful: they always welcome us with warmth and make us feel right at home. After all these years, it's one of the places we always love to return to. Highly recommended!

30/09/2025: Hello! I had dinner at your restaurant, as you were one of the few open on Sunday evenings. I want to mention the beauty of the restaurant, the pleasant music, and the wonderful staff. They even had a delivery robot! Everything was prepared very quickly, and the fish was perfect! They even gave me a fortune cookie. I read that tipping Japanese and Chinese people is offensive, so I was afraid to do so, but I absolutely loved this place! Forgive me if I'm mistaken🥹❤️
