12/08/2025: The most critical aspect is the rudeness, truly disconcerting! The food quality is average, but made worse by the conveyor belt, as the small plates containing the food are placed on this belt, uncovered, and thus, without any protection, pass through the room multiple times. Besides making the food cold, it seems truly unhygienic to me.

31/07/2025: Great! The concept is original for ordering at the table, the service is available. I ate very well, I will come back as soon as possible! And not expensive. Bravo

07/06/2025: Disgusting place, full of mosquitoes inside despite the air conditioning turned on at full blast. They use plastic tablecloths that are simply cleaned with spray between customers. The quality of the food is very disappointing… The raw tuna stank and the sashimi was cut into transparent slices. The rolls and all the rest of the sushi were made up of all rice and a tiny piece of fish. Finally, the 0.65 liter bottle of water for €3… are we crazy?? I absolutely do not recommend it.

03/09/2025: The Place to Be in Pietrasanta One evening, while we were in Pietrasanta, we discovered this elegant lounge bar and restaurant while strolling through the streets of the city center. The jazz music enticed us to stop and take a look inside. The decor was superb. We decided to sit down for a drink since it was already late. A couple of regulars were eating, and we noticed they were serving sushi. Judging by the customer satisfaction, I think the quality is excellent. As for the cocktails, they were a real treat. It was a superb evening, and I recommend this place to anyone passing through this beautiful city.

28/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday evening, without a reservation and with no expectations. The place is worth it because the food is excellent and plentiful, the service is prompt, and the wait is practically non-existent. The selection of authentically Japanese dishes is remarkable, with many variations and detailed explanations. The price is fair, and the music—strictly jazz—is absolutely unobtrusive and of high quality.

12/10/2025: Very large space, minimal wait, but they started bringing the food before bringing the drinks ordered, which I mentioned to the waiter who took care of it almost immediately. The food was standard for an Asian "all you can eat" menu. The bathrooms were almost unbearable... very dirty!!! Sinks DID IT!!!! Paper towel roll put aside instead of the proper wipes!!!! With a space that size, they should have someone to clean at least three times a day. What a shame!!?

15/06/2025: A very pleasant discovery in Arezzo! Passing through Arezzo, we stopped by chance at this wok sushi and were thrilled. The place is modern, welcoming and above all impeccable in terms of cleanliness - a detail that immediately makes the difference. The sushi was a real surprise: fresh fish, well cut and carefully presented. The wok section also offers dishes prepared on the spot, tasty and with quality ingredients. A special praise to the staff: kind, attentive and always available, they made the experience even more pleasant. Excellent value for money too. An address that we will definitely keep in mind for the next times in the area. Highly recommended!

26/04/2025: Questo posto è il più buon ristorante di sushi che abbiamo mai provato. Il posto è bellissimo e pulito, il menù è vario ed è tutto molto buono. Le porzioni sono abbondanti ma il cibo è leggero🍣🍙 I dolci sono buonissimi e non stuccano🍡 Il personale gentile e il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Abbiamo deciso che se dobbiamo mangiare sushi andremo solo li. Consigliamo tantissimo e torneremo di sicuro!!👏😽

06/03/2025: I went to eat at this restaurant one evening in February (recommended by friends). Table for two. But I have to say, I didn't enjoy the experience. The menu wasn't very rich in choice, the quality was very low, and the service was very slow despite the small number of customers that evening. Furthermore, many of the food didn't arrive in full, and the little that did arrive wasn't what we ordered. The staff was inattentive.

07/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for a very special occasion. It was honestly just on the way to our next attraction. The pictures looked incredible. The menu also appealed to us. Accordingly, we decided to go there despite the somewhat meager four stars, unlike some other sushi restaurants in Florence. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Accordingly, our orders were taken promptly. Extremely friendly, attentive, and competent service. We ordered edamame, harumaki, sake avocado, ura mango, salmon roll, crispy ebiten roll, and hosso fritto mango. In my opinion, this was high-quality, tasty, and sumptuous sushi. The fish was definitely sashimi-quality. The rice was perfectly cooked—a game-changer. We eat sushi regularly and make our own. But this was definitely one of the best spots we've been to in recent years. It beats any hip Asian fusion restaurant in other big cities. In my opinion, a diamond in the rough. We will definitely visit this restaurant again on our next visit to Florence. Unfortunately, we didn't take too many pictures; we were far too hungry and the food was way too good. A more modern presentation of the dishes (more Instagrammable) would definitely attract more customers. Personally, I think this food could have been served on a plastic plate, given the quality. 25/09/2025: I went to this restaurant with a colleague. I didn't want to leave the city center, so I stumbled upon it by searching on Google. When I arrived, my initial impression was rather disappointing. In my opinion, this is one of the smallest sushi restaurants I've seen; I personally prefer larger restaurants, especially if I'm bringing children. The food isn't bad, but the only downside is the limited selection.

14/09/2025: We're regulars at this restaurant. The food has always been very good and consistent over the years, with high-quality ingredients that meet the standards of an all-you-can-eat restaurant. The regular waiters are always attentive and available to meet every need. The price is reasonable for the quality and type of restaurant. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends.

06/10/2025: The sushi, for what we ordered, was only slightly better than that at nearby supermarkets (Slunga and Coop); the variety was simply much wider. Since two of us ordered five dishes (there's a fixed price of 28 euros each) and hadn't touched the fifth, it's unclear why we couldn't have a sushi bag. Had we cleverly ordered 10 and eaten 4, I could understand—but 4 out of 5 simply means it was, albeit slightly, too much for us and that we were entitled to take that little bit home, as is done everywhere these days—no way. The waitress (drinks aside) offered us sake (5 euros for a pitcher for two), saying that if we wanted more, it was no problem. There were, however, problems: a second pitcher costs another 5 euros. Totally unscrupulous. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

10/08/2025: You can eat really well here, and the waitresses are incredibly friendly. The men are a bit less friendly, and they make you pay for your seat. This might be normal in Italy, but we Dutch people don't have this.

04/08/2025: I didn't like it. The rice was particularly sticky and the fish slices were very thin. The spring rolls were cold inside, probably pre-fried and frozen. I ordered tempura that never arrived, and to top it off, they insisted my 7-year-old daughter pay the same as an adult (she ate six nigiri sushi). Since it's the only sushi place in the area, it has a bit of a monopoly, but you can find much better places in the city.

30/09/2025: Hello! I had dinner at your restaurant, as you were one of the few open on Sunday evenings. I want to mention the beauty of the restaurant, the pleasant music, and the wonderful staff. They even had a delivery robot! Everything was prepared very quickly, and the fish was perfect! They even gave me a fortune cookie. I read that tipping Japanese and Chinese people is offensive, so I was afraid to do so, but I absolutely loved this place! Forgive me if I'm mistaken🥹❤️

30/09/2025: Let's start with the positives. 1. The atmosphere is nice only because of the giant statues of anime characters. 2. The waitress was good. 3. The sashimi was excellent. Then let's start with the negatives. 1. The paper menu is different from the one on the QR code, and I can't explain why the next table had wavy fries that weren't on the paper menu. 2. Some dishes were cold or lukewarm, compared to other restaurants they're usually hot. 3. Most of the dishes weren't that great, again compared to other restaurants. 4. The bathroom is neglected, doors don't close, and faucets with sensors are half broken.
