I've been to this place several times and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately, yesterday I was truly disappointed by the staff's behavior. When we reported an error in our order, some waitresses reacted rudely and unprofessionally, responding rudely and with annoyance. We felt uncomfortable, especially due to the tone used and the way we were treated. I believe that, especially in a job where customers are in direct contact, it's essential to always maintain politeness, respect, and helpfulness.

22/06/2026: I've had experience there in the past but never left a review. I had a great time, and I have to say I find the food better than other sushi restaurants. I'm talking about the cooked food, since I've always found the raw fish to be fresh. I'm very satisfied. It's a shame about the price, which, even for an all-you-can-eat option, is quite high. For four people with two children, it always costs around €90, which is quite a lot, considering we don't have alcohol or dessert.

21/06/2026: The restaurant is incredibly expensive, water costs €3, service (poor) €2. The a la carte prices are too high. The rice is overcooked, the orders are incorrect, the portions are huge, and don't reflect either Chinese or Japanese style. The waiters are helpful, but unfortunately, they don't understand the language very well. It seems to have deteriorated significantly since it opened. As far as I'm concerned, I'm going to delete it.

13/07/2026: I've been in Tuscany for 10 years now. I've been to Asuka dozens of times. There used to be much less competition at the all-you-can-eat level. My first review was 4 stars, and that was 8 years ago. The first few times, the conveyor belt was fantastic, the buffet of meat and fish to be grilled live. Very unique. Yesterday we returned after a few months of wandering around other restaurants. A disappointment. Everything was extremely salty. Too salty. You can tell they're forcing it because when it's too much, it's too much. A ruined lunch. They want you to drink, but you're there to eat, and if you order anything other than sushi or fruit or dessert, it's a piece of salt! Terrible! How do you know if you've eaten well? Well, after this lunch, I didn't eat for dinner because I was quite full, but I couldn't have anyway because I was glued to the toilet. The quality of the food was probably very, very low. Lots of salt, but certainly nothing else was good either. A shame. Almost like a tradition ending. Because none of this has been found in the various private restaurants I've been touring in recent months, more or less close to home. I don't think it was a coincidence, because the other companions gave the same feedback. All the hot dishes were ordered. Salt dishes of various shapes. It was perhaps my last time, in years. A real shame.

03/07/2026: I really enjoyed my experience at Oh Sushi! Fresh sushi, lots of choice, and a unique atmosphere thanks to the kaiten. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant and fun dinner, definitely a place to return.

06/10/2025: I've been to Xu Garden in Calenzano a couple of times, and I have to say that overall, it's a nice place for sushi and Asian dishes without too many pretensions. The restaurant is large, modern, and clean, with a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for both a dinner with friends and a romantic evening. The menu is extensive, with the classic all-you-can-eat formula: sushi, sashimi, uramaki, but also Chinese dishes and a few hot dishes (rice noodles, ravioli, chicken, etc.). The fish is generally fresh and delicious, especially the salmon and the simple rolls. Some dishes arrive a little late if the restaurant is busy, but nothing tragic. The staff is friendly and reasonably quick, although during peak hours, you can tell they're a bit rushed. I liked that the dishes are beautifully presented, not thrown together haphazardly like some all-you-can-eat restaurants. As for the price, it's average for the area: not cheap, but fair for the quantity and variety. If I really had to find a flaw, I'd say the quality isn't always consistent: sometimes excellent, other times a bit so-so. And some of the restaurant's rules (like not ordering too many of the same dishes) are a bit annoying, but whatever. Overall, though, I'd gladly return: a pleasant place, good food, and a refined atmosphere. It might not be the finest sushi in the world, but for a carefree evening, it's more than adequate.

02/08/2025: Terrible service, dirty food, cutlery, glasses, and plates they serve food on. They're dirty and not washed well. The waiters are very rude. The food is of terrible quality. I've never come across a place like this. I strongly advise against it. The menu is poor and of terrible quality. Take a closer look at the dishes that arrive at the table and you'll understand. I'll contact the NAS to inspect as soon as possible! (You guys are inventing everything to clean yourselves! Hahaha!). This means that if you don't order à la carte, you'll get terrible service! Wake up people! (We don't all get treated the same way!).
