02/02/2026: Really very good. The service was quick even though the restaurant was busy, and the menu (though not extensive) is more than satisfactory. The sashimi and salmon in general are delicious and the staff is very friendly, and there are also vegan and vegetarian options.

04/11/2025: The Place to Be in Pietrasanta One evening, while we were in Pietrasanta, we discovered this elegant lounge bar and restaurant while strolling through the streets of the city center. The jazz music enticed us to stop and take a look inside. The decor was superb. We decided to sit down for a drink since it was already late. A couple of regulars were eating, and we noticed they were serving sushi. Judging by the customer satisfaction, I think the quality is excellent. As for the cocktails, they were a real treat. It was a superb evening, and I recommend this place to anyone passing through this beautiful city.

28/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday evening, without a reservation and with no expectations. The place is worth it because the food is excellent and plentiful, the service is prompt, and the wait is practically non-existent. The selection of authentically Japanese dishes is remarkable, with many variations and detailed explanations. The price is fair, and the music—strictly jazz—is absolutely unobtrusive and of high quality.

05/05/2026: poor food quality, terrible service ,worst restaurant they served us 2 plates ravioli, i didn’t eat because it wasnt cooked inside, i complained at the counter and the boss said i have to pay the 2 ravioli beside even if i didnt eat it. !! be careful.

09/05/2026: The price is a couple of euros lower, but the place is very bad, especially the food. The menu is limited, but above all, it's not the best. Unfortunately, I have to give it a thumbs up. I went there for lunch.

17/01/2026: Nice place, but our table was under two "mushrooms," and the heat was unbearable. We asked for one to be turned off, but they wouldn't grant it. They just lowered the heat on one of them, but the temperature was still unbearable. We waited 20 minutes to pay the bill. It's a shame to waste time on things like this.

15/01/2026: A lovely little restaurant located on the Forte dei Marmi seafront. A charming, elegant location, with indoor tables in the dining room and additional tables on the outdoor terrace. The terrace is equipped with gas heaters, convenient and useful for cooler weather. As usual, the menu is predominantly seafood-based, but there are also a few meat dishes. Sushi and crudités are also available. I tried the sea bass accompanied by potatoes and vegetables. It was a good portion, perfectly cooked, and delicately flavored. The desserts are also excellent; I recommend the lemon tart or the tiramisu cannoli. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is fairly quick. Paid street parking is available, just steps from the restaurant entrance.

24/12/2025: The selection is plentiful and tastes good, but it needs more careful presentation to avoid eating without understanding what you're eating. Like many Japanese restaurants, the staff is Chinese...but everyone is very friendly.

19/11/2025: Vegetarian option = remove the meat. Nothing replaced it and for the same price. That's better not to mention it as an option... And the ramens were just spaghetti in boiled water with soy, 1 egg and Soybean sprout. I could do better at home. That's not good value for money at all, especially if you are vegetarian. Very disappointed.

02/11/2025: My husband and I went for lunch for the first time on a Saturday (November 1st) on the recommendation of a colleague who had been to Japan and had tried authentic ramen. We were very pleased; the ramen broth was delicious. We chose a combo menu that included ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and cabbage as a side. Everything was very good, even the rice. For two, we spent €29.50 for ramen, the combo menu, and 1.5L of water. Excellent prices for being in the center of Florence. The staff was attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

15/06/2025: À la carte menu, the best quality of all the allyoucaneats we've tried. We ate as much as we usually do at allyoucaneats, and spent about the same. The best in the area. ****** UPDATE 2025 ****** I stand by my previous review: the best in the area. There's really no point in going to an ayce restaurant unless you want to overdo it. 10 ravioli, 40 uramaki, 2 spring rolls, 2 bottles of water, €55. Excellent quality, the rolls were huge and had real vegetables, and the uramaki had little rice and lots of fish. The staff was also friendly and courteous.
