03/03/2024: Very nice, original and well-kept environment. Quality raw materials with fresh fish. And here the positive comments stop, in our experience. Slow service with very distant staff Different flavors with too many combinations with flavors that hide flavors, for a mediocre result. Tried two appetizers, a first course and a "Japanese salad" Spaghetti without infamy and without praise, the rest left us with the feeling of "unsuccessful experiments" It's a shame because the fish is really fresh and of good quality

19/02/2024: I have been to this restaurant several times for dinner, the last time last week. Excellent quality food served to perfection, really good raw fish accompanied by excellent table service. It is certainly a high-level venue but not exclusive. I highly recommend it for a good dinner as a couple but also in company. In the summer it is also very nice for the tables outside which are located in a beautiful Piazza Aretina.

19/03/2024: Good all you can eat restaurant in the Piazza Dalmazia area, without infamy or praise. The environment is rather welcoming and is structured on two floors plus an external dehor, the kitchen is partially exposed and you can already notice a not excellent cleanliness and a certain disorder, nothing dramatic but worth mentioning. The menu is classic, it has no shortage of either the more typically Japanese and cold dishes or the hot Chinese ones: the ravioli are decent, just as the ramen isn't that bad, the raw food is good while the skewers need to be reviewed. The order methodology passes through the restaurant's application, with the dishes being served within a quarter of an hour of sending the order. Fair prices and cover charge included (€15.90 for lunch, €16.90 at the weekend, and €25.90 for dinner): the initiative of halving the price on the birthday is nice. Recommended for a nice feast with friends without too many pretensions

05/03/2024: The food arrived quite quickly but the quality was terrible. There is very little choice on the lunch menu. Maximum 15 dishes to choose from here. Furthermore, the fish is not fresh at all. The sashimi looked like it had been out for a week. I wouldn't recommend it even under torture.

27/03/2024: A place to enjoy very high quality Japanese ramen and dumplings, all very good and at fair prices. Genuine ingredients and handmade pasta. Wonderful restaurant in Prato. Highly recommended, if you pass through Prato it's a must.

06/04/2024: Excellent all you can eat sushi. I went to this restaurant today (a Saturday) for lunch in the second shift between 1.30pm and 3.00pm. We really appreciated the fact that even though there were a lot of us and we had only booked in the morning they were able to find us a table. The quality of the sushi is excellent. We have not received anyone else's dishes and requests regarding intolerances have always been respected. The portions are the perfect size to try everything without getting too weighed down. The service was quick and almost always efficient. The place was very full and the waiters did their best to bring all the dishes to the tables. However, we had to ask for soy sauce refills twice before someone came to bring it, while I asked for ginger 4 times from 4 different waiters but no one ever brought it to me. Since this is the second time it's happened (same same request), I suggest either putting ginger and wasabu on the menu, so that they can be brought along with the other dishes, or displaying them "in sight" so that anyone who wishes can take them. I recognize that this second proposal may probably not be possible for several reasons but there is no harm in trying. Same thing goes for cutlery. Luckily those were clearly visible and we allowed ourselves to take them so as not to inconvenience the waiters. The location is well furnished and the chairs/sofas are very comfortable. I will keep coming back, with the hope that one day I will be able to have the ginger. Advise: -roll with lemon foam -green dragon roll -ebi flower roll

02/04/2024: Excellent place for a dinner or lunch of Sino-Japanese fusion sushi specialties. Fast and efficient electronic service. Too bad for the waitress who welcomes you (not oriental, western) who is always visibly angry or simply sulky. This job must always be done with a smile on your face.

04/04/2024: The conveyor belt was nice and comfortable, the food was excellent, it's a shame for the owner who could smile a little more but you can't have everything. Even those who serve at the table could be a little less gruff and serious, even the Chinese know how to smile!!!

02/04/2024: First time by a Japanese with a serving belt. Brilliant idea . I was able to eat sushi of various flavors as the portions are single and if you want anything else you order it... congratulations again for everything

25/02/2024: Capitati per caso, attratti dalle vetrine esterne. Locale giapponese tipico moderno, ampissimo e al completo con doppio turno. Le offerte ordinabili tramite cellulare sono tantissime anche con piatti non disponibili in altri ristoranti Sushi frequentati in diverse altre città. Servizio veloce, nonostante i tanti commensali. Consigliabile.
