04/07/2025: The place is not of the highest quality but good for the price. There is both inside and outside and outside there is also air conditioning. The bathrooms are not very well maintained but very good.

14/07/2025: There's food and chopsticks scattered all over the floor. The atmosphere is awful. The waiters are rude. Compared to other sushi restaurants, the dishes offered are very limited. They're all frozen. It's expensive and tasteless. I don't recommend coming here.

01/07/2025: Excellent Sushi AllYouCanEat and lots of choice. Waiters averagely smart and good, except for a couple that caused us some dismay.

28/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday evening, without a reservation and with no expectations. The place is worth it because the food is excellent and plentiful, the service is prompt, and the wait is practically non-existent. The selection of authentically Japanese dishes is remarkable, with many variations and detailed explanations. The price is fair, and the music—strictly jazz—is absolutely unobtrusive and of high quality.

19/07/2025: We had an awful experience and they refused to serve us sushi for kids, drinks and desert just because it was not a sufficient order to cover 5 people table. Although music was great, the manager was too humiliating, especially trying to speak on “what he thought my native language was”. So we paid for water and “caperta” and left! If the service is not there, jazz can’t help!

27/06/2025: So I came here extremely hungry and ordered a cold ramen to cool down from the summer heat, and everything was great until I got a very small portion of unseasoned bowl of raw ingredents. I was at least expecting a bit of cold soup as it was called a miso soup ramen, but instead there was only a small amount of soup at the very bottom, that I could not drink because it was too constrated. The food did not taste bad but I still got a bit shocked. The egg was a nice touch but the rest was a bit underwhelming and the noodles where undercooked. There was no line and the food came after a short wait so that was good. I was still hungry after eating but didn't want to order another hot ramen. 5/10

23/07/2025: They told me about the sushi and tempura. Everyone raved. I actually tried the tempura (not here), and when they invited me to this other restaurant, I gladly accepted, but the house one was a little too crunchy for me. The ravioli were very good, light and tasty: an eight if I had to give them a grade like in school. The spring rolls were acceptable, but it's a shame about the broth, which was so hot that, once it cooled, it seemed tasteless. The place was spacious and not crowded, but the five of us were a bit cramped. The decor was spectacular, with a bit of everything, and even a cute little angel watching over us at the table. The Japanese cuisine isn't really to my taste (I prefer Thai), but... the ravioli were really good. I didn't take any photos because the lighting was too low and I wanted to avoid the distracting flash. The menu was endless, incomprehensible to me, and without illustrations, but it was then "explained" well by the waitress. The table was nicely set, but the napkins were paper. In short, even though the sushi isn't particularly appealing to me, thanks to the rest and the pleasant company, it was a pleasant couple of hours away from the usual steak and ribollita menu. And the prices, I think, were more than reasonable, especially regarding the AYCE (all you can eat) option, which I'm told is very popular. -- Outskirts of town, with a cinema nearby and the stadium a little further on. Parking nearby.

07/06/2025: Disgusting place, full of mosquitoes inside despite the air conditioning turned on at full blast. They use plastic tablecloths that are simply cleaned with spray between customers. The quality of the food is very disappointing… The raw tuna stank and the sashimi was cut into transparent slices. The rolls and all the rest of the sushi were made up of all rice and a tiny piece of fish. Finally, the 0.65 liter bottle of water for €3… are we crazy?? I absolutely do not recommend it.

26/04/2025: Questo posto è il più buon ristorante di sushi che abbiamo mai provato. Il posto è bellissimo e pulito, il menù è vario ed è tutto molto buono. Le porzioni sono abbondanti ma il cibo è leggero🍣🍙 I dolci sono buonissimi e non stuccano🍡 Il personale gentile e il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Abbiamo deciso che se dobbiamo mangiare sushi andremo solo li. Consigliamo tantissimo e torneremo di sicuro!!👏😽

24/07/2025: Cibo mediocre. Arriva freddo poiché appoggiato su quel nastro, gira per il locale più volte. Il riso molto appiccicoso. I ravioli erano molto gommosi e il loro ripieno apparentemente insapore. 1 su 2 involtini primavera inoltre presentava capelli all’interno. Tuttavia, la nota più dolente rimane la scortesia dei dipendenti (o titolare) che fa passare la voglia di ritornarci. In aggiunta, come se non bastasse, ci ha negato (ridendo) la possibilità di avere i biscotti della fortuna, elemento caratteristico, dichiarando di non averli quando, invece, erano visibili nel cassetto accanto alla cassa. È la terza volta che vado in questo locale, per la particolarità del nastro, e già in passato hanno tenuto lo stesso comportamento, non è stata una casualità.

06/03/2025: I'm going to eat at this restaurant one evening in February (recommended by friends). Table x2. But I have to say that I didn't like the experience. Not much choice on the menu, very low quality and very slow service despite the small number of customers that evening. Furthermore, a lot of stuff didn't all arrive... and the little that did arrive wasn't of our order. Not very attentive staff

15/06/2025: A very pleasant discovery in Arezzo! Passing through Arezzo, we stopped by chance at this wok sushi and were thrilled. The place is modern, welcoming and above all impeccable in terms of cleanliness - a detail that immediately makes the difference. The sushi was a real surprise: fresh fish, well cut and carefully presented. The wok section also offers dishes prepared on the spot, tasty and with quality ingredients. A special praise to the staff: kind, attentive and always available, they made the experience even more pleasant. Excellent value for money too. An address that we will definitely keep in mind for the next times in the area. Highly recommended!

12/06/2025: Very few choices. After all, little expense, little return

05/07/2025: Booked for 2.15pm, we arrive at 2.36pm. Closing time marked online and on the sign at the entrance 3pm. They didn't let us eat, telling us that they were already cleaning the kitchen. Neither at the time of booking, nor during the 20 minute delay did they inform us of the urgency and the need to close. Leaving aside the lack of understanding (during the summer, with the traffic in the Portoferraio area these things can happen) what is unacceptable is the lack of communication. Obviously at this time everything is closed. They must be really tired. We certainly won't bother them anymore.
