09/08/2024: Banki ramen è uno dei posti del cuore a Firenze. Menu semplice, varie tipologie di ramen, possibilità di accompagnarlo con ravioli e altre specialità. Ramen servito nella ciotola con cucchiaio tradizionale in legno, una chicca. Caldo e godurioso come solo un buon ramen sa essere. Servizio cortese. Bisogna solo accettare di fare la fila perché è spesso pieno!

09/12/2024: I really like this place, I go there for lunch when I can. I have never found it crowded. The good fish is very fresh, a little less fried, the service is fast. On Saturday, when the offices are closed, it is easier to find parking nearby

11/12/2024: I am a regular visitor to sushi restaurants and I wanted to try this one too but I wasn't satisfied. Family-run place, very heavy sushi, so much so that after the first course I was already full. Tartare that wasn't tartare but just pieces of fish placed at random in a small bowl with a bitter sauce. Staff who are not at all attentive to the customer, waiters who wait for you to call them without paying particular attention. Surely there is better!

22/07/2024: Complete disappointment! Despite the fact that at first the restaurant surprised us with a large assortment and reasonable prices, in the end we received only a negative impression. The shrimp noodles are just instant noodles from the supermarket, the sushi is terrible. As a result, the child was brought French fries and 2 sauces in bags (ketchup and mayonnaise), for each of which 2 euros were added to the bill!!!! I'm shocked, these sauces are given for free everywhere, as a result, fries are 2 euros and sauces are 4 euros. This is simply outrageous. Well, check the bill, they added someone else’s dish to our bill, and the first check was even without indicating the items: just an adult’s lunch, a children’s lunch. It's a scam, I don't recommend it

12/11/2024: We arrived at 2pm and asked if we still had time to eat. They told us that there would be food on the counter until 3pm. At 2.20pm there was almost nothing left!! We asked a waiter and they told us that the food is what there is!! I understand that maybe we arrived at a time when they were about to close but we spent €40 to leave hungry!!

03/11/2024: For those who want a less formal, more relaxed environment and still eat good sushi ayce, this is the right place. Quick, you can eat directly from the belt and at the same time order what you specifically want. A not too visible gem for those who want a relaxed lunch/dinner without the mess of the more "flashy" classic sushi. Highly recommended!

30/08/2024: I had done an old review where I said it was some of the best sushi I had eaten. After 1/2 years it has changed quite a bit. The quality and attention in my opinion has dropped a lot. It's still the best in Pisa, but only because there's no real competition. The cleaning of the fish is not very careful, I found 3 scales while eating, nigiri which a t-rex was more generous on the salmon and sashimi which looked like the tissue paper you used to make maps with in elementary school. Also dirty table on the edges with old food where I got dirty without realizing and chairs splashed with a black paint.

27/08/2024: As many have written, the service leaves something to be desired (I asked twice for iced tea which in the end was not given to me anyway, the bathroom was not very clean), but I give 5 stars anyway because despite arriving at 2.40pm we they welcomed and served less than ten minutes later. The selection is wide and unique and everything we ate was delicious.

And we have been coming to Henko for years and we have never eaten better than here, delicious, fresh, truly the best 🔝 even my husband who doesn't eat sushi himself and the Toscano Docc 😀 he eats other dishes here and finds it very good, excellent service, nice staff and available

25/11/2024: Sala molto minimal con menù tutto pesce,servizio efficiente e veloce, buona qualità del cibo e carta dei vini per tutte le tasche. Prezzi corretti per la qualità del cibo.

07/08/2024: abbiamo fatto venti minuti a piedi per poi scoprire che fosse chiuso, non andate che è abbandonato a se stesso e tutto diroccato, la cosa assurda è che non era segnalato da nessuna parte

22/07/2024: Definitely positive experience for who, like me, really appreciate Japanese cuisine. I don't think it's possible in good faith not to be satisfied. Wide variety of foods as well as desserts, a little less in drinks, even a little expensive in truth like the final cost. I would like to point out an extraordinary fried chicken. flagship dish in management in my opinion. Place to try. Satisfaction.
