23/04/2025: Zero professionalità, mancanza di attenzione nei confronti del cliente: abbiamo fatto notare che la birra al tavolo era calda e anziché sostituirla con una nuova hanno portato il ghiaccio. Abbiamo fatto notare che avrebbero dovuto portare una nuova bottiglia e ci è stato detto ha che “ormai era stata aperta”! La cameriera ha sbagliato nel prendere l’ordinazione servendoci un piatto contenente una maggiorazione di pezzi. Ce ne siamo accorti guardando il conto ma ci è stato detto che “ormai era troppo tardi perché anche se l’errore è di chi prende la comanda, comunque il cibo è stato mangiato“, il che è francamente assurdo. Quando abbiamo fatto notare questi errori alla cameriera, anziché fare ammenda, è stata mezz’ora al tavolo a dire che anche se la comanda era sbagliata avremmo dovuto essere noi far notare l’errore piuttosto che mangiare il cibo, facendo sentire la conversazione ai clienti. Fermo restando che anche se il cliente possa confondersi con tutte quelle portate e che può anche non notare una discrepanza di 24 piuttosto che 12 pezzi, in altri ristoranti non avrebbero mai umiliato così i clienti. Quindi la signorina ci chiede di attendere perché “ne avrebbe parlato con la direzione” (manco fosse una riunione plenaria per una ventina di euro) e hanno acconsentito a rimuovere la somma non dovuta dal conto. Fermo restando che abbiamo sempre, comunque bevuto birra col ghiaccio che è una cosa inaudita! Pessima esperienza lo sconsiglio anche alla luce del fatto che con la scusa di essere fusion, servono il sushi con la maionese. Da evitare

01/04/2025: We had dinner a few weeks ago driven by the numerous positive reviews from our friends and we couldn't have made a better choice! We booked in advance, and I recommend you do so. When we arrived we were seated immediately and throughout the evening we could not help but appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! Complements indeed! The food is obviously of high quality and you can really notice the difference! We will definitely be back soon, and we can't wait!

11/05/2025: I strongly advise against this place to everyone because my family and I were treated very badly. They made us sit close to another reservation. They wasted time in bringing the first courses (all you can't eat) after these first courses we asked for more food and it was denied, inviting us to leave the table. NB. All this with 3 small children at the table. Making us pay for everything at full price. We practically didn't eat anything.

15/05/2025: Located at the Duomo of Acireale, so you have to walk there, the location inside is particular and modern, not very spacious, in fact there are also tables outside. I tried the pizza, (the pizza chef is from Sanremo) very good, light and high edges. They also do sushi. Friendly staff. Prices a little high but worth it.

05/05/2025: I have been eating at this restaurant for a long time. I write "from" because I usually order takeaway, for once I wanted to go and dine directly at the restaurant. I'll start by saying that I've always eaten well at their place, but I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 because there was only one flaw, which was of no small importance, but which I must admit they immediately resolved in a quick and satisfactory manner. I ordered a Uramaki sake, which had almost completely white salmon inside. I'm no culinary expert but I know that salmon with thick white streaks denotes mostly fatty salmon that hasn't been raised properly. Edible yes, but certainly not good salmon. I pointed out to the guy serving us that that salmon wasn't good and they immediately replaced it with a perfect salmon. (So ​​they had it and didn't use it) Unfortunately I give 4 stars, when they could have been 5 due to the fact that you don't have to wait for a customer to understand something about salmon, otherwise you'll give them the poorest one. The kitchen must do its duty and present good food regardless. I hope that the figure made will be a lesson for the restaurant/restaurateur. You never know who can enter your place. It could be a food critic, like a health check. Eye!

I come to this place for lunch very often and when I happen to change restaurants… “good, but not as good as Sakura”; in addition to the exceptional food and good quality, the location is nothing short of sensational, very well-kept. What can I say, if you are used to ordering with the waiter who sometimes gets the orders wrong, at Sakura there is no risk. 20/05/2025: Uramakao was an amazing surprise! The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and incredibly fresh, flavorful fish. We’re from Brazil, and it had been a while since we had such a great “Brazilian-style” Japanese meal like this. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, with great music playing in the background. The “all you can eat” concept is fantastic and definitely worth it. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

11/05/2025: Today I and 3 of my friends went to eat at this place. We sat down at 1pm and immediately started ordering. The problem is that the dishes arrived after a long time and the waiter came to tell us that we had not ordered and that we had to reorder, so we did but the dishes had still not arrived after a long time.
