21/09/2025: Excellent! The best sushi I've ever eaten. I've been a customer for a long time, and since I discovered Chevere, I haven't been able to eat sushi anywhere else. First-rate quality, friendly and professional staff, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

30/09/2025: Aside from the truly delicious food (except for the Gari, if you hate ginger), I have to say I've never seen such confusion among the waiters when there are a lot of people in the room. When you arrive, you're greeted with kindness, but once you're seated... they probably need more staff.

07/09/2025: Nothing to say about the food, which was truly good. But we can't ignore the negative experience on the veranda, where we were greeted by a room with the air conditioning turned off. It was turned on upon request, and the response was even more annoyed by the request. Obviously, since it was turned on late, the room remained hot, with a sauna effect.

27/08/2025: One of the best sushi places I've ever eaten in Palermo. The food is top-quality, and the service is not only fast but also excellent. We were particularly impressed by Nunzio, who was very professional but, above all, helpful and courteous with customers, even when the shop was packed! All these thoughtful touches made our stay more enjoyable; my boyfriend and I will definitely be back, thanks in part to him.

12/11/2025: On Sunday I came to eat at this restaurant, which I've frequented several times. I'd booked well in advance and politely asked to be served on trays, as I don't like waiters carrying plates on top of each other, squashing the food. They told me over the phone that it wasn't a problem and they'd comply with my request. (I should point out that I had guests from out of town and didn't want to make a bad impression.) When it was time to eat, after waiting a bit before sitting on the first-floor veranda, I asked the waiter if he could please use a tray to carry the plates. The response? "It's too crowded and impossible to carry so many plates on a tray." How come??? So, first of all, I'd requested it when I booked, and besides, how many other all-you-can-eat restaurants with far more customers than this one serve plates on trays? All it takes is large enough trays, or even some people use trolleys to carry the plates to the table. All it takes is organization, more staff, and above all, RESPECT for the customers. Luckily, I wasn't the only one complaining about the way we were served. Even at the table next to us, the waiter put his finger directly into their food!!! Truly scandalous. YOU'RE DEALING WITH FOOD AND YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT HYGIENE IS. I repeat, I had guests and there were a lot of people, so I didn't even want to argue at the cash register. I paid and we left without even finishing all the dishes we'd ordered.

01/11/2025: Aside from the bland food, the waiters (especially the tall one with the curly hair) carry the plates one on top of the other, stacked up to their mouths, and inevitably breathe and exhale on them. In short, truly unhygienic.

12/05/2025: Qualità del pesce ottima, riso all’esterno discutibile in quanto risulta molto pastoso e perennemente misto con il sesamo anche quando non scritto nel menu. Prezzi alti rispetto alla media, una bottiglia d’acqua da 70 micro filtrata 3€, caffè 2€ e cuore caldo che per carità.. buono ma 9€ stiamo esagerando dai.

31/10/2025: Based on the good reviews and our love of sushi, we visited this restaurant! Although the service was very attentive and friendly, several mistakes were made with the orders and afterwards! Overall, the price-performance ratio is not right! A shame!

28/10/2025: Excellent sushi. The fish is very fresh, and they offer both classic sushi and fantastic modern and creative variations. There's seating both indoors and outdoors under a roof. The restaurant is somewhat hidden away on a side street, but we really enjoyed it!
