22/12/2025: The food was very good and the service impeccable. I found the atmosphere calm and welcoming. I would gladly return, but I have two small things to say: 1. I sat near the rock wall, and there were ants. 2. I ordered the ramen, and it was a little sweet.
22/12/2025: The place is truly unique, but I have to admit that the occasional hope of seeing an ant crawling on my chair doesn't make me jump for joy. The food is good, although the ghioza were not very flavorful and the ramen was a bit too sweet. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the very helpful staff.

25/09/2025: One of the best sushi restaurants in the province: excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent everything. Sometimes you have to wait a bit too long between courses, but the taste and quality are worth it.

24/11/2025: If you like a place where they serve you tap water for €2.00, where the food is of poor quality and tastes very questionable, where "all you can eat" is just a phrase, not a restaurant concept, where the waiter doesn't speak but shouts, and finally, where the wait isn't a pleasure in itself... Then Kabuki is the place for you! Personally, I say "never again"!

24/11/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the dishes are truly delicious.
The service is quick and attentive: the wait between orders was minimal.
I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well. I will definitely be back.

22/11/2025: Intrigued by the excellent reviews and while traveling in Palermo, we decided to try this sushi place.
We highly recommend it! Everything was excellent and high-quality, freshly prepared, and the staff were friendly and attentive. They also offered a welcome prosecco and a wine tasting.
Good selection of wines... we recommend!!
We ordered a 60-piece chef's selection for two. Exceptional!
18/11/2025: I had dinner at Aiko with four of my friends. We were all very satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the sushi.
The service was very attentive and friendly.
Congratulations!!! We'll definitely be back.

20/12/2025: The food is very good, the location is very beautiful under Monte Pellegrino, the service is a bit sui generis, there is parking outside, and they are very animal friendly... there are lots of kittens that live outside the restaurant, I don't know if they will offend if you give them a little something... I recommend it, we will definitely be back.
25/11/2025: I didn't even bother eating because the cats were running under the tables. If someone was allergic they could have an allergic reaction. I left everything. It's not hygienic and it's illegal to let them in. I'll never come back. I was disappointed.

The food is average, but unfortunately the restaurant doesn't seem to be able to properly manage orders from customers seated at tables compared to those from takeout customers or delivery drivers, who are clearly given priority. I believe those consuming in the restaurant should have priority, but presumably, to avoid problems or fines with delivery platforms, the staff chooses to favor delivery drivers. The result? Very long wait times for customers seated at tables.
06/11/2025: Food with insects, poor service, zero experience, food not good and it seems a bit poor too.
