13/08/2025: Top-notch sushi and a perfect atmosphere! We visited Kabuki Sushi as a group, and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. The restaurant is modern and elegant, with a welcoming atmosphere that made the evening pleasant and relaxed. The staff was exceptionally kind: always smiling, attentive, and organized, managing to handle a large group like ours with ease. The menu offers a wide selection: from classic sushi and sashimi, prepared with the freshest fish and perfectly cooked and seasoned rice, to creative rolls that surprise with balanced and never overwhelming flavor combinations. We also appreciated the presentation of the dishes, with their attention to color and detail, which conveys the same care put into their preparation. The appetizers, such as the light and crispy tempura and salmon tartare, are also excellent, and the beverage selection, ranging from sake to Japanese beers, is interesting. The value for money is more than fair for the quality offered and the attentive service. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation to anyone who loves sushi and wants a top-notch dinner, whether as a couple or with friends. Kabuki Sushi has officially become one of our go-to spots in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10/08/2025: At Chan Sushi Bar, you can enjoy good sushi with an all-you-can-eat option for €23 (cover charge, drinks, and desserts not included), a competitive price for Catania. I particularly appreciated the sashimi (included in the price, which isn't for everyone) and the professionalism and courtesy of the wait staff. You choose from a menu available with a QR code at the table, and the food arrives in a reasonable amount of time (we went on a Saturday and it was crowded, but we didn't have a long wait). I definitely recommend it; the rice is good, the dishes are well-made, and the ramen and miso soup could be improved, but overall, the value is perfect.

05/08/2025: Today, August 5, 2025, I went to eat with my wife. The food was very poor, much worse than other times I've been there. I ordered two types of sushi and a main course. I waited 40 minutes and repeatedly asked the waitress what my order was. She kept saying it was on its way. After 40 minutes, I got up, paid the bill, and left. Considering the place was almost empty, such poor service is unacceptable. I will never go there again, and it will also give bad publicity to my friends. There are other restaurants of this type that are much, much better.

17/06/2025: Definitely the best sushi place in Modica. The service is fast, but the quality of the food does not drop despite this. I highly recommend it.

08/06/2025: I love Sakura's takeaway boxes, the rice preparation and the quality of the fish are excellent.

02/07/2025: I have been to the restaurant several times, refined atmosphere and truly high-level cuisine worthy of the famous Japanese school. I would have gladly given 5/5 stars, but the low level of customer care did not allow it. The staff is really slow and uninterested in the well-being of the customer, for example, there have been screaming children throughout the dinner who "play" a piano and who are not reprimanded by anyone.

29/06/2025: Fresh and well cooked food Perfect service and trained staff Well presented and well described dishes I chose: Shrimp Onigiri Red Shrimp Nigiri Gunkan Ikura Shrimp Gyoza, steamed Shrimp Tempura Panko, with teriyaki sauce Dakoky balls: sweet Sake Large bottle of mineral water Medium/high price.
