22/12/2025: The place is truly unique, but I have to admit that the occasional hope of seeing an ant crawling on my chair doesn't make me jump for joy. The food is good, although the ghioza were not very flavorful and the ramen was a bit too sweet. Otherwise, everything was perfect, especially the very helpful staff.

09/08/2026: Maybe pizza isn't their specialty, good but undercooked, more overcooked than undercooked... maybe due to a defect in their oven, because someone already knew it and specifically asked for it to be overcooked... we've learned our lesson... service not exactly attentive, maybe the Saturday night chaos... nice atmosphere... bill a little higher than average, decent quality/price ratio.

It never overwhelms the dinner, but rather accompanies it with class, creating a perfect background that further amplifies the pleasure of flavor and company. A place designed down to the smallest detail, where quality, hospitality, and experience coexist authentically. You can clearly sense the passion, dedication, and desire to offer something special behind every detail. One of those restaurants that, as soon as you leave, makes you want to return.

08/08/2026: A corner of Japan in Sicily! On our way back from the Aeolian Islands, my wife and I decided to take advantage of the opportunity, and it was the perfect way to end our vacation. The restaurant is located about 20 minutes from the port of Milazzo, so it's definitely worth the extra drive before heading home. Without a doubt, the best sushi experience in Sicily. The food and service are a cut above all other restaurants. And we've tried so many! The location is truly beautiful and elegant. Yes, even the setting is superior to many renowned restaurants in big cities. We were greeted with a truly delicious amuse-bouche. The menu is varied, but not overly so, because when the ingredients are top-quality, you don't need to prepare elaborate uramaki and cover them in various sauces. I've never found a place that offers dishes made with different cuts of tuna. A wonderful dinner; the restaurant creates an intimate atmosphere that enhances the experience. The sushi is simply perfect. The photos speak for themselves. For those who truly love sushi, you can't miss Sushilab! Congratulations!!

Impeccable service, thanks to sake sommelier Domenico and his expertise, who guided us every step of the way in a pleasant yet passionate manner. A special evening that will remain in our hearts!

I can say with absolute certainty that I've eaten some of the best à la carte sushi in the entire city here. Forget all-you-can-eat options: at Aiko, every piece is a small masterpiece. You immediately sense that all the ingredients are of the highest quality, incredibly fresh, and expertly crafted, elevating dinner to a truly exquisite gastronomic experience. The careful pairings and presentation of the dishes confirm that this isn't just a simple dinner, but a sensory journey. The restaurant is extremely welcoming and intimate, perfect for a special evening or a quiet dinner away from the hustle and bustle. Kudos to the staff: they were friendly and very helpful, guiding us through our selection of dishes with great professionalism. My girlfriend and I went to Aiko for the first time, and we were immediately greeted with kindness and courtesy by the waiter who seated us. What immediately struck us was the atmosphere: the setting resembled that of a Japanese Zen temple, soothing music, and a clean environment. The young man serving the tables was noteworthy, with his attentive and professional manners. Let's move on to the star of the evening: superb sushi, aromas and flavors carefully crafted by the chef, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, for a truly remarkable multisensory experience. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, as was the preparation process described by the owner, Gabriele, whom we had the opportunity to meet and who helped complete our experience, also explaining the true essence of the dishes. In conclusion, we can consider ourselves completely satisfied and happy to have immersed ourselves in this oriental journey. Highly recommended.

18/08/2026: I've eaten the poke several times, which in my opinion is excellent (one of the best I've tried), but for the price, the quantity is small. The staff isn't always friendly, not the guys, but the manager.
