28/01/2026: Unfortunately my experience was not very positive, I only ate sushi fish and prawns and unfortunately for a few days after dinner I had intestinal problems, I do not recommend it unless you have a strong stomach 😂
11/01/2026: Very large restaurant with many tables. Service wasn't the fastest, but that was probably due to it being a Friday night and being crowded. The food was good for an all-you-can-eat establishment, and the menu was well-presented, with adequate explanations and photos. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. They're also open on holidays.

03/03/2026: The room is clean but very noisy both day and night. They didn't accommodate my request for a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast. However, they did specifically prepare boiled white rice for me. The location is on a busy roundabout and near a shopping center. Stayed for one night. Thanks anyway.
25/01/2026: Old building with furniture from the 70s and 80s. Everything in the room is old; it hasn't been renovated since the 80s. The shower cubicle is 70x70 cm. The mattress is old and very bad. The included breakfast consisted of a coffee and a pastry. The elevator wasn't working. Overall, I wouldn't even give it two stars.

07/04/2025: The service is young, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent food (I had some delicious burritos and some very unique sushi dishes) and excellent attention to celiac disease.
07/04/2025: I obviously had higher expectations, the food was average, in fact I thought it would be better, the atmosphere was nice, the positive thing was that you could sing a few songs and dance a bit.

Delicious food, top 5 Chinese restaurants of my life.
22/04/2025: This is now my third time eating here, the first time takeout, the second time à la carte, and today all-you-can-eat. Everything is delicious, as always, the teobokki are out of this world. The only thing to be careful about: there aren't many Korean dishes on the all-you-can-eat menu... but it's all really delicious.

11/01/2026: Everything was very good, the service was even too fast, we found ourselves with all the dishes on the table at the same time.
10/01/2026: Just been here, and it's the second and last time. We had a reservation but it wasn't marked, so they squeezed four of us into a table that was two-thirds full. It was quite cramped, but we had to adapt. The only waitress who didn't understand the order was us, and in fact, half of what we ordered was lost in the universe. And despite being asked three times how much was left, it's finally here. Too bad it's been an hour and a half. In the end, we got up to leave. We complained at the cashier, but not a hint of how to fix this mix-up, no explanation, not even a mere "sorry." I can't rate the food, having not eaten, but the service was terrible. At your own risk...

11/03/2026: Very good and fresh sushi. The ramen wasn't full (it was supposed to be a mix of meat and fish, but there was no meat) and was made with pre-cooked saikebon. The staff was apparently friendly. But when I paid, they charged me as if it were a holiday. I noticed this when I looked at the receipt (which I had to ask for because they didn't give it to me). When I pointed it out, they gave me two euros (the difference) without apology.
24/02/2026: Nice atmosphere, limited menu, but overall enjoyable dishes. Fast service (though keep in mind that I arrived late, at lunchtime and on a weekday). Average prices.

03/01/2026: I don't know if anything has changed since previous reviews, but tonight most of the food came from pre-packaged bags stored in the freezer. Preparation consisted of microwave or steaming and then topping with sauces. Totally disappointed expectations.
03/01/2026: Total disappointment. Reading the previous reviews, I expected a whole different level of service. Most of the food was frozen and reheated in the microwave with impunity in front of diners. The sauces and condiments were completely out of place. The flavors were all the same and almost nonexistent. I honestly wouldn't recommend it.

The place was nice and super clean, but it's a shame the service left a bit to be desired.
We ordered two desserts, which, honestly, is the only thing I wouldn't recommend because the Catalan cream had a cooking and preservation issue.
After mentioning it to the waiter, he told me they had made it a few days earlier and then frozen it.
They reheated it in the microwave and then passed it through a blowtorch, but only superficially.
I asked him if they could find a solution because it was truly inedible, and he left without an answer.
I'm a little shocked, but fortunately the manager resolved the issue very professionally.
Otherwise, nothing to say: everything was very good, except for the desserts.
14/02/2026: I've been sitting here since 8:00 PM with a reservation, it's 10:00 PM...and they just finished the first order of Benedicto's 6 dishes!!! It's really distressing to eat here...I'm putting down roots from the slowness!!!!! Not enough staff in the kitchen! And the sushi isn't even that great!!! Both the salmon and tuna are very pale and anemic! I'm really falling asleep, I won't be going back, that's for sure!!!

15/11/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for many years. It's definitely the best in Pinerolo and the surrounding area. It's nothing like the all-you-can-eat restaurants. The food here has a distinctive flavor. The grilled fish is very good. Good value. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

21/11/2025: Saturday evening. Very few people. The staff were welcoming, very kind, and above all, smiling. I ordered sushi. Nothing exceptional. The wait was minimal, so it was quick. I was neither disappointed nor satisfied. The only disappointing part, in my opinion, was the temaki because the rice seemed rubbery. The rest was good but fair. They could do better, because the place is undoubtedly large and spacious, and the owners are welcoming and very kind.
