14/12/2024: Fast service, the interactions are what you would expect from an all you can eat, i.e. they are limited to efficiency.
The quality of the food leaves something to be desired, especially the NON-sushi dishes. The appetizers are mostly quick dishes to prepare because they were purchased frozen, which is understandable from an all you can eat restaurant, but it still left me a little disappointed to see the rolls purchased frozen. I strongly advise against ramen and yakitori, as the former can be found as instant ramen in shops, costing around 40 cents; the other one is simply not authentic in any way: two small and miserable skewers with two pieces of chicken breast (usually they don't use breast, that's a strangely specific variant) without any sauce and rather salty. The sushi is nothing special, but it's not bad, even if sometimes poorly sealed uramaki come out (I imagine this aspect is overlooked to favor the speed of service).
The interior is in good taste but not carefully maintained: in the corners where the decorations are, large cobwebs and a bit of dust are visible. When I went, on a Friday around 1.30pm, the place was quite crowded and very noisy due to the middle and high school students.
I don't rule out the possibility of going back because the prices are very low and the area is convenient, but I wouldn't take anything else other than sushi.

19/07/2024: Clean and airy restaurant, quick and kind service, excellent food and served in a pleasant way, it is not to be compared to the various all you can eat in the area, personally I prefer to eat the right but high quality food, I absolutely recommend it to spend an evening eating serenely with a beautiful view of the Pinerolo nightlife.

16/11/2024: Today I had the pleasure of enjoying an extraordinary ramen that literally took me back to Japan. The broth was rich and tasty, the pasta cooked to perfection and the ingredients very fresh, harmonized in a truly memorable balance of flavours. I recommend booking, because the place is very small and always full. An authentic and satisfying experience, absolutely worth trying. Compliments!

The food is great and the quality is very good. I recommend trying dishes with raw salmon because it is truly delicious!
The staff is also courteous and the owner is very helpful, friendly and welcomes the customer in a way that makes him feel at home

14/08/2024: È una delle migliori catene di sushi operative in Italia, sia per qualità delle proposte che per originalità delle tante combo a base di maki e nigiri. Da anni ci riforniamo al locale di corso Vittorio Emanuele II per delivery e non solo e non ci sono mai stati errori nelle consegne né sostanziali ritardi. Certo, il piccolo deterrente è sempre stato il prezzo, assolutamente adeguato per la qualità del sushi ma non competitivo con i vari AYCE o altri locali di ristorazione dai costi molto più contenuti (praticamente impossibile pagare meno di 40 euro a testa anche per il solo servizio di delivery). Ma adesso anche quello scoglio è stato finalmente superato: per asporto e domicilio sono disponibili da qualche mese le sushi box da 45, 65 e 90 euro con un numero variabile di piatti per comporre la propria box. E adesso sì che anche il servizio di delivery diventa conveniente, pur non avendo, giustamente, i prezzi di un All You Can Eat. Promosso a pieni voti.
08/08/2024: I went with some colleagues for a lunch break, we took lunch boxes but the service was not clear and efficient, the food was good, not bad but the whole context didn't make me crazy. Even the account and payment management was not clear.
