15/02/2026: 1 star because it's not possible to give -5. When we arrived, they asked us how many of us were there and told us to "go upstairs." No formalities, no greetings, we weren't even escorted. The atmosphere was sad, dimly lit. There wasn't even any background music. Once we ordered from the all-you-can-eat service, the hopeful wait began. We received a dish every half hour, and sometimes not even enough for both of us. After an hour and a half at the table, only three dishes were brought to us. Then, fed up with the wait and the poor quality of the food (it was truly awful, the raw fish was truly disgusting), we got up and left. The same situation occurred in the rest of the room. Several people reported the inconvenience to the staff, but they seemed unconcerned. What disgusted me most was seeing them place the ready-made dishes on the lower level, at foot height, of the trolley they used for serving. All this for the modest price of 57 euros for two people. Thanks to the kebab shop we went to afterward. It saved our Valentine's Day dinner.

20/01/2026: Good restaurant, friendly and fast. The food is modest, the service is fast but haphazard and not very interactive. The atmosphere is clean, quaint, and unique.

30/12/2025: The hotel is very old and in need of complete renovation. The location is quite far from the city center. The only positive is that there's a tram stop about 200 meters away. The rooms are completely different from the pictures on Booking. There's no point in writing what's wrong... otherwise, it wouldn't be a review, but rather a list of things to do. The cleaning needs some updating, and the carpeting in the hallways is super dated; I'll leave it to your imagination. The walls are all dirty, needing repainting, and so on. The furniture is broken, old, and in poor condition. The rooms lack soundproofing thanks to the period windows. In short, I definitely won't return to a place like this. The value for money isn't exactly good. The staff is friendly, however. I'm very sorry to write these things, but it's true.

23/01/2026: Hands down, the best sushi in Turin, and that's an understatement. The food is delicious and varied, the fish is incredible, the rice is Japanese-style, and overall, the cuisine is very similar to Japanese cuisine compared to the usual European sushi—in my opinion, the perfect blend of the two. Very friendly staff, good prices.

19/01/2026: The staff was very friendly, but the food was NOT! I came home and had diarrhea until the next day. I still feel low on energy. Don't go there! They'll poison you!

15/11/2025: I've been going to this restaurant for many years. It's definitely the best in Pinerolo and the surrounding area. It's nothing like the all-you-can-eat restaurants. The food here has a distinctive flavor. The grilled fish is very good. Good value. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

10/01/2026: A devastating experience: it was our favorite sushi place in Turin, but with the reopening, we won't be returning. Let's start with the menu: at the entrance to the restaurant and on the website, they say they're all-you-can-eat, but then when you get the bill, you discover they've been turned into an à la carte menu. The wait times are biblical (about 40 minutes from when they took the order until the first course arrived), and we didn't even get to try the last course because it was delivered 20 minutes before the last one, just as we were getting up to leave. We ordered the meat ravioli (4 pieces) and double surprise: only 3 arrived, and they were cold. One out of three dishes was wrong. In conclusion: it's no longer our favorite place, and we won't be returning.

19/10/2025: The AYCE price (€24.90 + €2.00 cover charge) for lunch (which I believe is the same for dinner) is too high for the variety and quality of the dishes. The rice was overcooked, soft, and had too much vinegar. The small entrée was fried, but cold and soft, and the soy noodles were bland. The green tea and the mixed tempura (plenty) were positives, except for the shrimp, which was soft.

10/03/2025: Personale gentile, locale carino e pulito, il cibo molto buono e ben presentato. Non è il solito ristorante di cucina giapponese italianizzata, ma la cucina è originale e sono anche piatti koreani e tailandesi. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono
