13/06/2026: If you're visiting Alba and looking for a break from traditional Italian cuisine, this sushi place in the city center is a must-visit! The fish was incredibly fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. Every dish, from the classic nigiri to their creative special rolls, was packed with flavor and prepared with care. The restaurant has a great atmosphere—modern, clean, and welcoming—with very attentive service. It's a wonderful culinary surprise in the middle of wine and truffle country. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town!

25/03/2026: The best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Vercelli, in my opinion, is this one. When I go to eat, usually at lunch, I always leave full and satisfied, since I drink afterward. Everything is delicious, kudos to the chefs for the raw salmon and tuna. I absolutely love it when I order the salmon tartare, the salmon chirashi—oh my, how good! I also recommend the salmon gunkan to everyone, which is a rice puff with salmon around it and the tartare on top. I love sushi 🍣🍣. I've been here every now and then and I've always had a great time; the staff is very humble, friendly, and welcoming. I recommend customers try the sweet and sour sauce, which is out of this world. Another thing I really like about this place is that, luckily, they still have paper orders. I don't like digital orders at all. I recommend it to everyone.

05/06/2026: Having only half an hour to spare, I asked if it was possible to grab a quick bite. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, unlike the cashier, who was cold and unkind. Overall, the staff (both in the open kitchen and at the cash register) were quite welcoming, except for the initial waiter. The restaurant doesn't have true table service: you order at the register and they just bring your dish. Although they say you save the €2 cover charge, I still find the prices high for this option; for what you pay, table service should be included. I have nothing to complain about the food: it's good and I enjoyed it. In my opinion, it's still an excellent takeout sushi place that offers the option of staying and eating there, but if you're looking for the restaurant experience, it needs some rethinking.

02/06/2026: Despite the fact that the service is practically nonexistent (even if you eat in, you have to set your own table), the food is overall good. As for the price, I think it's not in line with a restaurant that doesn't offer even the bare minimum of a set table.

26/05/2026: A truly negative experience. During dinner, I found what appeared to be an insect inside the sushi, a decidedly disgusting and unacceptable situation from a hygienic standpoint. The worst part, however, was the owner's reaction: instead of a sincere apology or handling the situation professionally, she laughed and made excuses that in no way justified what had happened. Furthermore, we were still charged the full bill, giving us only a €2 "discount," despite the serious problem. This was unprofessional behavior and truly disappointing customer service. In a reputable restaurant, faced with something like this, the least they could do would be to not charge for the dish, if not the entire meal. I definitely won't be returning. I'm giving one star because I'm forced to; otherwise, it would be 0.

16/04/2026: Everything was perfect: delicious food, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely recommend the salmon rolls and ramen. I'll definitely be back!

23/05/2026: We returned here after not being here for several years and unfortunately it was an unpleasant surprise. The salmon tasted like it had been dipped in vinegar, the prawns served both on skewers and in the pasta dishes were not clean (they all had black threads), very little choice on the menu which can become a problem with children. My little one, luckily, eats everything, but the fact that there isn't even a dish of chicken with almonds seems absurd to me. The location is always nice even if it seems decidedly neglected. For the price, I'm sorry to say but I've found definitely better...
